Perfect vacation”
We stayed for 8 nights in a beach villa and we extended our stay two more nights in a standard villa, both options with all the necessary comforts, very neat, beautiful and clean rooms. We chose the all-inclusive option, which we especially recommend, due to the wide range of drinks that it includes in the different bars and restaurants of the resort, as well as including the minibar in the room that is replenished daily. The hotel food was very good and varied, predominantly fresh fish and different Asian and international options. At the entrance of the Gallery Restaurant, Cynthia and Claire are in charge of welcoming you with a smile and making sure that the Covid regulations are complied with, they are very friendly and cheerful and from the second day they already knew our room number. The waiters and cooks at the buffet also stand out for their kindness and professionalism. We would like to highlight the treatment received by Halleem, Vishah, Alim and Faizan, who were always very aware of us, being very friendly and close at all times. Also note the joy of Ahmed Adam, chef of the buffet grill and Deepak Yadew, responsible for the dessert area. Special dinners are organized at the resort, such as the grill dinner on Thursday nights. It consists of a variety of fresh seafood, fish and meat along with other international dishes that are served on the very shore of the beach just at sunset, allowing you to enjoy the surroundings and the spectacular views. The Huvan Bar is the ideal place to enjoy the sunset with a beer or a great cocktail. Highlight the treatment of Vikram, who always anticipated our wishes. The Sea breeze also serves different beverage options, as well as snacks and afternoon tea. It is very pleasant both for its interior space and for the outdoor terrace, just above the sea, illuminated at night, from where you can see baby sharks and stingrays. The Bandos island was our first island , and after 6 years we decided to come again!! ”
We were happy to came back again! It was our second visit to this island. We had So much fun in Bandos , never get bored. Very attentive stuff!! From Buffet restaurant Alim was taking care about our table, thank you! Hostes always smile and very helpful, thank you Kristine , also sand bar every night different program. The food was delicious, all inclusive package worth it. 👍🏻 island is one of the first Island in the Maldives, the palm trees are huge, I was enjoying while I walk , seems like I’m in the forest, the territory always clean. Such a good resort. Especially we would like to say thank you to the all stuff in Huvan restaurant, amazing place. Manager Rashid 👍🏻 one of the best house reef, but sometimes dangerous due to current, if you are beginner, be careful and do not step on the corals please. Some people still don’t understand that . We got standard room, as it was the best location in the island, and closest to everything, Don’t miss out to come and see sharks & stingray feeding every evening at 7pm . Excellent service and beautiful beaches”
Overall impression is top notch service with excellent beaches. Stayed in the jacuzzi beach villas which are spacious, luxurious open air bathrooms with privacy and well appointed otherwise. Pros: beautiful clean beaches, above average to good dining options, service is well above par, decent adventure options Cons: As with all of Maldives cannot bring in alcohol from duty free, and this is expensive. About $40-60 and up for a bottle of wine, $10 for draught beer etc. Dinners and lunches can set you back $30 per person before drinks. As long as you factor this in, you should be good. Also the island itself is close to male and you can see it in the far distance. If you’re looking for perfect visual isolation just be aware of this.

Exceptional”
Everything is high quality and extremely pleasant. Rooms are very comfortable and the gym is nice. Pluses include: Solar hot water, no noise disruption (eg loud generators / construction) drinking water provided, food at a la carte restaurant / room service is very good and reasonably priced, nice dive crew and generally friendly and helpful staff. Only minus is it doesn’t have the wrap around white sand beach some other resorts seem to have, but it still has good stretches of lovely beach and it has a reef all around which is fun for diving and snorkelling. It’s not the fanciest resort in the world, but ideal for anyone looking for high quality and value for money.

good resort for a comfortable stay, really enjoyed”
Great service, nice staff, tasty food, very comfortable apartment. Lots of small but pleasant conveniences ( 4 bottles of water in the room every day, blackout curtains, free water at dinner even with half board ). House reef is nice but maybe quite dying. Gym, table tennis, continuous road around the island also nice. No mosquitos (important!!) The only issue is wi-fi, very slow. You might consider buying a sim-card. But we prepared something to read in advance so no problem with it.

The best part about the resort was the location and its value for money. Most of the resorts are expensive in South Male Atoll but Bandos wasnt that expensive. Loved it. The resort is beautiful, rooms are really nice, staff is amazing. Beaches are right next to the rooms which is a plus. The staff is really helpful in terms of picking up and dropping at the airport with all the proper communication before hand. Highly recommend.

Wow first class Resort”
We were really Abderrahim satisfied. Form the first moment at the airport the service was on the highest level. Staff with no exceptipn were very welcoming;friendly;helpful and hospitable. We didn't need anything as Bandos was kind of a small world where you can find everything you're looking for:comfort; cleanliness; entertainment;nature;food.. Bang for the buck, BUT”
First off you should know this will be amongst the cheapest transfers in Maldives. Secondly if you dream of a water villa its huge, and probably the least expensive. Its not cheap but in terms of value is a lot better. Comes with impressive interiors and a gorgeous bathroom. The "water" area is large enough with hanging life vests which is a good idea. One complaint is that considering the large area, they could have added a feature like a glass bottom or a net hammock at the bottom (or whatever it is called). They have it near sea breeze cafe. But on a water villa itd be nice. Having said that I would not suggest a water villa unless you want to stay there throughout your stay. What happens is if you wanna just try it for a night or two, you try to squeeze out as much out of it and spend lesser time on the beach. According to me Huvan (Their sunset bar) is a better place to hang around. Undoubtedly. From 5 pm on. Why? Because it is near the better and livelier reef. The reef is dead. No doubt about it. But I found a big white tip swimming in the deep blue around the reef while snorkeling. Drinks included in the all inclusive are the same as in the sea breeze cafe. But Huvan is livelier and more premium if I dare say so. The beach villas are great enough. Lots of catagories to chose from. (If you're old, be prepared to walk a lot to the main restaurant) I came from a liveaboard so i wasnt needing to see a lot of marine life. I had my mocktails and cocktails. Relaxed. Beach bummed. So Id say a great place. UNLESS. UNLESS you expect good food. Its omg seriously average. The gravies and sauces are ok-good. But they cant cook meat without overcooking it. Mostly always a pain in the jaw. I stopped having the meat. I think they should better the food and I can certainly tell you Indians who can afford Maldives would recommend the place to the others. But alas, Im going to tell my parents to try the competition around. Hopefully itll have good foo

Perfect in every way!”
We visited Bandos for five nights as part of our honeymoon and it was pure luxury. The beach is beautiful, the food delicious and with so much variety, the accommodation was spacious and well thought out, and the clubhouse and gym were great additions. The gym especially was very well equipped. The dive centre is the best and most professional we have ever used and the dive sites and boat absolutely fantastic! The best thing about Bandos though by far was the staff. All without exception were incredibly professional, kind, thoughtful, friendly and very eager to please. 5 stars all round and we would love to go back :)

Bandos truly worth it. They showed us such great hospitality and the environment of the island is so good. This is a relatively budget resort but the experience is really nice. They staffs are friendly, the beach and sea is clear and clean, also many instagramic spots. Food were also nice and not pricy, although I would like the other restaurants to be opened during lunch hour too.

We stayed here for 4 nighted 01/04 to 05/04 and it was sensational. Buffet breafast, lunch and dinner was great and the provided bottles of water in our room and also at the table when we ate. If we wanted refills we could just ask and they will provide. Other drinks is very very expensive as the currency is in $US. Alot activites can be done and the snorkelling was a highlight for us all. Staff very friendly and always accomodating to our needs. Games room was great for the kids- pool, table tennis, squash courts and a longe room to relax and watch TV,. Great Resort

An Awesome Stay at Bandos”
We would like to share our thought which may help others who are planning to stay at Bandos Maldives. Our adventure was started at Male Airport by a resort representative who welcomed us. Due to the intensive workload we guess, there was nobody on the stand and after 20 minutes, the representative arrived. Speedboat transfer took 15 minutes to Bandos. Reception personnel guided us perfectly regarding our stay at Bandos. All personnel was deeply helpful and seemed friendly. We moved to our Garden Villa by golf car. The room was perfect and capable for 2 people. The problem was 2 different rooms are in the garden villa and we could hear the sounds of the near room. If you would give importance to privacy, you may take a superior beach villa which we also tried. The nature, ocean and also swimming pool was awesome. Since we were honeymoon couple, we were able to take many awesome photos in Bandos. The breakfast, lunch and dinner which includes many types of dishes were also awesome. I strongly recommend you to watch YouTube videos before performing a reservation. As we see, many families and honeymoon couples were in the island. The only problem that we felt was there was no opportunity to enjoy free/cheap advertisement opportunities like disco, sea tours and night funs. It shall be improved by hotel management. All personnel in the Bandos were deeply helpful and always smile. Thanks to Bandos Maldives Management for this great visit. Also, you should know that your personnel shows a great effort which is the best.

Fabulous Maldives option”
We just returned from 5 nights at Bandos and loved every minute of our time there. The price we paid for two Garden Villas couldn't be beat and the location within a close boat ride to Male was perfect. We never would have know we were that close to Male if we didn't walk around the island every night and see the lights. Because of its proximity, there were a lot of mega-yachts anchored nearby and one of them was particulary LOUD (thumping disco music until the early hours of the morning), but that is not something the resort can control. The staff were amazing, going out of their way to be friendly and welcming, and the facilities coverd all of our needs. We loved our rooms and they were well maintained, as was the rest of the resort. I only marked down one star on cleanliness due to the overwhelming septic system odor in our rooms. We booked all-inclusive and were perfectly happy eating at the buffet every day (and the all inclusive drink options are excellent as well).

All islands in Maldives are beautiful, clean and peaceful. But the speciality about this island resort is the DIVE BANDOS. You can take courses or anything like rest all islands, but it's the only resort where instructors help and guide the non swimmers or water phobics for scuba diving for few hours fun.

Amazing Stay for the Price ”
Was upgraded from a deluxe to a beach suite on arrival. These rooms are close to the restaurants. Else you have to walk far for a drink. Reef is really good. Great for snorkeling. ALL INCLUSIVE is worth the money. They let me take 2 drinks from the pool or beach bar back to the room anytime. Staff is great. Food is great. No complaints !! Loved the place for the price.

Beatiful island! Near to Male, but still quit. The sand was white and the water was crystal clear, it was the most beauiful beach I have ever seen. The hotel was fully booked so our room was upgraded to a better one for free. The food was great, the staff was very kind to us, especially Mohamed who was responsible for our room. We got 6 bottles of water every day for free! Really recommend, great value/price.
