Really low price to overnight ”

The cleanliness is not same at normal hotel. So you cannot expect that 100% clean. I need to use their big towel to cover on sofa as sofa sheet but the bed is clean. You also can look for dust on the wardrobe. Overall still acceptable with this low price. One advantage is no need worry to make noise because u got none neighbourhood. Just 1 studio in your level. Remember have to pay room deposit in advance via online banking before check in. I will help you save a lot of time when check in. They will refund to you after check out and few working days.

First time here and maybe my last”

Good side were cleanliness and location nearby my place. Bad side were, parking at 7th floor, not enough rubbish bin in the room and host (Cobnb) keep remind me to check out at 11am. Delay in getting back the deposit (more than 3 days) as per their T&C.

A lot more to improve”

Good : Good pricing, spacious room. Bad experience as below : Check In : Takes long time to check in. Only one counter for check in & takes quite long time to serve one customer. Reason : Each unit required RM200 for deposit. No credit card merchant, no e-wallet, not accept cash, only can do bank transfer which will takes longer time. It’s really funny that at this era now & with the nice apartment outlook, they do not have credit card merchant & not even accept cash. Parking : Each unit is only allowed for 1 parking space. More than 1 car will need to park at the roadside. Lift : Very hard to find the correct lift to the unit. You will need to change to another lift in order to get to your unit. No specific or proper guidance on which lift to take or where to take. Wasted many time to allocate the correct lift. Lift takes long time to reach & very limited lifts. Especially during weekend or festive season with the huge numbers of guest, you really need to wait very long to get the lift. Room key : 1 unit only 1 key card (even though we booked 3 rooms apartment but still only 1 key). And you will need the key card to use the lift, key card to on the main electricity in the apartment. If you want to leave the apartment, all the guest have to leave the apartment together or else you will be stay in the apartment with no lights & air cond. No drinking water provided. You need to boil the water & let it cold before drinking. Suggest to bring some drinking water or buy from the grocery store before check in into the apartment. Cleanliness : 1. Weird smell from the kitchen when we open the door. The washing sponge is very thorn, oily & smelly, including the table cloth as well. End up we went to the Village Grocer nearby to get new washing sponge & dish washer. 2. The carpet under the dining table is not clean. Still can see some small snacks on the carpet (maybe drop on the carpet by previous guest who stayed). The bath towel is not really clean and got stain. So

Room all OK, only the lift problem ”

Rooms are clean and big. We enjoyed to stay in the room. But the only things to complain is the lift to room abit confuse and have to wait long.

Disappointed experience”

Kind of a disappointed experience. Booked 3-room apartment for christmas eve with family. The apartment was very stuffy dusty and musky air smell, cleanliness is an issue as we found a dirty mask hanging on corner of the fridge, spiderwebs around flower deco vast on dining table, nut shells/seeds in the living room carpet. Customers are charged with Rm70 cleaning fee but clearly can see basic housekeeping cleaning not done well. Aircon in 2nd room not working, the tilam bed in 3rd room is broken and without bed sheets. Understandable on facility is closed during Cmco so no facility usage, a walk around R floor to look at the famous Arteplus Avatar/garden design (not using facility) but was asked to leave by guards. Overall book cheap at your own risk.

my first staycation experience”

and the most horrible one.sorry to say.the house is comfy n gorgeous but nightmare comes when night time.not sure is it the resident or guest next door but they having party and its SOOOOO LOUD .Me and my family cant sleep AT ALL .and they continue until the time we check out.maybe just not my luck.but the house is really nice and thats it.

Location, a bit confused. Check in take more than 20 minute, where you need to transfer deposit using online banking. And the deposit 200 will credit to you 3 days later. House is nice.

1. I didnt noticed deposit required during check in. And refund period took so long time! 2. Amenities, cutleries, iron, iron board not provided enough. 3. Shower heater not functioning. asked to call maintanance but stayed for 3 nights no further action. They asked me to swap to another unit but didnt offer to help unload and loading luggage and my stuffs. 4. Not fast responding. if the hotline dont have anyone to taking care, just shut down. the number phone on google and agoda also not the updated one!

Ive stayed with Cobnb since befo covid many times but this time around my experience was not meet as per befo. Especially the check in process was so hassle. Intructions was not given earlier which wasted my time.
