Welcome to our house with a modern interior and spacious fully furnished 3bhk house (1600 sft) in Devi Residency Apt. The house is located is an area called near by MVP signal junction Isukatota (High Way). Sri krishna temple street,3 min walk to the NH and also nearby HB colony.

* Unmarried couples are not allowed,House Parties and Pets are not allowed.

Athidi Homes is the best place to stay in Visakhapatnam. It’s near to MVP Signal Point(NH 16 High Way) in a distance of 200 miters

1. The House is located on 2nd floor in the apartment Devi Residency and the house has (1600 sft) 3 bedrooms 2 bathrooms 1 hall and a dining place,kitchen, utility and Balcony

2. The house consists of 2 L.E.D TV's (with Airtel DTH) , 4 Air Conditioners , Free High speed WiFi , fridge ,Microwave , R.O water ,Washing Machine , All Kitchen Equipment etc.

3.Secured car Parking Lot and lift facility is available and it is 24/7 secured place.
We have a humble apartment watchman who can help our guests in need. He can run small errands such as getting groceries,etc.and the maid is available.

4. We can provide cab facility if you need.

5. Please note that there is a limit of 6 guests in our home(6 Guests price Rs 3500/-) in certain cases we permit upto 2 additional guests and we will provide extra mattress and blankets,and for each additional guest we charge Rs 500/- per night per guest
6. If you have any inconvenience you can report to us and we will respond to you within few minutes.
