To me, the first thing i look at when i rent a place, is the cleanliness and they nailed it. I love the environment been provided, it's comfy, it's nice, it's just perfect for me. Service by the staff was nice. Will definitely come back again in the near future!

A complicated setup”

Cons A complicated elevator system. You need to take 2 elevators at a different wings. I got lost the 1st time. Quite frustrated since its really taking your time. Pros The unit is clean. Complete kitchen. Comfy bed. Water pressure was good. Aircond working in every room. We have a very good sleep. The pool was nice although it can be very crowded like theme park. . We enjoyed the floating garden. The lazy river spa was interesting. Thank you for the staff that letting us to check in early and taking his time to guide us on the elevator system. Lol.

Staff was highly cooperative they even gave us a free upgrade because i requested an early check in and the room wasn't available yet, they're extremely nice and helpful and the place is very neat and clean and all facilities are excellent, the location is a bit far but Grab cars are always available. Absolutely recommend this place and will return again.

We arrived a bit late at 6.00pm once finish our meeting, check in process are not efficient at all. No notification wassap or sms for the check in guide. Contact person hand phone number which stated in the agoda voucher are not the the exact referral. Long waiting for the person in charge to attend us. Hidden cleaning charges collected worth RM 20.00 + RM 200 room deposit, supposedly the cleaning charges stated clearly during the time we book with agoda, even though not much but it still a hidden charge. Refund on the deposit via online banking also take 2 working days. Will not come again

worst check in experience I ever had. while still figure out on the procedure, my car tyre got locked by the Nepal security for parking without authorisation. 50 ringgit paid to the nepals without receipt. I then realise that this hotel's run by agent and nepal security where just interested to fine visitor.. if you are lucky, the agent will come and explain. if not, you have to deal with nepals which will not explain anything and let you make a mistake so that they can fine you. good point, the room was spacious and the WiFi was great.

There was an issue with our room, and we were upgraded to another room. Staff handled the issue well. Recommended.

The building system was confusing”

I got room upgraded to 2 BR unit, which is very spacious and clean. Nothing to complaint about the room. We didn't get a chance to explore the facilities because : The only lift to Lazy River was out of order for the whole day, very crowded swimming pool and there was only 1 service lift for each building towers, so you really have to queue at least 30mins to get to recreational facilities such as Swedish garden.

It’s really irritated when u have to q up so long to take 1 bomba lift to go to the lazy river also the garden. Then SL1 also got so many people yet 1 lift that arte+ can provide. End up me and my 3kids age around 6-3yo have to go down use staircase after waiting for 1/2 for the lift. So many people in 1 room, management should give limit for service provider like maybe 4-6people 1 room, instead of 10 people in 1 room. So my advise to parents with kids age 6yo and below don't come over the weekend. It’s so not worth it when u can even go to swimming pool bcos to pack.

Value for Money”

The journey to my unit (deluxe studio) are not as complicated as it supposed to be because the staff are there to guide me through. The unit is nice and the WiFi also work in a very good condition. The only thing that you should consider is there will be a lot of people who will be there especially during holidays because of its strategic location hence, the noise and the crowd will bother you if you're looking for a peaceful holiday.

NIce for family”

Place is a bit difficult to find as GPS showing another building, have to ask only manage to get to the place. The room is nice for family with kids. It have a sofa bed, kitchenette and a Queen size bed which is nice for a small family of 4. The place have an in door pool and also a outdoor pool which is full most of the time. Overall the place is new and clean.

Fire elevator is too slow. It is adventurous place for young person. For those come on weekend & bring the old person, you really need to be patient with elevator. Interior design of building are very superb. Very nice place to take picture.

Problem for check in and property usually so good. Need to wait for agent a long time waste time to wait them. Security service very bad, people so a lot traffic jem at lobby for parking.. parking only have 1 another car need to park outside. Not high recommended.

Lift problem”

Everything find except for lift with high rise building operated with one lift doesn't make sense. During peak its took longer waiting time can be as long nearly half and hour. Security and privacy very good only poor lift design. No recommend at all.

Super terrible experience ”

First of all, the agent didn't say clearly that if I had a car, I had to park in the designated parking space, so I did n’t know it at all, so I parked my car in the G floor parking lot, and when I was like to going out on the next day,I found it my car was claimed, and then the security staff asked me to pay Rm50 to unlock it for me,I think this is very unfair,If I know I cannot parked my car at there,I comfirm won’t do that,End up I had no choice I have to pay the Rm50. The security guard supervisor in the security room deliberately made it difficult,because we had some argument with him and he told us to pay the money at the mangement office and said that their security room had no receipt,ok fine I went to the mangement office, then they told us to go to the security room again to pay the money. It was really ridiculous.Ask me to run here and there,and somemore this aprtment is complicated and messy,a lot of different lift ,different way,different towel.

The room is clean and cozy. Beautiful surrounding. However, location is quite far and no food in the apartment. Is quite hard to find food nearby.
