Best in Wanchai”

Wanchai has evolved, and the Indigo is a perfect example. Great quality hotel in every respect, walking distance to great restaurants and Hong Kong history. We loved it, and stayed many times. Best feature: check out the rooftop pool for a real thrill!

Great Indigo Hong Kong”

We loved our stay at The Indigo, Hong Kong. I wasn't all that happy with the open bathroom style though. The bar and café were lovely and the pool was great. Service was wonderful.

Neat Design Hotel”

The hotel is really Neat. The location is great less than 5 mins walk to Wachi station (need to go through a busy market, if you have big suitcase it might not be easy) not a very easy spot for getting a cab but I guess it's same for all the places in Hong Kong. Staff is friendly, fast check in and out. The room is very comfortable, well design. The room has everything. The only problem is the DVD didn't work in our room, too bad we even bought a movie thought that we can watch at night. Overall it's a good experience for me.

Great hotel, great staff”

Very nice hotel located centrally in Wan Chai with fantastic staff, good food and wine and a lovely roof top swimming pool and bar. ideal for business in Hong Kong island.

It was a great stay. The room is clean and spacious. Also the staff are friendly. The lobby is a bit small , but because it is centrally located in hong kong island, it is understandable.

great boutique hotel”

We were surprised at how nice the rooms were. 2 Single beds (bigger than standard), couples can fit easily. Very clean, small details were thought about, and comfortable feeling through. Nice mosaic on the wall. Huge floor to ceiling Windows with electronic curtains had a view of the mountains or other condos in wanchai depending what side you are located. Bang and O speakers had a nice ring to it. Balanced seperate speakers With good highs had a nice ring to it. Mini bar was enough to satisfy one's drinking palette. Good service by the people, quick to your requests. Pool at the rooftop was not as great as expected, small and lacking a pool side bar. But still nice. All in a all a great boutique hotel in the heart of Wanchai.

Great stay - would recommend to friends ”

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. The neighbourhood has the local feel, yet easy for a tourist to get around with mtr, tram and buses close by, or even on foot. There were plenty of dining options (including good coffee) on foot and a supermarket nearby. I would have appreciated a knife in the room. I was delighted with my room. It had space by Hong Kong standards, was well cleaned and had good products. It was a pleasure to come back to each day. I normally like a lot of naturally light but the curtains were kept drawn and that turned out ok. A big thank you to Rico! He went and got my laundry from the local laundromat after they ignored me because they could not find it. I really appreciated this above and beyond helpful service. I used to live in Hong Kong so I loved that there was a luxe in QRE Plaza where I could enjoy foot reflexology. The handy phone provided was helpful particularly because I like to use google maps when out and about.

Attentive staff with modern hotel”

The stay was pleasant at the hotel indigo the room service staff was very attentive cleaning our room every time we left the hotel replacing tea and coffee multiple times a day. The pool is a nice feature with the glass bottom looking down onto the road. The hotel is centrally located and has easy access to public transportation.

great city hotel centrally located”

Very nice new hotel in Wanchai but off the regular wanchai streets. Great room size for Hong Kong and excellent staff service. Would recommend for business travellers and tourists alike. if you have time the fantastic pool on the 29th floor and cost bar are both great.

Very pleasantly Surprised”

Having always stayed at a bigger brand hotel (e.g. Renaissance, Conrad), I thought I would try a 'boutique' hotel. Was I ever surprised at how nice & pleasant this hotel was. Will certainly stay here next time I visit Hong Kong. Highly recommend the delux room.

Outstanding... exceeds other 5 stars we stayed in!”

Outstanding. Excellent location in the heart of Wan Cha. Brilliant and quirky rooms- well appointed and always cleaned thoroughly. Warm and friendly people in all areas- and nothing was too much trouble. They printed out travel documentation on the spot for my daughter and the housekeeping manager visited us twice in 6 days(that we know of) to check that we were happy with the standard of service. We asked for more of the English breakfast tea bags and he returned within a couple of minutes with extras - and made sure that we had more than enough resupplied each day for the remainder of our stay. The buffet breakfast was perfect. Instead of trying to provide food from every country on earth they have a wide variety of fresh, clean food from both western and Asian breakfasts. Will recommend Indigo to our travel agent and friends as "the" place to stay.

very nice rooms and breakfast”

I had a good stay at Indigo. Rooms are very well designed with lots of nice, well thought out touches. The sky bar is very quiet and you can't see quite as much sky as i thought you might but still a very nice hotel, and with lots of people ready to help.

Great stay with comfort”

We spent only 1 night at Indigo but it was a nice and pleasant stay. Got an upgrade for Deluxe room, glass corner view with partial view of the mountain. Clean and comfy room, nice breakfast and great location (very close to subway, bus line to Stanley beach and many shops and markets around). I do recommend.

Pleasant stay”

Room is spacious and comfortable. Staffs are friendly and have good command in English, which makes communication easy. Room service is also efficient. Hotel is situated near to Wanchai MTR (about 5 mins walk). However, cleaning was not done thoroughly. Some rubbish from previous occupants were found but overrall comfort was not compromised.

Long weekend in Hong Knog”

This hotel is very good and in a good location for all the shops and night life. Will be staying here again if I come to Hong Kong.

Unique & refreshing boutique in HK”

It was a pleasant surprise, because HK hotels are small. The room, though open plan, was very spacious, comfortable and the experience was as good as Indigo Shanghai.

A remarkable stay due to proximity of Hotel Indigo to Wanchai MTR station, and local eats and sights like Blue House and Old Wanchai Post Office. Local delights like Kam Fung can be found at the next street and the Wanchai Market n Tai Yuen Market are just next door.

Great location and room design”

I really enjoyed my stay there as it is located within 5min from Wanchai MTR so it's super convenient for us to come back by MTR from any places. The design of the room is also very well-thought. I also greatly appreciate the birthday cake upon request, it's an extremely sweet gesture :)
