Fantastic location around the peaceful Ashinoko-lake”
The location of the property was fantastic, less than 5 mins walking from Motohakone-ko bus stop (Line H/K/R Hakone-Tozan Bus). The reception was located at 1st floor merged with the Soba Restaurant (they also offers nice egg-pudding). The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was located on the 2nd floor, so you have to be careful as there’s no elevator. Thankfully the staff was helping us to bring our luggage upstairs. The room amenities however is very complete! It’s really near to Motohakone (where you could see the beautiful scenery of Hakone mountain, Hakone shrine, and Mt.Fuji altogether also try the sightseeing cruise) and Hakone shrine (about 8-10 mins walking). I recommend you to wake up early in the morning and then catch the sunrise at Hakone shrine (you can take photos as much as you like as there’s no queue!). It was a really pleasant and peaceful stay on the Hakone. Thanks.

Pleasant stay by the lake”
The apartment is only 3 minutes to Motohakone ko where bus stops and the port to get on the pirate cruise ship are situated at. The Ashinoko lake can be viewed from the window as the lake is in front of it.There is a small restaurant that serves rice right next to the block and a big 7/11 next to the Motohakone ko bus stop (in case you’re hungry when you come). The apartment is newly built and provides you with the cooking section with bowls, plates and electric stove. The owner is friendly and helpful.

Large room at excellent location”
Our room was very large (especially for japanese standard) with two double beds and two large sofas. They have a TV with netflix account :) There's a kitchen with all amenities you need to cook for yourself or warm up your meal from near 7-Eleven. The location is right in front of Lake Ashi, you can easily walk to tourist attractions. I can recommend this place to anybody who wants to spend a nice time in Hakone.

Simply the best”
A stylish apartment with nice facilities and top-notch amenities, Ashinoko Port Villa is a very good base to explore Hakone. Lake Ashi is just across the street, and the bus station is conveniently within walking distance. There are Many restaurants and convenient shops around the apartment (in fact, the owner runs a shoba shop on the ground floor)

L'appartement est confortable et bien équipé, la literie excellente. Donnant sur la rue (pas de vue sur le lac tout proche), il pourrait être bruyant mais la nuit c'est très calme. On ne voit personne, échange de codes pas internet, comme souvent au Japon. Dommage que les prix soient si élevés dans cette zone, on pourrait espérer des tarifs plus raisonnables hors saison, surtout que nombre d'établissements sont vides.

Excellent moment dans cet appartement chaleureux et confortable ”
Un accueil très chaleureux et une vue magnifique sur le lac d'Ashi et son célèbre Tori. L'appartement est idéalement situé, le bus vous dépose à 10 mètres, vous n'avez qu'à traverser la route pour accéder au lac et à l'embarcadère du bateau pirate. Il est parfaitement équipé, il ne manque rien, et très joli. Un seul regret ne pas être resté plus longtemps !

初めて利用しました。 チェックインや入り口のドアの開閉がやり辛く躊躇しましたが 他は綺麗で立地もよく 朝人の少ない箱根神社へ徒歩で行け満足です。斜め前のパン屋は最高に美味しい。右斜め前のホテルの日帰り温泉は締切が午後５時で入れなかった(TдT)行くつもりの方注意 私達は四人で一階の部屋を利用しましたが 二階 ３階に行く階段はとても狭かったです。

快適！”
お部屋が広くて、キッチンもあるし、しかもインテリアがオシャレで快適でした。ベッドも広くて疲れもとれました。 窓の外には芦ノ湖の海賊船まで見ることができて、箱根にいることを満喫できます。 狭い階段しかないので、荷物を持って上るのが少し大変なのと、車を置いてからちょっと歩くのがネックではありました。(夜道はかなり暗い)

芦ノ湖畔で家族連れに最適なお宿”
未就学児含むこども3人の家族旅行のため、他人の目の気にならないこちらのお宿は快適に過ごせました。ガスが止まるトラブルにもスタッフさんが迅速に対処頂き事なきを得ました。コンビニも近くにあり、海賊船乗り場も箱根神社も徒歩圏内でオススメです。

芦ノ湖解禁の釣行で利用しました。 スタッフと接触すること無くチェックイン出来、自宅に帰るかのように利用出来て非常にリラックス出来た。 設備も揃っており、父との利用であったがグループで何泊かしても良いと思える部屋だった。 箱根という土地柄少々高く感じたが、他と比べたらリーズナブルで良かった。 また利用したい。

ロケーション最高”
元箱根交差点から近く、バスや遊覧船利用の今回、最高のロケーションでした。箱根神社にも徒歩です！部屋、寝具、備品は清潔です。快適でした。2階の道路沿いのお部屋なので厚手のカーテンだけでなく、光を通す薄いカーテンの二重なら尚、最高！カーテン開けると丸見えになります。 温泉は斜め前のむさしや旅館にいきました。また利用したいです。

作りがコンクリートでおしゃれだったのですが”
暖房が効かずストーブがフル稼働で動いていましたが、室温が15℃以上ならなかったです。欲張りを言えば事前に暖めてもらっていればよかったかもです。でも、内容的には満足です。
