Great place for a romantic getaway”

We were extremely happy with our 5 days stay at Banyan Tree Ungasan. It was a romantic getaway trip and we were just so glad we booked this place. Total privacy and great view in our villa. Villa was clean and well-maintained. There were a few dining options. Jumana restaurant was fantastic. Great ambience and great sea view. We have tried Banyan Tree in Bintan before and were happy with it too, and we will try out their other locations in future. Love it!

Worth every penny!”

We stayed 2 nights at Banyan Tree Ungasan in May for honeymoon and boy they did such an amazing job to give you a great services and makes your money worth every penny! All staffs your know name by heart and that makes us very special! You gotta try their spa and JUMANA restaurant as well. Breakfast at Bambu Restaurant has LOTS of choices and an amazing view. We feel so relaxed and pampered all the time when we were there. We will definitely go back to Banyan Tree!

Superb Hospitality”

Love everything in Banyan Tree Ungasan Bali :) Superb hospitality experience, guest are welcoming by hotel staff/ chef/ waitress/ front desk even driver, very helpful on attending guest's requests. Resort follow straightly SOP during pandemic period, we feel secure & stay comfortably in overall 3 nights stay, no doubt on villa interior & amazing pool side sea view, we will definitely return to Banyan Tree after pandemic time, keep it up :)

Amazing villas ”

We stayed in the garden view pool villa. The room was huge and we could see the ocean from our room. The Banya Tree Ungasan Hotel was around 30 minutes away from the Airport, vey private. Perfect if you want to relax, the Banyan Tree Gallery (shop) didnt have alot of products and everything was over priced. $20 AUD for twenty incense sticks. This Hotel is beautiful, very quite and the staff were so friendly. The spa and food were expensive but well worth the money. We will be staying here on our next trip to bali in July and we cant wait!

Great place, glad that we have chosen it for our honeymoon ”

It is an amazing place, it very well addressed our expectations. The staff and every person in the hotel is very attentive to the guests. We were on our honeymoon and we were very happy to choose Banyan Tree Ungasan Bali. Our villa had a sea view as we booked. It was very spacious, nicely decorated. The pool and jacuzzi were awesome. We couldn't imagine anything better. The breakfast was tasty and excellent. House keeping was great, our villa was cleaned up very well. There was drinking water delivery to our villa on a regular basis. The food was very warm when ordered to our villa. Overall, we had a very nice stay and left by knowing that we will miss this place. However, this is a great reason to come back again, maybe for some anniversary. Initially we were unlucky to have some noisy neighbors listening very loud music, hotel management did their best to avoid this as soon as possible. We thank all the staff and hotel management for having such a good time in this hotel.

the view from JuMaNa resto n bar is amazing, we can enjoy the beach of melasti and the cliff together from here, This hotel is exclusive, not crowded like another nusadua hotel, if u are looking for quiet and beautiful moment, u will like this hotel, The food overall is good, they have quality, presentation and taste good, service is good, helping polite and care to their guest, i would recommend this hotel to my friends, u should try stay here and compare with another 5 stars hotel in another area. This hotel provide shuttle to shopping area like bali coll, so if u like to shopping, u can go there without dificulty about transportation,

Fantastic for Romantic Villa-based getaway”

The Villas are wonderful - the private pools are huge and right outside the bedrooms - the lounge and dining area are very spacious and the indoor/outdoor bathrooms are simply enormous. The beds are fantastic - you"ll never sleep so well. Excellent food in all the restaurants. Lastly the service. It I'd very personalized yet discreet. The best service I have received at any high end hotel. Everywhere we went around the resort, all staff would know our names within hours. A buggy would be ready to pick you up within minutes. The cliff restaurant, Jumana fine-dining restaurant is beautiful with excellent service. An experience to dine there.

Scenic gem”

We thoroughly enjoyed our 3 nights stay at the Banyan Tree, Uluwatu and will definitely be back. We have previously stayed in Seminyak, Nusa Dua, Canggu, Jimbaran, Tuban, Kuta, Candi Dasa, Legian and Ubud and found Ungasan a wonderful contrast to the hustle and bustle of the other locations in Bali. Every one of the hotel employees greeted us with a smile at all times of the day and evening and the service was delightfully attentive and courteous. The Banyan Tree appears to have continued its commitment to local communities through its local products and thoughtful touches.

Perfect Setting”

Pefect three days at Banyan Tree Ungasan enjoying an unobstructed view of the Indian Ocean. The villas we stayed at was very private and clean. Excellent service by all the staff members. Must recommend the spa and the romantic dinner at the cliff edge if you are there with someone very special. Having the Indian Ocean at your command for the price of this hotel is certainly a deal.

Nice hotel villa with excellent ocean view”

the general manager and staff are very friendly and accommodative. food standard is average and a bit over priced. as such we did not the famous ju ma restaurant. overall a peasant experience. we have been to bali for several times and banyan is comparable to the top resorts like alila uluwatu, w resort, hanging garden.

Always one of my favourite places to stay in Nusa Dua”

I personally think the villas here at Banyan Tree Nusa Dua are much better than some of the 5 star international chain villas in Nusa Dua. I have seen almost all these villas and I can say that most do not provide the generous space that Banyan Tree provides. I was surprised to learn that the occupancy in this resort is only at 50-60% right now, as compared to Bulgari resorts which is at 100%. I suppose Bulgari gets away with not having an airconditioned living room - yes, its an outdoor living room and hot - because of its name. Banyan Tree may not have the same prestige as Bulgari, but its pools are more modern, bigger and the indoor villa facilities are much better, in my personal opinion. Bulgari villas win on one aspect, its bathroom, which is quite impressive. But when you compare the pool, living room, bedroom, and all other areas, Banyan Tree is better, in my opinion. Always one of my favorite villas to come to whenever I am in Nusa Dua.

Nice gesture”

We are very excited to start travelling after few months of curfew because of covid. So banyan tree ungasan is a perfect place to recharge. Villa is gorgeous with a perfect ocean view from your bedroom. However unlucky it is during the first night there were power outage which can not be solved until next day which is very annoying because during that night we had to open the window to cool down and risk bugs to come inside the room. But we appreciate nice offer from the hotel to move us to different villa the next afternoon and the hotel decided to waive our first night. We still have few power outages even in the new villa but they compensate us with some complementary offer for our inconveniences. Nice respond from the hotel which we appreciated. So thumbs up Banyan tree for customer satisfaction.

Great Service, Beautiful hotel”

Excellent Sevice. Food at spa restaurant is great. Food menu selection for room dining so so only. We enjoy staying at luxury hotels and thus we tend to be spoilt for great quality to the finest detail. And we should be spolit for the money that we pay to stay in luxury hotels. The toiletries are of poor quality. Example is their in house toothbrush. We want to have a good clean brush but after one brush, it can't be used anymore. Although they replenished it everyday, that is not the point. Other luxury hotels use a certain good brand and they still replenish all teh toiletries everyday too. Other hotels provide user friendly toletries to bring out for a day trip such as body lotion, cooling body spray, etc but Banyan Tree does not. Their bottles are made of heavy glasses and there is a note attached that if you like their products, you can purchase them at the store gallery. The location is abit far and out of way to most of the tourist places. If you are getting an ocean villa, make sure you get the FULL ocean view. Our ocean villa is blocked by two villas and in between is a coconut tree. So that is a disappointment. Not very ocean indeed. In general, we enjoyed our stay at Banyan Tree during our honeymoon. But I think we could have made a better choice since we have stayed at other nicer luxury hotels in Bali. We travel to Bali yearly for a short getaway and this one hotel is still recommended to you. Thank you.

Great Honeymoon experience”

I stayed at Banyan Tree Ungasan for my honeymoon. the villa was spacious and the room was clean and comfortable. Pool was just great to swim and also had a jacuzzi. All the faciliaties were well maintained and all the staff was very friendly.

Service is very good”

We stayed at Banyan Tree Ungasan Hotel for 2 night with 4 people, it is spacious with beautiful view. The service in there is much better than the other one which i had chosen.The staff are helpful, replied for the room service is prompt. The staff are very nice and help us actively. It is a good hotel.

Excellent place”

Banyan Tree Ungasan Hotel is an amazing place for couples who expect a romantic experience. We have stayed for four days and liked it so much.The view of the villa is stunning especially the view of sunset. We like the private swimming pool in the villa.It comfortable and nice.Staffs change water everyday.I will definitely come back again.

highly recommended for couple who's on their anniversary celebrations, honeymoon, romantic gateaway...... the service is superb, ambiance is awesome. for breakfast you can head to bamboo restaurant for breakfast, lunch and dinner. for dinner it's highly recommended for you n ur couple to head down to jumana restaurant for a romantic dinner, while enjoying the fantastic breezy ocean view.
