Location is very convenient & staff are friendly”
this is my second time stay in bangkok cha-da hotel. we like to come back here because of the location and a mrt station near to the hotel. staff are friendly and helpful. house keeping staff are friendly, helpful and very efficient. but only this time we encounter a small problem and nobody is hurt. however, i do wish that the driver should be more careful when having passangers in the car. on 26/12/10 we ask the front desk how to get to grand palace but they recommended hotel driver drove us around bangkok. when we get into the car (volvo) the driver was an oldman, he said instead of going around bangkok he can take us to floating market. we have no objection to it. but the whole journey to floating market and journey back to bangkok we were very scared but not dare to said a word. reason is the driver was not driving carefully, many times he almost hit other people cars and almost went to the opposite side of the road. we are not sure whether he felt sleepy while driving or what. also a few occation he almost hit to the left side of the highway to floating market. we were very scared to talk to him because we scared we might destructed him. therefore, i deeply hope that all drivers should be more careful when they have passangers in the car. overall we are happy staying at bangkok cha-da hotel. thank you.

Good Hotel and Great Staff”
the bangkok cha da hotel is a very good hotel with very reasonable prices. our room, a deluxe, was very comfortable and large (40 sqm). the bathroom was strange but fuctional. there was no door. the shower door also served as the door to isolate the toilet area. excellent ac. we had two beds pushed together to make a large bed. wireless internet in the room was very fast but, the daily charge was way too much. room service was excellent; very fast. the buffet on the third floor changes venuye ofter so be sure and check what is being served. the breakfast buffet was good with both asian and western choices. the lunch buffet is also good but be aware that only thai food is served; no western dishes. the cafe on the first floor has a good selection of both thai and western dishes. the food is very good. the lobby lounge is both a lounge and a coffee/snack area. everything is wide open; no privacy. strange that they did not serve any brandy or cognac but good wine selection. all in all, a very pleasant stay.

Great Hotel...”
We moved over from Baiyoke Suite Hotel and was really excited seeing the room condition in Cha Da. Wished I had stayed all 3 nights in Cha Da... I was in Bangkok for 3 nights; 2 nights in Baiyoke Suite, 1 night in Cha Da. Food in Cha Da was average, service was good and wish to stay again in this hotel. A little disadvantage was in terms of location. Nearest BTS is around 5-10min away. Robinson Supermarket was 5-10 minutes away. But taxis were plenty and not much of a concern here. Must try their massage; was great! The massageurs were passionate about their job and did a fantastic job. Swimming pool is located at the top floor. It was like a maze before reaching the pool. A little small in size and I did not try it out. Overall, in terms of resting, sleeping, the rooms ambience did a great job.

Review of Cha-Da Hotel in Bangkok”
Pros Convenience - 5 mins walk from MRT station; 5 mins train journey to traditional thai show in Thai Cultural centre; 15 mins to Shom Lun Night Bazzer in Lumpinni station; 25 mins to China Town. Time for breakfast - 6:30-9:30am, early enough for people who want to travel and late enough for people want to sleep Variety of buffet breakfast - Thai, Chinese and western style. Change of menu everyday. Deposit box is provided free of charge. Cons The hotel is undergoing renovation in the upper floor and may cause some noise and inconvenience when you access the swimming pool. Wireless wifi is not free and set up in a such a way that is a bit doggy. Doing your email is OK but I would not recommend people to do online banking. Overall review: Cha-Da hotel is not a 4 star hotel as it claims itself to be but it represents value for money. I would stay there again. Also Agoda is trustworthy and I would use its booking service again.

Family Trip”
Its a trip with family members for 5days 4nights. Its my 2nd trip to Bangkok but it was my 1st time to stay at Bangkok Cha-Da Hotel. A good memory to be here. All staff at the hotel is very friendly & do help us lots. Hotel is near to lots shopping centre. Its easy for us (old people) to walk around. The price showing at shopping centre is resonable & lots delicious foods to try around. MK Restaurant / Yum Saap / Oishi. Do try it out. At night time there were lots night market around too. Infront of Carrefour & Huay Kwang station. May try some food stall that beside road side. The fried chicken infront family mart is tasty.

Bangkok Cha Cha!”
The Bangkok Cha Da (formerly Siam Beverly) is freshly renovated at the time of this writing in October 2009. The hotel staff are friendly, helpful and professional. The service is discreet and guests are not bothered unless they ask for attention. It is about half and hour away from the airport and about 15 minutes by train to any of Bangkok's major shopping and entertainment areas. For price, location, and all-round satisfaction, the Bangkok ChaDa is hard to beat.

Cha-Da Hotel”
We had a great stay at the Cha-Da Hotel. It is located on a main road that is close to the underground train, shopping centers & cinemas. The staff are super friendly & extremely helpful in helping you organise whatever you would like to do or just showing you the best way to get to places. The buffet breakfast is huge with good variety - but get in early as not much left towards the end. The beds are super comfy & the bathroom includes a bath. The pool area is clean & relatively new looking, but would be great if it opened a lot later than 6pm. The hotel has a young modern vibe about its interior which makes it fun. The internet access was not too great kept dropping in & out. Overall great hotel & excellent value for money.

Nice hotel”
bangkok cha-da hotel offers guests to bangkok variety of newly refurbished rooms. the hotel is located on ratchadapisek road- huay kwang mrt (subway) station. the bangkok subway system, which connects with the skytrain, is only a 3 minute walk from the hotel allowing guest to travel to most places of interest for both business and leisure in a very short time. the queen sirikit convention center, sukhumvit road, silom road, and the weekend market can easily be access via the underground system. after a hectic day spent working or sightseeing, take a dip in the rooftop outdoor pool. bangkok cha-da hotel offers excellent value to guests visiting the 'city of angels'.

Clean and Comfy”
This is my 2nd time to stay at Cha-da hotel. The room was clean and comfortable wiht a refreheshing smell and look. The design is simple and minimalistic which I liked. The toilet and bath were clean and big - compared to another hotel which I stayed previously as Sukhumvit. The location was good - near the MRT. Quiet and peaceful. It's near a 24 hr convennience store also. Breakfast was OK but there should be more choices - fried eggs and maybe soup. Over-all, I love this hotel and will stay here again.

Good hotel to stay”
Generally, Bangkok Cha-da is a very good hotel to stay, taking into account of its location and price. Robinson is just 400 metres far away and Huay Kwang Subway Station is around 600 metres. A restaurant at 3rd floor of the hotel offers you a buffet lunch or dinner for 199 bath, quite cheap compared to a range of foods it serves. However, if you are seeking for a very quite place to sleep at night, Bangkok Cha-da may not be the best one.

Great Value for money”
Enjoyed our stay at Bangkok Cha-Da. Staff were very friendly and the rooms were spacious and clean. Initially I felt like the bed was very hard but after a full day of exploring, the hard bed did wonders for my back. Wifi was very weak and didn’t work at times. No carpet in the halls or rooms so it could be quite loud with other guests coming and going. Overall it was a pleasant stay and value for money.

One Night in Bangkok”
We stayed in Cha Da in April 2010 right in midst of the demonstrations going on in downtown. Luckily for us we were far from the demonstrations and felt very safe there. The hotel is newly renovated and the staff was very professional. The concierge was also very helpful in providing us with a map and directions to get there and, among other things, areas to stay clear from because of demonstrations. The hotel is walking distance from the subway which is quite useful as taxi rides across the city are long and expensive due to the heavy traffic. All in all I felt the hotel was well worth the money.

Great hotel, Great Service, Value for money!!”
upon entry, you will be welcomed by staff with a smile, accommodation you will feel the same if you checked in to a five star hotel. we felt that we are so special and well taken cared of. although it is far from any establishment (not so far)such as night market, etc, but hotel itself is so relaxing. if given a chance to go back to thailand, i will check in again to cha-da hotel. i will recommend it to my friends.

Cha-Da Bangkok”
Great hotel! The building itself is an older building and some of the amenities were a little tired! But over all it was a very comfortable and clean place in a very central location, close to shopping and public transport. The staff were very friendly and always happy to help with any requirements. I would happily stay at Bangkok Cha-Da again.

Great location & Improvement”
I have stayed in Bangkok Cha-Da for the 5th time and the hotel is making progressive improvements. The new breakfast and dining area is very nicely done. In fact the toilets next to the restaurant is tastefully renovated. The local food stalls, a short walk in the diection of the Huay Khwang MRT is spectacular. Further walk-in along the road will have all the local fruits at very good prices and great variety. Distance to and from the airport is realtively short (less than 30 mins).

I would stay here again”
Great location for my needs. Better than average breakfast. Housekeeping was a bit on the "barely adequate" end of things. WiFi was generally reliable (but it did go completely "out" for several hours one day, and that was rather inconvenient, but these things happen once in a while pretty much anywhere). I plan to be in Bangkok for several weeks in the future, and I would love to "make a deal" with Bangkok Cha-Da for a longer-term stay. (I would happily stay there again!)

An excellent breakfast and right across from the Bangkok International Dental Clinic”
We booked the Bangkok Cha-da to be near the BIDC (Bangkok International Dental Clinic). There are many other dental clinics there, but BIDC was the first internationally accredited one in Thailand and we got great service there two years ago. The Cha-da is almost directly across the street, just a hop up the overpass and you're there. It's also not far from the subway (MRT). Additionally, it''s near the Thai Cultural Center and numerous other interesting places. It has a nice rooftop pool, however, it's not as well cared for as it could be and is actually too cold to enjoy without some discomfort. The rooms are nice, clean and well appointed even if a tad small. The included breakfast though is definitely a stand-out, better than 95% of hotel breakfasts. At $45 a room, overall it's worth the money. DRC
