Perfect place to stay”

This is my 3rd time stay here with diferent room... i’m enjoyable stay here.. easy access n nearby facilities.. i will check in here if I’m going to Kuala Lumpur..

Best value, Best Place, Best view. Perfect location, place, room, service. 10 times better than high class hotel. I recommend strongly If you are looking for room in KL.

Helmi is a great host, with detailed description of how to get to his place, there is no difficulties finding his place even for first time traveller to KL like me. The apartment is safe, cuz you need to use the key card for entering the building as well as using the lift, and there are guards at the entrance of the building. View is exactly the same as described and the night view is great. The inside of the apartment is also tidy and with everything you need. Helmi has even prepared two jars of drinking water in the refrigerator for his guest. There are two cons however, the first one is the noise of the trains early morning, but Helmi has prepared some earplugs for use which is considerate. The second one would be the ants in the bathroom. Not a lot, but you can see two or three randomly in the sink, on the door and on the floor. Not disturbing, but just noticed them. Overall a very satisfying place to stay, would come back again if I visit KL in the future.

Spotless”

We arrived quite late, after 11 pm. The host still welcomed us with smile! The sound of trains doesn't really annoying us. Nice big room, comfy bed. Too bad we only stayed for one night.

Nice and valuable”

This is my second time stay here.. everthing is perfect. I love to stay here if im go to kl.. for this time i stay at a room can see kl tower view..

Everything amazing except the train noise. ”

Everything was perfect except the noise from the train, but we had read about this ahead of time. I'm a heavy sleeper so it didn't bother me, but my wife was woken quite a few times.

Great location ”

Great apt clean, with nice view, pool area nice and walking distance to Jalan Alor food street Tech Mall, China town and many other cool areas. Will definitely stay here again!

So good we booked a 2nd visit ”

We very much enjoyed our stay here. The studio was very comfortable and well equipped and we loved the balcony. Really well located for transport and lots of eateries nearby.

Good price and nice location”

We had a terrible time checking in, owner very unreliable answering messages we waited on the street for over an hour. The lady who came to check us in was also not very friendly. The room and bathroom was also quite dirty, obviously hadn't been cleaned other than changing the sheets and towels. However, it was in a really good location, the rooftop pool was a nice bonus and the room was very comfortable and spacious.

The apartment was good view n near the shopping complex times square and its very easy to find it... i love it and will come back next time.. tq for the host mr helmi..

cozy apartment, convenient location, all is good except for the noise from the train nearby.

Bad start got worse”

I had to wait 25 mins for the manager to come with the key standing on the pavement outside the gatehouse apparently fault of whatsapp. I had no sim and he wanted me to go to cafe up road and use their wifi to ring him. Apartment fine but less than clean. FOr tea/coffee I had one chipped tea cup and one huge heavy cracked and chipped mug. He told me he had reduced the # of apartments he was managing to 5 from 10 to "better service his clients"! The balcony is good for smokers but use as has two big cushioned chairs set outside the air con unit so you receive constant blasts of hot air very unpleasant - too difficult to change around as loads of plants in heavy pots and it would have been a major job. Two chairs and a bistro table would be ideal. The pool is closed on Monday for cleaning and on Tuesday locked again with no explanation. I sent him a message with all of this on it and he replied "noted". So I would not recommend apart from the good location.

Place is nice and clean but very noisy as the train line just below the building and trains come literally every 5-10 minutes which is really annoying

I really want to place to quiet but the room is near the railroad. So I can't sleep well. Also, it's not convenient place to check in and to buy some food stuff. Also I always to take a grab taxi to go anyplace. I don't want to recommend this place to stay.

Absolutely lovely place and make you feel at home and help plan a fantastic stay no matter how long you stay, the place look very clean, neat and green with the plant inside the house.

位置离monorail挺近，比较方便。除了轻轨的声音和阳台空调外机声音较大外，其他都很好。很舒服。
