Beautiful but some improvements needed”

I stayed at Baan Rim Ao with two of my friends. We checked in fine and the staff was very nice and helpful. It was a rainy season when we went there, so we couldn't enjoy the amenities such as the swimming pool as much as we could have. We found a lot of ants in our room. When we informed the staff, they came to our room to spray the ants and changed the bedsheet for my friend right away. The hotel restaurant requires a lot of improvements, though. The restaurant staffs were not very welcoming. The restaurant is usually closed at 10:00PM, but we were informed that we could no longer eat there since 9:00PM. It's a good hotel although I might not stay at this hotel again when I visit Chantaburi next time.

Great location, quite but not too far from the city. Welcoming, helpful and friendly staffs. You have to pay 500THB/night/dog upon checking in (we were informed), sign a form to acknowledge rules about having dog(s) during your stay, basic stuff nothing to worry about. Room was very nice with teepee for dog, with dog bowl, dog food and water, comfy bed, clean, loved it! Property has restaurant, pet friendly, food was very nice and food came out real fast. Property has plenty of area for you to walk your dog and enjoy some activities. Breakfast buffet was nice. Didn't have laundry service information, had to iron my shirt so asked the staff at front desk and was willing to pay but they were very nice and ironed for me without charge. Wish there were more amenities in the bathroom; toothbrush, toothpaste etc. Also wish there were garbage bins around the property since it's pet friendly so pet owners can dispose of their poop after collecting them. The acknowledgement form also said we can request for plastic bags for collecting poop but it didn't seem like they actually had them (or some staffs weren't aware?), they were nice to try to find but would have been nice if they knew about it and actually have them in proper size (they gave huge plastic bags....). Also wish they had a closed area where you can let your dog run around freely without leash (doesn't have to be huge), would have been real nice. Overall, enjoyed very much and would love to visit again.

Modern, clean and beautiful view. Fantastic swimming pool. Friendly staff with the owner on site bending over backwards to make sure your stay is a pleasant one. Very good price for what you are getting. I give it 5 stars because 10 stars are not available. Breakfast was very good.

Nice view. Oversized room with resonable price. Breakfast is ok, on average as you can find all day tasty food in Chantaburi.

Nice place beautiful rooms”

Staff very helpful very beautiful hotel and big swimming pool ... restaurant very good food and cheap . Nice sea view.... buy 2 large beer 2 spy 1 soda and ice ... 260 baht and they bring it to the room ...breakfast was ok not very good ..but so nice sitting in the morning and looking the sea when you eat

Secret seaside ”

Well designed with small touches and optimal use of space and environment. Feed fish right off your balcony. Clean large rooms, big grassy area by the waterside, and lots of secret spaces to be alone and in nature. Good food, great pool, no beach but you get to enjoy the waterside in other ways. Worth a stopover on long drives to the eastern islands.

Peaceful and gorgious”

The view is gorgeous from even within the room. With a little distance from the city (~10 km), the resort is very peaceful and rejuvenating. Staff is friendly. The room is clean. The resort's restaurant is quite tasty and is affordable if you don't feel like going out.

Nice Hotel”

Located on the estuary with a good size swimming pool. Room and facilities were fine for our few days stay. The staff were friendly and helpful and there were a few places nearby to visit. It made an interesting few days away in a waterfront location, but you should have your own transport if you go here.

- room is clean and comfortable witnice view! - we enjoyed alot of their swimming pool. - hotel staffs are friendly, except some staffh at restaurant. we feel uncomfy while looking the menu.. it seems like staff try to rush us to order the food, though kicthen doesn't close yet. - should provide room service menu in the room. - should improve in term of breakfast and quanlity.

Good location”

Good view and have pond at the terrace from the room for giving food to fish. Not many staff but all of them are nice. The room isn't really worth the money, a little bit expensive for the decoration and facility available.

This is a clean & serene place for the travellers. Even they're quite remote, but you can escape from the noisy city life. Great place for your vacation. They located on "Manao Bay" the beautiful seascape. Their room is so comfortable. Good local breakfast, We have fresh-hot fish congee in the morning.
