Everything's PERFECT! ”

I booked for 5 nights with 3 adults and 4 months baby. Everyone like this hotel; nice view, clean room, good service and value for money. Moreover It's on the main road, easy to find and very close to the city's center! If we go to Phuket next time, I will choose B2 Phuket again!

Most of the hotel staff didn't speak English!”

B2 Phuket is a new hotel with quite unique concept, I would say messy because they use the cement for the walls without applying any wall paint or wallpaper. But despite that, we did have a nice stay. Here's some PRO'S & CON'S: PRO'S: - The hotel location is quite easy to find, especially from Bus Terminal Station 2 - Bedroom has a very nice aroma - The room (we used Deluxe type) was spacious, including 1 queen bed & 1additional single bed next to the window - The bed was nice! - Standard amenities provided (soap, shampoo, shower cap, & sanitary bag) - Clean room! They clean the it everyday and replace our used towels & amenities, including mineral water - Quiet environment - There's an affordable restaurant in front of the hotel (they have a very tasty "boil galangal coconut milk soup chicken" & milk tea) - Very close with Bus Terminal Station 2, only 5 minutes away - Pretty close to Phuket Old Town which can be accessed by local PINK bus with only THB 15 CON'S: - Most of the front desk staff doesn't speak English! Only 1 who understand English well & quite helpfull. The others were helpless (very disappointing)! - Very slow front desk, they cannot multitasking - TV channels are mostly in Thai and mostly are dubbed - Small bath room (but this is not really a problem for us) - Hard to get taxi, especially after the local bus operation is finished. Usually if the hotel staff assisting, they will give a high price (around THB 400 - 500 for short distance). I would suggest to use "Grabtaxi" application, it really helps to get fair fare, although it would take some time to find a taxi

This was our 2nd stay at B2 Phuket Hotel. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Location is close to Phuket town.

Amazing value”

Really great stay for amazing value. Room (superior twin) was great, slept really well and the daily cleaning was perfect. The manager was particularly friendly and helpful (arranged a scooter for us with no hassle at all). The location might be a problem for anyone without a scooter, it’s a on a busy road leading into Phuket Town that’s about 10-15 mins on foot. For us with the scooter it was no problem at all though. All in all, it was a great stay and we would definitely return.

Comfortable Stay”

The hotel is quiet and very close to Phuket town where you can dive into the culture and unique designs of Phuket. There is a stream behind this hotel, so you can see lots of fishes swimming around. Staffs are friendly.

Another modern and cheap generic hotel close to Phuket town city center. The room and bathroom fixtures work to satisfaction as well as the room temperature. I was unable to get the wifi to work but feel this was a problem with my laptop. When it did finally work the service was so slow it was unusable. This was the only problem I had with the hotel but thankfully my cell phone's wifi worked fine. The water temp of the shower was fine and sufficient. The hotel didn't offer any free breakfast but given the price, this is understandable. Overall, a good high value stay and the bed quality was decent and acceptable as well.

Great Hotel near Phuket Town”

B2 was a great place to stay in order to be near Phuket Town, and the court, prison, and other places in town. Overall, this is an excellent place to stay if you need to be in town.

Nice place far from city”

The hotel was nice and the rooms were quite big, the front desk staff were friendly but spoke little English. The hotel is about 30 mins walk to Phuket town so there not a lot of things to do close to the hotel. Even food is a bit of a walk. They don’t really offer any tours out of the hotel and had little info when I asked about getting to Koh Phi Phi island. Overall the building is great the beds are comfy but the location is too far from the city.

great location and nice room bigger than hop inn”

This b2 hotel is a great budget hotel good location for Pier we were traveling to ko kao noi. The food around the hotel is good many restaurant and doi Chang coffee shop at front of hotel I would recommend staying here safe and secure hotel with plenty of car parking spaces.

Closed to Phuket town”

I choose this hotel for my parent in law for them to access Phuket town and airport.

A good budget hotel”

This hotel locate in Phuket city. The room is wide and comfortable. The hotel staffs are friendly and good service mind but some staffs can not speak english. Overall this hotel has reasonable price.

Wonderful Phuket”

Phuket is beauty island with many beaches and delicious varieties of foods and gifts. I love Phuket too much and ask my family and relatives joint to travel gain to here.

Good Value”

The hotel was very nice and pretty much what i expected. They are obviously not use to foreign travelers, so they are not as knowable about touristy things. But if you are going to visit friends or for business it is great! The location is about a 20 min walk from 7 eleven or 10 mins from family mart. there are some nice Thai restaurants and cafes near by too. It's kinda far from anything touristy, but if you have a car it is a 5 min drive to old town and close to malls and tesco!

Good for staying if you have an in-town sightseeing trip”

Hotel is located in the central of Phuket close to Mission Hospital and New Phuket Bus Terminal ( by 10 - 15 minutes walking ) Room is clean and quiet. WIFI is good. If you have a plan for sightseeing in Phuket town, it's good to stay as it is not close to any beaches.

We had a great experience at this hotel! Pros -Very modern and hip room -Complimentary water and coffee -Soap and clean towels provided -Local vibe neighborhood and cool restaurants Cons -Staff at the reception were talking to each other and distracted from serving customers -30 min walk from Old Town

Money for value”

This is not a 5 stat hotel. I would like more like a boutique hotel for a short stay. We only paid 12 dollars for one night before heading to Phi Phi on the next day. Room was quite, clean and big. Beds are comfortable, Shower was good. What we can expect more with the price? However, you will need to drive a motorbike (there are only 2 small restaurants opposite to the hotel for lunch, Not dinner). Not far to go the old town with motorbike, but i would say its not a distance you can walk. If you need to arrange a trip or rent a bike, ask to receptionist. They will offer you a phone number to arrange yourself. (Better to have local phone to make things easier)

Excellent stay!”

The hotel is located near the center of the town. The room was perfect for our family. The bathroom and the toilet is separated, also the washing sink. The room was clean and comfy. Would recommend!

Taxi costed 200 Bah per capita from airport to B2 and was around 45 minutes far.

Good”

Room is clean and spacious. But there's no available king bed in the superior room. Some of the staff cannot speak English. Upon check in, reception should inform the guest about the details on breakfast, etc. (I'm a receptionist too so I'm very observant 😂). On the 1st day, I don't know if the breakfast in the buffet station (vegetables) have separate payment for the food that will be cooked upon order, so I don't claim for my breakfast (only the veggies 🤢) because I thought I need to pay AGAIN since I've paid already a breakfast in Agoda (they shown me a menu with 2 choices but have prices on the top, so I concluded, I need to pay for additional). But the 2nd day, I order for the food because I don't have time to go out, and upon check out, they don't ask me to pay anything, so the answer is yes, it's included if you've paid in Agoda already. Another cons is, the breakfast has just limited choices. But over all, everything was good. Thank you for the nice stay B2! 😊

Clean and spacious ”

This place is good, spacious and very homey. We stayed at suite room. i really loved to stay here. But the staff need to upgrade their english. B2 Hotel is where you find serenity. it's very quiet. A little bit far from Patong but there's a Night market called Chillva. It's a local night market i think. You can walk around 2 km from the hotel.
