Great value for money ”

You just could not imagine that you could pay for less than HK$500 to get a four star hotel in Pattaya. Location is super; far away from the noisy walking street area, but located centrally at the city, that makes your travel time to other parts of Pattaya minimal. The hotel is located in a very quiet back street area. But this does not mean that it is hard to reach. We are a group of nine people. We don't have a problem of getting a tuktuk to go back to the hotel. In addition, you don't need to bargain too hard with the tuktuk driver They just offer to take us back to the hotel for 200 baht. Hotel is new and clean. The room is quite large. Apart from having a refrigerator, the rooms are even equipped with washer, microwave and induction cocker. You can even make your dinner at the hotel after you have brought some seafood for the Naklau Seafood Market. Seafood prices there is unbelievable low and there are abundant of varieties of seafood. I will highly recommend this hotel to others.

Happy family of 3”

This is pretty new property. We booked 3 days of suite pool view room for our family of 3 with one young child. The room is pretty big and has everything we'd need. It has small stove top, fridge and a washing machine. The pool is a very clean salt-water based and no chlorine smell. My kid loves it. Breakfast bar is about enough size for hotel guests during our stay. The only issue we had was the bed that is a bit too springy and quite too soft. But that was just our preferences. The staffs were very polite and helpful. Location isn't too far from central Pattaya road. It has 7-11 right across the small street. Free wifi speed in room was great! (130+ up/down)

Excellent Experience!”

I was very happy with my stay at this hotel. The hotel is quite new and the staff is extremely friendly. A member of the desk staff helped me to my room with my bag and security always opened the door for me when entering the hotel. The breakfast was excellent compared to other hotels in the area and the environment was very relaxing. There was a wide selection of foods and freshly cooked omelets which was very nice. Overall I am very happy with my experience at this hotel and plan to stay again in the future on my next trip to Pattaya.

Staff are polite and helpful. The rooms are spacious. Breakfast included are delicious, we stayed for 3 nights, breakfast are different for every morning. Good to have massage provided in the hotel, price is fair. Restaurant provides good thai food at night with fair price. Will stay here again when I come to Pattaya.

Happy and worth”

We stayed there on April 2018 first we booked for two room only 2nights then after we stayed one night we so happy and enjoyed with the service and facility of hotel so we continue booked one more night. Room is so comfortable of stuff as kitchen and kitchenette , big and fit bed , toiletterly , washing machine sofa etc There are good modern interior , clean and new, pool is not huge but beautiful, little gym and breakfast is yummm but almost in eastern style. Staffs are all smile and hospitality hotel in central but hard to drive in with narrow road and many intersection but that is normal in Thailand. Opposite is shopping mart as 7/11 and some food shop some bar. Not over 20 parking lots but no problem as almost guest is group tour not come with personal car. So all is definitely well and excellent , love it recommended it.

Staff were very courteous and helpful. The pool and sauna was great... Room was excellent with all the amenities & very spacious and clean . Mostly after all that walking around in Pattaya to end up in a lovely room with a pool view and balcony was just perfect..

Friendly staffs, clean and provide sauna, fitness and swimming pool with breakfast. Easy to access to Pattaya Sai 2 and Sai 3 roads, 15 mins walking to Central Marina shopping mall.

Surprised from this great hotel!”

We just booked the hotel to try something new. It was a great choice. The hotel is located in a small street. A 7-Eleven is on the opposite and massage shops are next to the hotel also. The Main Street is just 50m away, so you can go for a walk to get some food, more massage and so on. The beach is not far, so you can go there by motorcycle taxi (they are waiting at the 7-Eleven opposite the hotel) or you walk (about 1,5km). We not booked the breakfast, but it was looking nice. The pool is clean and modern , the sports club was small but clean and useful for a morning unit. THE BED WAS AMAZING ! Not too soft, not too hard, just perfect 😁🙌. The room had a microwave, stove, washing machine , fridge and bath tube. NO DUSTY CARPET ON THE FLOOR 🙌😃 THE AIR-CONDITION WAS GREAT! Split air con (not the ugly build in terror maker) A really great and valuable hotel, also for a longer stay. We come back for sure.

Exceptional”

Absolutely LOVED our stay here. Originally we booked this place for one night but after the a few hours of seeing and being here, we decided to stay another night but sadly, the hotel was fully booked for the following night already. The rooms are very cute and modern. Loved the bathroom and shower! You get a washing machine, microwave oven, electric stove and fridge included in your room as well as 2 sets of silverware and plates and a bowl! I think the hotel staff were also very thoughtful as we came as a family with a baby and so when we checked in they offered us a baby cot for no charge which I thought to be very courteous and a plus since we didn't have to ask first. The staff were very friendly as well and always greeted with a warm smile despite having obviously been working all day. Another plus was that the Swimming Pool was salt water and not chlorinated...LOVED THAT! Over all loved our stay and will definitely be back for more than 1 night.

Clean, equipped and big room! ”

Location is not exactly at the centre of the city but the hotel is very equipped and clean! staff is friendly and helpful! would recommend it to someone who would like to travel to pattaya!

Great service and value for money”

Stayed for a period of 6 days in Feb 2019 and thoroughly enjoyed my stay during the whole period. The room was of a good size, clean and modern. Loved the bathroom with the Japanese style toilet. Breakfast buffet had a good selection of asian and western foods. The gym and pool were decent, if a bit small. But, like everything else in the hotel, clean and well maintained. I found the staff all to be extremely polite, friendly and always willing to assist with any request I had. The only drawback would be that the room cleaning service times were a bit random, they would come in anytime between 10am to 3/4pm. Overall I would highly recommend the hotel.

Reasonable price”

In the room really clean and this hotel quite reasonably price. Fully facilities, such as cleaning machine, bath tubes, shower, swimming pool and also has automatic toilets. By the way, I ordered food from hotel and quite delicious and not expensive at all.

Good in terms of price”

Beautiful place, except sewage smell near street. I don't know it's smelly everywhere in pattaya or only that street.

Booked 3 nights and stayed another 3 nights. New , clean and morden . Helpful and friendly staff. Very good price for the size of the room . Within walking distance to the beach , bar central marina and festivals mall. Will book again in July.

Up to Atmind Group Standard”

I have stayed at Pattaya for two weeks, first week at Atmind Exclusive and the second at The Grass. However, at the second hotel, The Grass hotel, I spend only three nights and return to the Exclusive Hotel. It located at a quite location but very close to central rd. Easy access to many local food stalls and also the Big C is within a 2 minutes drive. Hotel service is good and the staff is friendly. Likely to stay again in the next journey to Pattaya.
