Rooms with balcony in Chowkit / Putra WTC

"The hotel has a great location as it is very near the Putra WTC LRT station. The Sunway Putra mall is also connected to the hotel.A number of restaurants are in the vicinity so food is not a problem. The rooms are clean and spacious and the staff is very courteous. Overall the hotel is good value for money."

"One of the best pools I have seen in KL, a long pool good for laps with a great view. The breakfast was very disappointing and it would be more truthful for them not to say breakfast was included, as for 4-5 star hotels in KL normally have wonderful breakfast buffets, here the food was cold and choices were extremely limited, to the point that most guests seemed quite upset about it. The building is really apartments, it seems they have set up a temporary hotel to use the rooms that have not sold yet, I have no problem with this, but customers need to know there is no room service, business centre, restaurant or any normal facilities. The hotel is new and it's location is difficult, most taxis do not know it, and find the address difficult to find as it seems to be isolated in a large traffic intersection with a small side access from a freeway. It is very difficult to get taxis from the hotel also. We found public transport is not too bad with Putra and PWTC stations both within a 10 minute walk, but the pathways are not clearly signposted or clearly visible, needing to walk along the highway or through thick grass. The hotel could make a much better effort to improve access and signage. There is a laundry service for the apartments, it is not express by any means, but they do quality work at a great price, we were very happy with them. The hotel would be great for those who want longer stays or have own car transport. We enjoyed it, and might stay there again, but I can imagine others that would not. "

"Stayed at Block B, Level 22. Pro: room is tidy, spacious with 2 queen bed + 1 sofa bed, all basic equipments available, safe parking, nice staff & free hasle check in. Grocery shop and restaurant also available. Walking distance to KTM, Putra LRT & Sunway Putra Mall. During my stay, only took Grabcar to travel within KL (RM5 only to KLCC low peak time) and use UberEats to order food (many food variety to choose). The food will be send to my doorstep by the rider. Con: Road noise is too loud even at 22 level, even can hear a kapcai motor sound from the room. "

"Apart from a few small cockroaches I have seen in the bathroom , my room was nice l Large with comfortable beds .The TV only had free Malaysia channels -2 of them blur...When I asked at reception a few minute later someone came up and fixed the problem . Wifi was VERY good . Drinking water was provided .For additional hot and cold drinking water there was a dispenser. Eating in the area is good and cheap-try the big hotel across the road .The Free GOKL buses stop 50 meters away from the hotel-Monorail 5 minutes walk For the price I paid -a bargain :-D"
