Basic but clean”

Hotel Time is a basic budget hotel located at Permas Jaya. So it will be inconvenience if you travel by coach to Larkin. as there is not direct bus from Larkin to Permas Jaya. However, there is plenty of restaurant and food centre around. Jusco with a lot of fast food restaurant is just across the road.

Cheap Hotel with Great Location”

The hotel is cheap with free Wifi. It is located very near alot of shophouses where finding food and a little shopping can be done. On the opposite side, there is a Jusco which is a large shopping mall good for shopping. It is quite near to the customs with the new link bridge. Rooms are pleasant and big for a couple with chairs to sit and relax. I would come here again if I am going for another short trip to Permas Jaya.

Clean and Bright hotel”

I like the hotel because the room very clean and wide. The staff serve with gentle and helpfull. Provide securities to guide the hotel in the car park. The hotel is near the Permas Jusco and beside the hotel there are many hawker that we can look for our supper. Just a walking disturn we can go out to take our breakfast.

A simple weekend stay over. the hotel location is close to jusco permas jaya. There are many eateries ard the hotel! Check out the night market during sunday nights. There are many good food to be discovered.

a relatively clean and new budget hotel that is good value for the price you pay. floor tiles makes the flooring easy to clean and maintain, giving you a clear picture of the cleanliness of the room. table, chairs, dressing table and toilet are quite new and comfortable to use. numerous chinese food stalls near hotel, with a big jusco shopping centre nearby

Hotel time at Johor Bahru with nice place to stay”

The hotel price is cheap. The room is clean and comfortable. Also more spacious compare to other hotel I have stayed before. There is muslim restaurant and non muslim restaurant nearby. Only road from city to hotel bit messy as new road contruction going on. There is no smile from all the staff on duty. I only meet one malay girl staff that gave great smile on 8 Junea 2011 morning at 1000am. Overall it is a nice place to stay. I will come back. Thanks

Value for money ”

I found the room was clean and nicely decorated. I've visited the hotel several times, a bit disappointed I've allocated a room without window. However I'll be happy to visit the hotel again. Kudos 👍🏽

Cheap and small rooms”

I booked the deluxe room with balcony. Balcony is quite squeezy and we ended up not using it at all. Parking is rather risky since the place is rather deserted. Good point is there are eateries and bars available nearby and Jusco is a short walk away. However, on my way to Jusco, I noticed two other hotels which seemed a better option, they are Lavender Inn & 8 Days Permas Jaya. Price is very cheap at only S$32/ night. But don't expect any facilities or whatever, only 1 bodyfoam dispenser in the toilet and that's about it. There are however, 2 bottles of complimentary water as well as coffee/ tea. We bought maggi from the reception in the wee hours and I was surprised the guy on duty did not even know if there is any fork in the maggi cup, unless we are the only ones buying from them. And I notice he didn't understand much English. Hotel staffs attitude sucks very much and they should be taught basic courtesy. When we phoned reception, the girl who picked up, instead of saying hello at the very least, merely uttered 'what is it?' rudely in mandarin.

good hotel with friendly staffs. rooms in good condition, bed ok, tv ok, toilet in good condition, aircon working fine, thumbs up. ample of parking in front of hotel with security officer around. pubs n clubs quite a distance so unaffected with after-effect clubbers..

good value budget hotel”

this is a budget hotel that provides good value in terms of price, cleanliness and many food outlets nearby. there is a huge jusco shopping centre nearby. flooring is tiles so it is easy to detect whether it is clean. toilet and its facilities are fairly sturdy, clean and in good condition aircon is working well and beds are good. room ok at 19 square meter. however if you did not drive, the only way out of the area is taxi

Value for money”

For a 2 star hotel, its really worth the money, were so tired reaching Johor and they hv the best bed & pillows ever! They hv a small lift so no need to deal with stairs. Need to hv own transport. Not so far from the border. Will come again!

Clean, friendly staff and near shopping mall hotel”

I visit Johor Bahru with main destination is visiting Legoland with my sons. It's my mistake to assume that the hotel is not too far from Legoland. I was wrong, the hotel is a little bit too far from Legoland. It takes 1 hour trip to reach Legoland by taxy. However, this hotel is near shopping mall and food stall.

Worth staying!”

I had event at Renaissance JB, but need to stay at some economy and budget hotel nearby since inonle need a stay for sleep and change! So this hotel provides me the best! Just few steps to the 5-star hotel, friendly and helpful staff and comfort bed n pillows!
