This is an amazing place”
Little bit far from the populated town. Does not have a shop nearby. Prepare some snacks and sodas. Otherwise, you will be amazed at first sight. Speechless...everything perfect for a family retreat.

what you would expect from a 5 star hotel brand”
Fantastiic service oriented staff. Disappointed with food though. Expected more options. Alot of private dining options like bbq and shabu were out as they were catering to groups. Taste quality for Thai cusine at Safforn was underwhelming.

Incredibly beautiful resort all the way through!”
We had a very enjoyable stay at the banyan tree. The hotel is absolutely stunning, the team is always around to help and constantly checking on the guests and the views of the sunset cannot be beat! Pong from the pool bar was incredibly kind and we really enjoyed speaking with him each night during the happy hour!

Wonderful Stay at Bayan Tree”
I rate this property and stay 5 stars all around! The facilities were amazing, clean and simply beautiful. The beach right in front felt private and was stunning. The breakfast buffet was pretty good, I really enjoyed the mimosa bar :) The room was very nice and clean. Comfortable bed, good water pressure in shower, and the pool and jacuzzi were fantastic! But the best part of the entire stay was the staff. Everyone was extremely polite and professional. Always had warm greetings and never needed for anything, as the staff was readily available to accommodate all needs. Highly recommend staying here for your vacation.

Everything was good except the complimentary breakfast ”
The complimentary breakfast had only 2 chicken items (sausage and stir fried). Rest of the savoury items had pork in it. Being Muslims we had very little options in terms of savoury items. The facilities and staffs were very good. The view was amazing from the room. The rooms were perfect. But for the location, it’s hard to find a Grab or taxi, also it wasn’t allowed to swim in the sea because of jellyfish but that we didn’t mind as the resort itself was beautiful with a private pool in everyroom.

Very well spent long weekend @Banyan Tree”
One of the best stay i have ever had in this past 1 year! Banyan Tree offered extra ordinary hospitality. Staff are very nice and helpful. Facility super good. The location is super for you if you need to feel the tranquility and escape from your busy days. It is also next to the national park where you can hike (was incredible experience). And the hotel can also support you with some surprises on the welcoming which some other 5 stars hotel may not be able to fulfil your request. Am super glad that i chose Banyan Tree for my long weekend getaway. 😊😊😊

The title says it all - truly truly magical experience. We opted for the wellness retreat and everything was perfect. You just try this if you are visiting Krabi. Thank you to all the beautiful staff who helped with everything, the Dr who was a real life guru and the head chef for some exquisite food. We will be back!

We loved our time at the resort, the private pool for each apartment is amazing. The staff are so friendly, nothing was a trouble. It's quiet with beautiful surrounds. The breakfast was incredible. Highly recommend the four hour hike right next to the resort.
