Nice place, inexpensive and near BTS.. but very far from Bangkok.”

This is a great choice if you have a car. The BTS is nearby, but still about 0.8 km.. so there are better options. The hotel itself is new, very clean and simple. They will do very well as a budget hotel. It's in a great location, if you are visiting Samut Prakan, but not if you are heading to Asoke or Siam areas of Sukhumvit (it's about an hour ride on the BTS). Staff are friendly and welcoming, but don't speak any English.. at all! This is off the beaten path, and actually very well-located for Ancient City, Erawan Museum and the Robinson Lifestyle Mall, next to the Phraek Sa BTS.

Good short term stay”

The location of the hotel is a bit remote and away from BKK center. However, the next BTS line is about 10 minutes walk from the hotel, and large shopping malls are about 20 minutes walk away. There is a 7 11 conveniently next door. The hotel is clean, staff is friendly and the place is in general comfortable, although very basic. There were 2 main problems we experienced, one was paper thin walls. We didn't get any sleep the second night due to very noisy neighbors, and a lot of late foot traffic at night. The street noise could be an issue too depending on how close your room is to the main road. The second problem we faced was parking. After 7 PM is practically impossible to find parking on premises, although the security guard does his best to accommodate you with a double park spot. Overall, aside from the noise problem from next door, our stay was okay.

Good and positive points - nearby 7-11 - in a town, easy to access - clean and comfortable room - good for traveller - nice furnished Worst and develop points - can hear surroundings even someone close a bathroom - i noted in a comment box that we drove from Lampang, we got a room next to elevator, surely heard all people pass by. A worst thing is our neighbor have a party with loud music at midnight. - bathroom floor is slippery. Material is not for a floor, it’s for a wall. - a hotel not for business and family - provided wifi password is incorrect. I can’t access wifi in my floor (4th) with my iPhone. But my android able to connected 3rd floor wifi which can access by that’s password...... (anyway it’s different floor can’t get a good signal)

Nice and clean accommodation”

I m satisfied by the hotel. I stayed 2 nights and both nights guests were a little bit noisy, either during the night or early in the morning. Speaking loud on the corridors... i guess the management is not responsible for that.

Budget hotel near Bang Pu”

A new hotel with all the basics. You need to pay a deposit for the keycard and we also had to pay extra for more bedding for our son as the beds were smaller than expected

But don’t expect any frills. This is a good hotel for business trips or short family visits. It’s bare bones, but clean and well-run by very nice people.

Basic facilities but the room was very nice. Only a 10 minute walk to Sai Luat BTS Station. Big C and Robinson Shopping mall aren't far either. I would definitely stay here again.

Good choice if visiting Chang Erawan Museum and Muangboran”

Good room, bed comfortable, if a little firm. Everything worked, kettle and coffee provided. Small balcony if you must smoke. Rooms appear relatively new, and the walls are definitely thin, as it is easy to hear those in rge adjoining room.

Not a bad hotel but basic room only. Had to pay 350 bhat deposit for the room key. Also the tiles in the bathroom were very slippery.

Good stopover for rest. 7 just next door and some small shops nearby. The private car park was good.

Not so quiet ”

It is a very good hotel for the money for sure, but was a bit noisy at night from other guests coming in late and there is a hospital very near by with ambulances every hour or so. The best part for me was the bed was very comfortable…..I was very surprised with this because it was so cheap to stay. FYI…. My stay was New Years….maybe noisier than usual at that time

Convenient Budget Accommodation ”

I stayed in this hotel for the second time. I mostly chose this place because of its location to take care of some personal stuff. The place is clean and well maintained. The room's walls are extremely thin. Other than that, the hotel is close to the BTS station, and 7 11 is steps away, and a shopping mall is 15 minutes walk away. For a few nights stay, i would recommend this place, it is a reasonably priced budget hotel with little amenities, but it is good enough for a 2 to 3 nights stay.
