I chose the hotel because it was very close to where I was. I soon discovered when I went to the mapped location, that the hotel was not at that location. I contacted the staff and they spent hours running me around to vague directions. Then, they finally agreed to evenly exchange my stay to their partner hotel nearby. Once I arrived, the hotel demanded I pay more. It was a long night. Buyer beware

I already booked Batu Caves Hotel with Agoda Apps and I called 2 days before the I need to check in, and they said I just need to walk in and give the ID booking, but when I checked in, they just said that the hotel is full, no rooms available eventhough I have booked 3 rooms already, they just asked me to go to another hotel beside them. Then I need to go to another hotel and wait for a room because another just have 2 more rooms available! SO, I BOOKED BATU CAVES HOTEL BUT I STAYED AT NEW WAVE HOTEL! AWFUL EXPERIENCE EVER!

Its hard to have a good night sleep when there is constant lorry and motorbike noises throughout the night. Try to avoid this hotel if possible. This is the review for the room closest to the street, not sure other rooms are as noisy.

This hotel should update their information in Agoda. The location map in Agoda was pointing to a different direction. The hotel had relocated and finding the location was a major problem. Also, the staff was not able to communicate in English, therefore, getting help was very difficult. The hotel was in a secluded area and without proper direction, it was very difficult to find it.

Went to address”
Went to address on map to find out hotel wasn't there. Messages to owners non responsive. Through investigation I found out they were related to New Wave Hotel and went there and they checked me in. Room was noisy with no sealed windows, toilet leaked, faucet broken, discarded construction material in hallways. Most wifi connections were broken. Had to hunt for one that worked (part of the time).
