A perfect place to stay. ”
Pros: a clean, comfortable and beautiful place. Near some tourist attractions. Food is good. The owner is very polite, friendly and kind. Highly recommended. Cons: no transportation near this area. Gotta rent a motorcycle in the town to travel easier.

Real Deal”
Khao Yai has been a hot holiday destination for many these recent years. Its hard to find an inexpensive accommodation. Baan Kinlom Chom Dao is a wonderfull find. It is inexpensive and the cottage like room is very clean. Although accommodation is basic, we don't have time to stay in anyway as we were expectedly busy roaming around in Khao Yai visiting all the nice tourist spots. The kitchen serves very good Thai food. If one has wheels, this is one of the best place to stay at under a budget.

Great place to stay to explore Khao Yai National Park”
We spent four nights at Baan Kinlom Chom Daw Khao Yai in order to spend three full days exploring Khao Yai National Park. The location was excellent for us to explore the National Park. We were very only a short ride from the hotel to the park, which meant that we could maximize our time in the park. The accommodations were very clean and simple. We chose to stay here, because it offered one of the best value options in the area. The staff cleaned our room every day and changed our bed sheets each day. Our hosts were very nice. Every morning, the man who worked at the hotel would ask us what we had planned that day. On the fourth morning when our plan was to find a taxi to the Pak Chong rail station, he offered to give us a lift, since he was already heading in that direction that morning. I can also recommend the restaurant at the hotel. We enjoyed two dinners at their restaurant. If you get a chance, I highly recommend that you try their friend chicken with herbs; the chicken was fried with thinly sliced fresh lemongrass, kaffir lime leaves, garlic and peppercorns. The breakfast included with the accommodations was toast supplemented by a bowl of Thai soup or fried egg each morning.

Nice hotel with friendly owners”
We stayed in Baan Kinlom Chom Daw Khao Yai for two nights to visit the Khao Yai national park. The little resort is managed by a friendly family and were very service minded. They really wanted to ensure their guests were having a good time. The food in the restaurant is good, especially the tom yam khung! While somewhat out of the center, the place offers decent value for money.

A great stay, made even better by hospitable owner”
Baan Kinlom Chom Daw is a nice place comprised largely of bungalows. It was a comfortable stay in the large villa that we got. The restaurant / check-in counter is well located up front and is a place whereby everyone meets & greets with smiles. The service rendered by the staff of the family-run business is impeccable, honest and attentive.

Baan Kinlom Chow Daw Khao Yai is well place near the entrance of the national park. It is well run and the staff is friendly. Room is of good size and clean. Food offer in the restaurant is very nice and not too expensive. Overall, it is value for money. Will stay here again.

I very much enjoyed my stay here, the host is so friendly and the food is great. The room is very pretty. We arrived wanting to go to Khao Yai National Park, which is a bit far from the Hotel, and we did not have a plan. The host was kind enough to get us a very unexpensive tour guide and we really enjoyed our stay.

A Nice Cozy Place Run By Sweet People”
Now that I've become a bit more accostumed to the cost of things in Thailand, I think the cost might have been a bit more than what it was really worth HOWEVER it was a spacious clean room, a shower with heat and good water pressure, free WiFi, and a very basic but free breakfast (toast and eggs). The staff was very passionate about this place, there was a lot of love in it and that shone through more than pretty much anything else, the owner gave me a ride to Khao Yai National Park for free which was super kind and considerate

Clean and pleasant stay ”
We have a very pleasant stay at Baan Kinlom , it's just a little bit confuse that they don't have a English sign board for their home stay . It's a very clean and nice place to stay with if you are not asking for 5 stars kind of hotel . The hotel is strategic located and easy access to places of attractions nearby . Moreover , the breakfast provided are yums!!

Very good service. Helpful on phone to provide directions to guest house which is a little off the beaten path. Very clean, nice cabin accommodations. Clean, good value, friendly and helpful proprietor. Good location base to explore Khao Yai park and surrounding areas.

Nice budget hotel with great staff”
Friendly staff. The rooms are each an own small building and everything is clean and quiet. To find the hotel you need to be able to read Thai signs. Very close to the Khao Yai Art museum, nice too. Breakfast is ok, but good for the hotel price.

Family run villas, private and pleasant”
The owners here are very welcoming and friendly. Rooms are simple Thai style but new and comfortable. We moved further back into the resort as the front end villas are close to the road which can be a little busy with trucks on a bouncy road. After 6 years in Thailand, I think is wife cooked us the best Tom Yam I've ever had. Breakfast is usually either Khao Tom (delicious rice soup) or fried eggs, changing from day to day. Bread, jam, coffee and tea also available. Location is not in the National Park but very convenient. Palio nearby, is frankly a waste of space. Check out Toscana Valley, 12km away, to blow your mind away! A very pleasant stay! :-)
