Five Star Hotel for Three Star Price”

Best hotel in Pattaya for the money. I hate to write this review because next time I plan to stay it will be fully booked and more expensive...but that is the way it goes...The hotel is near Second Road and Soi 4. Out of the BAM BAM bar area across Second Road. Beautiful pool and great breakfast included. If you ask for a higher floor...say floor six or over...you will have an ocean view from your room. The TV channels suck...only BBC and something else...Internet good...wifi...you may have to move toward the window for best wifi. Staff excellent..helpful...it is a new hotel...opened in March 2012..I have stay there twice and upon my recommendation...my friends stayed twice too...I will not stay in any other hotel in Pattaya...walk to Second Road take Baht buss or walk down soi 5 or 6 to the beach and take baht bus to the mall...plenty of great restaurants in mall...go to 5 or 6th floor. Take baht bus back on Second Road..off at Soi 4..short walk to hotel...I write this review reluctantly because I know it will difficult to get a room there after telling everyone what a great place @Mind Residence Hotel is for the quality of rooms and money it will be difficult for me to get a room there in the future.

My "at mind" hotel”

This is my second chance of staying at “@ Mind” service apartment, at Pattaya Klang, Pattaya, Thailand. From my view, I have to say that I’m really appreciated the rooms: as a Thai people, this hotel or this service apartment has the rooms which can be compatible to modern European hotels that I have experienced. Firstly, the rooms here (my first chance I stayed at “studio with kitchenette” and my second chance I stayed at “one bedroom suite with kitchenette”) are quite large, clean, with modern design ting with luxury and tasteful equipments. Secondly, the bedding sheets are new and clean. Thirdly, there are also kitchen facilities of well-selected and appropriate taste. Fourthly, the bath room is modern design with a bit luxury taste. Fifthly, modern TV, and cable TV and also WIFI system. Sixthly, nice terrace with far-sighted view. Lobby is modern and staff are also nice. This serviced apartment deserves the name of the residence “At Mind” because it is in my mind when I think about staying at Pattay Klang.

Luxury for next to nothing.”

spectacular value. this is a brand new hotel/serviced apartment residence. i've stayed here on two occasions (first time, for nearly 3 months). brand new rooms, i had the one bedroom suite. very modern setup/furniture, great staff, clean, no bugs anywhere to be seen (it is a brand new building). and for the low prices they charge- you just can't go wrong. location is great too, if you cam to pattaya for the same reasons most come here for. and, i saw no russians in the entire hotel (many in pattaya will agree, that's a good thing).

Fantastic hotel with fantastic facilities”

@ mind residence was a fantastic deal. the gym, pool, convience store, and room size/amenities were a deal that you should not pass up. i will continue to stay at this hotel every time that i visit pattaya. there is no reason to spend more money on other hotels which will only give you less on your dollar. it was a little difficult to find due to its proximity off pattaya 2nd road, however, once you become accustomed to its location, @ mind is perfectly hidden from the noise of the strip.

Expensive but worth it 👍”

I always stay with At Mind group when in Pattaya every few months. First time Iv stayed at the Service Residence as normally to expensive. I stayed for 10 days with my gf in the one bed suite. Comfy bed, fully functioning kitchen area, shower good, two smart Samsung TVs one in bedroom and one in living room. Even had a dressing room which was handy when gf deciding what to wear so kept her out of the way for few hours lol. Paying a premium price means the hotels nice and quite. I had no one near me for about 5 rooms. I will stay for sure.

Nice Oasis not too far”

conveniently located in central pattaya, it is a quiet enclave away from the hustle and bustle of pattaya. yet it is only a tuk-tuk ride away from all that pattaya has to offer. definitely a business man's haven where free wifi is available in almost every room (there's room for improvement) make sure you have a room with a strong wifi if you need it critically. otherwise the breakfast with room package is definitely worthwhile with a sumptuous start to the day. the world-class pork porridge still one of my favorite cravings. definitely worth my third time stay this coming december.

Very Nice Hotel”

I stay over 10 pcs hotels at Pattaya before. At Mind Serviced Residence is the best. The room is big and clean, has a small kitchen in the room. You can make a food by yourself. Swimming pool is very nice. Has a fitness room and sauna room. I think not too many hotel has. The location is prefect. The hotel is very conveniently to go every where like a big C and center of Pattaya.

Best Hotel in Pattaya”

Hotel is brand new, great features, design, pool, services. I have stayed at 20+ hotels in SE Asia and this one is by far the best and most Western hotel I've stayed. Everything is made to a very high western standard, pool is incredible, fitness room is very high quality, kitchen in room is fully functional, full size fridge, microwave, toaster, etc... First hotel I've stayed at that was as nice as apartment in the US. Hotel is very short walk to Big C and 10 minute walk to Central. Will stay here if I ever stay in Pattaya again.

Great rooms! but horrible front desk service”

very pleased with the rooms, they were spacious and clean. The hotel has efficient room service when we asked for iron and the ironing board it came in about 5-10mins. However, location of the hotel is 15mins walk to BIG C. central pattaya, you can flag down a songkau at 10baht per person. We were unhappy about the service we received when we checked into the hotel. The front desk were unfriendly and looked down on Asian even though we were paying the same price as the others travellers.

Feels like home”

This is a well built apartments with mordern furnitures. Location wise 10 mins walk from the beach. And bhat bus is available just outside the hotel at a distance of 5 mins to move any where accross pattayaa in 10 bhat per person which is extremely affordable. Rooms are neat and clean and hotel is over booked at times so extending stays in this place can be problematic. Swimming pool is neat and well maintained. It offers gyms with basic equipments. To sum up great hotel in the price range. I strongly recommend at mind for a comfortable homely stay in pattaya.

Home away from home”

The hotel is very well located in Central Pattaya. It is near many food outlets and great shopping near Central Pattaya Mall. All within walking distance. This is already my third stay and I will highly recommend business and family visitors this place. The pool is also very nice and cosy. The breakfast is also very good.

Nice service apartment and good service”

i live in studio room and it is big enough for me. it is cheap but quite luxury service apartment. this apartment has quite new and clean room with sofa, dvd player, queen size bed(very comfortable) and dining place. it is not like other hotel locate on the main road that is quite noisy, but it is locate at the 2nd pattaya road and walk into small road just 3 minutes. so it is quiet and also convenient when i want to go to the beach..pool is very nice and considered it is big enough to swim and relax. hotel staff is really good, polite and patient. whatever i ask about the tourist things, those receptionist is very patient and help us to get where i want to go. cons: air-conditioner compressor is just at the balcony, so it is too hot to stay in the balcony which the temperature outside is over 35 celcius. airconditioner is too powerful even i use the weakest power and 26 celcius. and make my skin so dry and so cold.

Beautiful apartments - very recommended to all ”

i have to say i have stayed all over pattaya and the last place i stayed was the hilton and at mind residence is very similar to the hilton in regards to new and modern looking. flat screen lcd in bedroom and lounge room has a lcd flatscreen and dvd. kitchen been has all utensils available. gym is ok and pool is very nice. all and all i would give this hotel a 5 out of 5

new, apartment hotel, big rooms, good location”

The hotel is new very interesting, surviving until before my comments very good and excellent, everything is very nice, great, we were like, this stay, I go to Pattaya many times in the 10-day vacation in the most beautiful, most wonderful vacation I conducted, apart hotel kitchen, full size large refrigerator, all kinds There are kitchen equipment, and not too nice, the tourist group with my friends, very nice days, evening, night, lived, so we are pleased with the hotel, I would recommend it to anyone, more than a noise air conditioners, shower bath water charge base unit does not just water, clean, clean, clean , hotel staff members as they strive for respectful caliskan in customer satisfaction are working, everything is excellent, perfect, Great Hotel...

escape from chaos”

We claimed that we were going to have our honeymoon trip in Pattaya while we were booking hotel.Then after our arrival, the stuffs had already prepared a big honeymoon suite room on top floor with heart shape roses on bed and in sink, which pleased my girl. The pool view was great and room service was quick. Walked about 10 minutes we can go to the beach and different from other hotels in pattaya, this one was quiet and clean, so it's perfect to spend our time here.

Spacious rooms”

We stayed 5 nights at At Mind Serviced Residence for the first time. It is located in an ally from second road north of central road. It is just a few minutes walk to the second road and convenient to go north by tuk tuk. However, if you want to go south and take public transportation, you need to walk all the way to Beach Road. Otherwise, the hotel is very nice with spacious room. Even the standard room has a small kitchen area and a balcony. Bedding is above average at the price range and room is very clean. Bathroom is also spacious with enough shelves for your body care amenities. Buffet breakfast is above average too with several types of bread, Thai and western choices and a few types of fruit and salad. Though the restaurant is a bit small and it can be difficult to find a place during peak hour. We did not use the pool but it looked nice and quiet. The laundry room with small charge is a good supplement for those who stay longer.

Modern design, great service, delicious breakfast”

The hotel itself is really nice. If you like the Pattaya city life, this is the hotel of your choice. Not too far away from malls and clubs but are away enough that the place is not noisy. The room are fully equipped with kitchenette, large LCD in both living area and bedroom (Although the larger LCD screen should be put in the living room rather than bedroom). The swimming pool and fitness are okay. Although there are not many dishes to choose from for breakfast, but they are all very delicious - premium sausage, ham, potato wedges... Overall, compared to the rate we pay - @Mind serviced Apartment is excellent!!!

Good pricing”

Enjoyed my stay at At Mind Serviced Residence. Good for the price you pay, food mart, massage, swimming pool, sauna, coin operated washing machines and good service. the hotel is located in central Pattaya about a 10min walk to the beach. Breakfast is ok could do with more choices and keep the food warm.

Quality hotel, great location, some noise issue”

I certainly enjoyed my stay at At Mind. Location was perfect for me as I had some business meetings just a little bit north and it's close to soi six which is great for food and temples to get away a bit from the rest of the Pattaya madness. As with all the hotels I've stayed in Thailand, the staff were very friendly and always exchanged big smiles with me. Rooms were quite good, felt just a tiny bit worn down, maybe a touch up could be worth. Bathrooms were fairly large and nice. Good size balcony and a nice resting chair to chill there. Major downside was noise - firstly the loud construction noise from a nearby large construction (from morning to late night) and secondly the A/C in the room. The A/C even drowned the construction sound, but i'm not sure that's a positive. The room also had various weird design errors like a bathroom where you have a proper shower but water will still flood the whole floor, the bed is on wheels on a wooden floor and there were quite a few ants in my room. As for the ants, no big deal as they were in one particular place and never seemed to moved from there but a bit nasty. I could have complained but to be honest didn't bother me much. The K-mart on the first floor is very useful. Hotel visitors were mixed, i'd say at least 2/3 were East or South Asians, plenty of Russians and then some random other people. Gym was acceptable for this kind of hotel. Breakfast buffet is the standard fare, no worse no better.
