Reasonable price for a good quality hotel”
Everything is superb. We got two comfy bed (1 king size and 1 single bed) for a group of us (6 people). It was just a short stay but the room is comfartable for us to stay. The staff is nice and friendly. They smile always. Good bathroom, clean. It is not luxurious but quite good for a reasonable and good quality hotel. The only thing is the parking issues. Apparently, the parking lot provided is not free unless u write your car informations in the reception office. The staff did inform on the parking regulations but they might miss a little infos on moving the car. As you moved your car to other parking lot, u will get charged and it's not free anymore. But overall it is okay. Thanks for the services and accomodation provided :)

Fresh Towels”
This hotel has daily cleaning services and has their own restaurant however we went during eid fitr wherein we experienced no store is open for breakfast or lunch so I warn others who are planning to set their holidays there on the said date to prepare their foods beforehand. As for the hotel, they provide clean new towels and the shower is really hot / cold. Cons I had to request for the aircon service because it was malfunctioning but they manage to fix it the next day. I wasnt able to sleep well on my first night due to this. Hope they will check the aircon as well before giving the rooms to guests. Overall I will still recommend this hotel.

Shower was hot and strong pressure Beds were comfortable Phone charging wall USB ports conveniently available Sound proofing is not that good Air conditioner was cold TV was a nice addition Room was clean Staff was pleasant Location was nice, near Pantai Batu Buruk and the new mall located just behind. Plenty of food choices in the city as well.

Among the 4 hotels we stayed during our East Coast trip, mom liked this hotel the most. she said it was clean without finding any hairs and asked me must give good review. For me the room is very small but it's okay since it was only for 1 night

Excellent Location”
Standard room was quite small. Just enough space on the floor to put the prayer mat and pray. But if you are taller than 175cm be careful you might knock your self at the wall when you are trying to do sujood. There is a cafe at lower ground so you can grab your dinner there. Nearby Pantai Batu Buruk, 7-Eleven and few other resto too. If you are willing to walk to Pasar Payang, its only 25mins walking distance. Overall, we love the location very much.

Don't expect much with this small tiny hotel but don't under estimate too. Room is clean, comfortable bed, clear tv reception with individual astro decoder, good basic amenities, secure. Eateries just down stairs. Recommend their curry noodles and wonton noodles soup at Asia cafe

Third visit, nothing to complain. Cheap and clean. Plenty of food around. Near the beach. Quick access to town. There is even a newly opened mall behind the hotel. Will certainly be staying here again if visiting Kuala Terengganu
