Top notch service ”

I never thought that this hotel could provide high quality hospitality at first. But my preconception was clearly wrong. I was greeted with warm smiles all over the hotel. The lobby, restaurants and room were all clean. The room was spacious and the A/C was functioning well. There were four pillows on the king sized bed which made my sleep even better. On the down side, I could only think of one, I wished the hotel kept some lights on on floors and wings that are closed. I understand that during this pandemic, the occupancy rate isn't that high so I just wished some minimal lighting was in placed. I was on the second floor and when I walked out of the elevator, the alley to my right were well let but the left wing was pitch black. Breakfast was delicious, no complaints. Check out was swift, parking at the multi-leveled car park was also free for hotel guests, just validate your Touch n' Go card upon checking out. Surau was a little bit small, I'm surprised of the size considering it was located right next to banquet halls. All in all, I'm pleased with my stay and Avenue Garden Hotel would definitely be on my list the next time I'm in the area.

Convenience and resourceful”

The hotel provides an avail for me because of the resources surrounding the location with supermarkets, easy access to Putrajaya with the least traffic congestion, temple for morning prayers, nearby mosque and abundant scrumptious local foods with a good price to be offered. Nevertheless, of the fact the heavy carpet fixed on every floor, it makes it hard for the mobility of the wheelchair. Another drawback is the breakfast served is not up to the standard of normal hotel and instead, they serve the local dishes.

New hotel in a garden”

Avenue Garden Hotel is a new hotel situated near Kuis. What I like most is, that it is in a beautiful, well cared garden.

Parking - Secure automatic gated parking lot and require TnG to go into the parking lot and only needed to present the card to reception during check out/ going out to be exempted from parking fees. A short distance between hotel and parking lot. Staff - Friendly and polite especially during Covid-19 where they request customers to sanitise their hands and check temperature before proceed to reception. Room - Clean and spacious. Toilet is clean too. It is very hot when entering the room but it is ok after air condition is on for 15 min Location - The hotel is located a bit off from city centre and require just a short journey about 15 min from Bangi Gateway. The journey to the hotel is quite urban with certain roads are narrow and curvy (no street light). Breakfast - Given 5 choices from the menu to be chosen as main course with additional free flow of tea/coffee and bread. Does not require to attend the food yourself. The staff will serve you from your table except for coffee/tea.

Best hotel worth it with the price”

Overall our stay at this hotel was very good. Really satisfied with the room and staff. The breakfast is by order and serving as the breakfast buffet is not available due to covid19. For improvement maybe hotel can be upgraded by adding more facilities such as gym and pool. The garden is so beautiful and very recommended for those who loves taking pictures and selfie. Parking area quite distant however it is still acceptable and its free(dont forget to bring your tng card to validate).

Beautiful Room”

Spend 1 night with my husband, the scenery was beautiful, room is beautiful and clean, all furniture looks new. Fresh air and environment. Only the tv channel is boring, no movies and motorcycle parking is too far away make us tired walking and worried about our motorcycle safety. Breakfast was okay. Overall i satisfied with this hotel, if can, please lower the price. :)

A very nice hotel for family vacation due to the big and spacious rooms,delicious foods for the free breakfast package and their friendly hotel staffs.The hotel location is good as well as a shopping mall just located in front of the hotel easy to buy foods and some other stuffs.The Bangi Wonderland also located just 200 to 300 metres away from the hotel as well.When ever family bringing children to the Wonderland may have a stay at this hotel.Very recommended hotel for family vacation.

Facilities need to improve”

I am not comfortable with ironing. Hv to share with other people, iron board put at the end of each level. First time i've seen 4 star hotel do that. Every room must hv its own iron board and iron. This is just my advise and review to improve your facility.

One of the best hotel at bangi”

It is without doubt one of the best hotel in bangi as the price is affordable while being luxurious! The breakfast is excellent and free indoor parking nearby. The only cons is the room which have no air circulation thus for people who have allergic to dust like me should bring medicine if not i tell you it is going to be hectic

Staff very friendly and always smile. Front desk staff Ella who check in me very friendly. Room very nice and clean. Breakfast also good and lot of choice. Will return back to this hotel.

Excellent”

Breakfast buffet served is satisfactory with the amount of money paid. The room floor is vinyl flooring. Heater in the washroom took time to heat the water. The multilevel parking is in another building so u have to park, descend to the ground floor using elevator n walk to the hotel the next building. TV channels are limited. Hotel should consider adding more channel or add on netflix/utube TV. No pool but Bangi Water Theme park is across the hotel.

Good hotel with spacious and comfortable room, i dont believe with the prices which quite cheap for the room including breakfast with 2 person. Definitely i will stay again at this hotel.

Better staying choice in semenyih ”

I brought my families to dinasour kingdom at semenyih. mostly are budget hotel. After searching, only find this better choice for family staying. Next day morning & had my breakfast, that’s 8TV actors are shooting there.

brand new hotel”

this hotel located next to the bangi water park but far away from bandar baru bangi which has all the restaurant to eat.there's no swimming pool or gym as well but for the price i'm totally satisfied.there's a hypermarket across the street if you want to buy anything besides than that surrounding area are totally dead

room 315”

don't get room 315 or any room on whatever floor with the numbers that ends with 15 . It is because the room is next to the" machine" room that have noisy noise. Initially i thought it was from the road but at night when the traffic is low, i notice it was from next door' engine' room. I could not sleep well because of the noise. Otherwise everything is good. Breakfast is basic

A condusive hotel and value for money. The food for breakfast are so nice. But, this is a new place so there is no nice view around the hotel. All is good.

This is good deal from agoda! i just paid around RM155 for 2 days with 2 night! check in 3am on 10 .12. 2017 and check out on 11.12. 2017. so far the hotel is good to stay and value for money. it just nice location and the room is big and confartable.

Overall, customer svc and room hotel condition are pleasant and comfortable. To be improved: 1. Guests toilet near lobby was not cleaned even i just saw cleaner came out frm the toilet for cleaning.. 21 august morning. 2 .Staff did not mention parking ticket arrangement details to guest.Guest had to walk up and down parking building finding how to get parking fee waived. much hassle.

Good experience ”

The parking and their room is spacious which unbelievable with the price i got. The only problem i have is every floor are connected through a open air from Ground floor so its very noisy sometime i can listen to ppl running walking or talking from inside my room.
