GREAT LOCATION NICE BUDGET HOTEL”

I HAVE BEEN TO THIS HOTEL FOR MORE THAN 3 TIMES. VALUE FOR MONEY HOTEL WHICH SITUATED IN BANGI GATEWAY SHOPPING COMPLEX. MOST IMPORTANT IS ITS COVERED CAR PARK WITH GUARDED. PLUS POINT ITS RECEPTION WHICH VERY HELPFUL WHOM WILLING TO UPGRADE MY ROOM AT NO EXTRA COST. TQSM.

Facilities provided are great, even have room service. Room as were shown in picture and hotel is in very good location. Just go down to G floor you can find lots of shops and restaurants. BUT! Since hotel located inside Bangi Gateway mall, you have to pay for parking using TnG. The rate per day is RM8++. So make sure u have sufficient balance in your card

the hotel is so nice even though it is a budget hotel. Has its own parking lot and elevator too. Overall i'm satisfied during my stay here. Recommended for a budget hotel near bangi. Definitely will come again..!!

Pros: 1. Inside Bangi Gateway Mall 2. Easy to find food 3. Rooftop parking Cons: 1. Toilet is very smelly & slippery. 2. Receptionist is different lot from the hotel. Need to walk about 30 meter to get in the hotel. (South Zone) 3. Need to pay extra to rent a kettle. And bring it myself to the hotel from the receptionist. Suggestion: 1. Toilet need to be cleaned. 2. If cannot provide kettle inside each room, I suggest to put water dispenser / Coway on each floor. Or the receptionist need to assist to send the kettle to the room, instead of the customer need to rent it and hold it and walk inside the mall to the hotel.

Ok for Bangi location”

not too bad considering the hotels in Bangi mostly are worse than this. Room was quite clean, except for bathroom, which was a little mouldy. Walls in the room also a little thin, can hear next door talking and laughing loudly. Location wise is good, easy access to food.

Small room. Air conditioning not cool enough. Small bath. Only free to air TV channels available. Lobby and staircase to rooms are separated. This hotel is good only if you plan to spend time shopping in Bangi Gateway, as it is located inside the mall. F&B, Jaya Grocer, clothing boutique and few salons & spa available here. Only downside is the reception only works 7am-10pm. Anything after that u need to call the manager on his mobile.

I have to check in quiet late and the staff is no longer at the counter. Although they are contactable and is very helpful, i have to wait outside the hotel premises alone (as a solo lady traveler) for at least 30 minutes.

Overpriced”

We forced to stay 1 night due to no electricity at home. So we chose the nearest hotel. Location is great coz its in Bangi gateway but the condition of the room is not worth the price at all. Although the price is not more than rm100 but the condition look like a rm30 hotel. The smell inside the room was so terrible. smell like sewer and damp wall. No basic facilities inside the room except for hard pillowcase, poor tv channel and super dirty toilet. Would not recommend to anyone.

shopping mall right at the doorstep ”

the shopping centre is within the hotel complex and large with the shopping and food. so save time, good and great location. very central , sit on a shopping center. hotel staff were very nice , helpful, and of course so friendly . room was very big, and comfort. it was an amazing stay value for money was very good, and the 1st thing about this hotel i love the location, it was easy for me, but the toilet, a bit dirty.

Budget accommodation with basic facilities”

Hotel in the shopping complex. We book and stay because it will be our first experience. Also the price is also affordable. 1st room we check - in, there only provided red yellow lamp that very dim and i requested to change a room. So we change to other room with white lamp with better for my eyes and easy for us to finish some unfinished work using laptop at night. Pros: - Affordable - New experience living in shopping mall. - Have all basic facilities - Friendly staff Cons: - To many doors need to used card to open. Cannot go to buy anything without me and wife together coz need to used that card to access the building. (BIG problem for me). - The bathroom a bit smelly Conclusion: If you wanna stay affordable hotel for one night and have a lot parking lot, then choose this hotel. If not, maybe can choose others.

Big size room and toilet, not bad design and furniture, have kiblat signage, clean room. Can request kettle with RM 5 charge. Nearby food restaurants which is only walking distance to burger king and other stall.

Small room. No mini bar. Reception calls u at 6pm confirming check in because they want to close at 9pm. After which, u are on your own. Air conditioning not really cold. The only good thing is, it is inside Bangi Gateway mall.

Good for solo travelers, not encouraged for clean freaks”

Pros: Some food choices which are fast food chain just below the hotel (eg Burger King, Kenny Rogers Roasters). No worries on the car parking (if traveled by car) Reasonable price for budget travelers Cons: Reception had some distance from the hotel room The floor of the bedroom and the bathroom was very sticky, some stains on the bathroom wall too. One leg of the side table was detached Not much other food choices around the area

3 day 2 night stay”

Cant do anything about the bowling noise and their room servis staff mouth very noisy early in the morning. Its very annoying. The lift were so smelly. Someone vomit in it i think. Make me also want to. Overall OK.
