I stay here regularly and have left reviews previously. Although this is mainly a transit hotel close to Suvarnabhumi airport, I use it as a base for my travels around S E Asia. The staff are all friendly and helpful. There are a large variety of rooms, I use the double rooms which are spacious. On site facilities include a recently finished swimming pool, fitness room, laundry facilities, a small shop, children's play area, and a cafe serving a variety of food. There is a shuttle minivan to and from Suvarnabhumi currently priced at 150 baht per room which I find a very useful service connecting me to the Bangkok Rail link and free Airport shuttle bus to Don Muang airport. Also other buses running from Suvarnbhumi to other Thai cities. All in all I cannot find better for the price although when you find happiness, then you look stop looking.

Great hotel with personal touch and yet very close to the airport”

We stayed at the "At Residence Suvarnabhumi" for one night this past November. It was our first time at a Bangkok airport hotel and we intuitively made the right choice. We found our room and bathroom spacious and very clean on arrival. Lovely decorations. The hotel is located within walking distance to the "Paseo Mall" with all types of restaurants and street food stands. There is a café/restaurant and also a small convenient store connected to the hotel. An airport transfer (10 min.) is provided against a small fee. Very friendly and helpful staff - during our stay and also prior to arrival. We would definitely book this hotel again.

Perfect to get a flight next day, no.1 choice of airport hotels”

Lovely hotel. Clean, comfortable, light, airy. You can get Scoozi Pizza delivered to your door, which is good for dinner AND breakfast the next day. Airport transfer from Suvarnabhumi to the hotel was pretty good, though I did have to wait for a while. I called to ask where they were and requested a call back when they were outside so I could wait inside the air-conditioned building. The transfer from the hotel to Suvarnabhumi was perfect. The staff helped me with my bags and the lady at reception was very friendly. The included breakfast was OK. There's free water in the lobby, so take your empty water bottle down there if you need to refill. The TV had some English-language movie channels, so I just stayed in and ate pizza and watched movies. Will definitely stay here again if I need to stopover near Suvarnabhumi - wouldn't even bother looking elsewhere.

We were just slated to stay one night due to an early flight out through Suvarnabhumi airport, but the staff were still super friendly and attentive to our questions. There is a cute cafe / restaurant attached to the hotel, which serves excellent and cheap food. Rooms are nicely decorated, and they give you a free cup noodle each. Hotel location is close to a small shopping mall (with frankly, amazing deals since it's not a tourist destination) and lots of restaurants to choose from if you don't want to eat at the cafe. I would definitely stay here again and would 100% recommend others stay here as well!

It is a big strength of this hotel. It is so close from the Suvarnabhumi airport. It takes about 10mins from the airport. Therefore, I recommend you to stay here if you have a plan to leave to another city in early morning or if you are too tired to move to downtown of Bangkok after you arriving at the airport at late night. I had a good experience of here, and believe you will do so also:)

Excellent”

Honestly I did not expect the place to be so comfortable but the place and staffs really impressed me. We arrived quite late due to our flight delay but the staffs did a very good job in welcoming us and helping us to our room so that we can have a good night. Room was clean and comfortable. WiFi available. The location was quite near the Suvarnabhumi airport as well as Lat Krabang station. Overall we had a very pleasant stay. It was too bad we only stayed for a day while transiting at Bangkok. Will definitely come back for a longer stay the next time we visit Bangkok.

Perfect first stop in Thailand”

At Residence is perfectly located near Suvarnabhumi airport for a warm welcome straight from the plane. The property is wonderfully decorated throughout and was so comfortable. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The high point of this restaurant has to be the restaurant attached however. Again - really lovely decor and atmosphere and dinner breakfast were both delicious.

My wife and I stay at the "At Residence Suvarnabhumi" every year on our way out of Thailand to make it easy for us to get to the airport early in the morning for our flight home. We highly recommend this hotel; great value for a very reasonable price.

Fantastic Stay!”

Great place to stay if you need somewhere near Suvarnabhumi. The Villa's are really cosy, great if you are travelling with children and want to feel like you have a "home" for the night. They are located in a wonderfully maintained garden setting. Great job with the landscaping, didn't even feel like I was close to the airport. The food at the restaurant is well priced and there is plenty to choose from, the staff are on the ball and very friendly. Great facilities - swimming pool and gym. All around I would definitely recommend this property, I will definitely stay again. A special mention and a big thank you to all the Reception staff, I found them to be extremely polite and helpful, speedy with requests and they go the extra mile with a smile. As a team, they were excellent!

Exceptional”

At residence is very convenient when using Suvarnabhumi Airport. The room is comfortable and spacious. The only negatives are a shower with poor pressure which was difficult to adjust and an extremely hard bed.

Clean and friendly ”

We stayed here prior to our early morning flight last year and were welcomed back by reception staff like a long lost friend. Check in was fast and efficient, Bellboy accompanied us to our room with the luggage and showed us the room facilities and came immediately when called in the morning to load the bags into our taxi. We enjoyed an excellent meal in the Home restaurant at very favourable price. This is now our go to hotel when flying out from Suvarnabhumi a 15 minute drive away.

Home from Home”

I have left several reviews as I stay here often and use it as a base for my travels in Asia. It is an excellent small hotel and although mostly used for 'one nighters' before and after travel to/from Suvarnabhumi airport, it is much more than that. There are plenty of amenities (airport shuttle service, swimming pool, fitness room, childrens play room, shop, cafe etc). The rooms are very comfortable....but most of all it is the friendly staff that make it more like 'home from home'

Great for overnight stay near Bangkok airport”

We usually crash here when we are in transit through Bangkok, very close to Suvarnabhumi and plenty of stuff to to for a 12-24 hour layover: swimming pool, walking to Paseo shopping mall, eating out etc. Staff are friendly, transport to the airport can leave anytime requested, restaurant food is actually delicious.

Good transit hotel”

This hotel is near Suvarnabhumi and an hour away from the Bangkok downtown area, so it makes sense only if you are staying here between flights. As a transit hotel it is great value for money. As a base for a visit to Bangkok, less so. A taxi costs from THB 250 - THB 350 to go to/from the center. At Residence is composed of units in 3 apartment building blocks run like a hotel. The reception staff, the bellmen and the girls at the restaurant are very friendly. The facilities are basic and do not always work. The airconditioning unit in my room was very loud, the hair drier did not work and there were only 2 channels on TV (CNN and a local one). But the room size was generous and the restaurant served good food at reasonable prices. Overall, I would highly recommend this for transit stays.

Very nice transit hotel”

Feel like home, love it. Clean and bright room, breakfast is good. Convenient transport, from Suvarnabhumi airport, there is shuttle bus to get to the hotel, location outside Gate 4 (better to make reservation) and it is charged. Will stay here again if needed a transit hotel.

Wonderful Gem!”

I was very impressed with this hotel! The front desk staff were some of the most friendly and helpful hotel staff I have ever encountered. The room was clean, updated and nicely decorated. The grounds were equally impressive. They provided complimentary water, coffee, and noodles in the room. Their onsite restaurant is very convenient, reasonably prices, and has a wide selection to choose from. One thing to be aware of though is that if you do eat at the restaurant be aware that they require a minimum transaction of 300 baht to use a credit card. I was not aware of this and almost ran out of cash as I was leaving Thailand and didn't have a lot of baht currency left. I think you can pre-pay for breakfast when you pay for your room bill which I would've done if I knew they had a credit card minimum. They have a reasonably priced & reliable airport shuttle service too. This hotel definitely exceeded my expectations and if I ever return to Bangkok, I'll be coming back!

10 minutes' drive to Suvarnabhumi airport. They can arrange shuttle bus service, which takes 150B per room. Bath water is unstable, and aircraft noise in the room. They divide into 2 areas,residence and hotel .You can book residence on Airbnb, and hotel on Agoda.

great location only 10-15 mins from suvarnabhumi airport by taxi. great shuttle service 150 baht per room. clean rooms. intermittent free wifi. 10 min walk to paseo mall... lots of eating places and market stalls. short 15-20 min taxi ride to huge mega bangna mall. lovely swimming pool. we have stayed here twice.

Great location, friendly staff.”

Stayed here for one night before a morning flight. Arrived late and left early, so didn't spend much time in the room. The room itself was clean and modern. Some of the hotels in this area are very budget oriented but At Residence felt more like a boutique hotel. The staff were very friendly and although the airport transfer wasn't waiting at the curb for us, they arrived quickly after we phoned the hotel. Helpful tip: you can use free wifi at the airport to make a local call on Skype if you have a mobile device. Planning on staying there again twice in June at the start and end of a 10 day holiday.
