Good gor stop over”

Location is quite good, about 5 mins yo Suraj Central Department Store, next to Home pro and very close to Robinson Department store. Room is ok for short stay or stop over. Breakfast is served but not buffet.

Used as a one night stop over to fly from airport next day. Comfortable enough, not a great location but there is a mall close by. Rooms were comfortable and up to date.

Room was amazing and new. Breakfast was appalling and shouldn't been advertised. Room a bit noisy as facing busy intersection. Parking easy and accessible

Nice hotel, but not in the ideal location”

As a hotel B2 Surat Thani is quite good. Spacious, clean and well maintained rooms, nice interior, seamless and good service... Even the location a bit far from downtown wouldn't be a problem, if it wasn't so close to a busy road. And even the road wouldn't be too much of a problem, if the vehicles (and especially the motorbikes) were not so aggressive and noisy. This part was definitely a disappointment, luckily at least during the hours of sleep there is no much traffic, so it becomes quiet enough to have a good sleep. Unless you prefer to sleep later than 7:30...

Modern, tidy, comfortable, and functional”

The location at a major intersection on the way in/out of town makes this a good hotel for people driving through, stopping off for the night. And for the price and the quality of the room, it's an exceptional deal. Excellent choice for when passing through.

No Blankets? ”

Asked for extra blankets for my kids and we were (shockingly) refused, B2 stating it was "policy" not to give extra blankets. My kids wanted extra blankets and were refused Are you kidding me? Is this not what hotels provide? Service? Shocking.

Overnighter close to airport”

Clean, small hotel with very polite, English-speaking staff. Just wanted a modern room with a good shower, kettle, and comfy king bed and it ticked those boxes. No restaurant, but snack and bev bar on ground floor. Close to Central Plaza.
