Fool us once but not twice ”
Room was clean, but hotel is showing its age all over. Biggest issue was the lack of breakfast although they advertise a continental breakfast. When we arrived we discovered the breakfast room closed with a sign telling us that the front desk is giving out bag breakfasts. We tried it two mornings. A yogurt, old apple, bottle water, pre-pealed egg in a zip lock bag, and a granola bar just don’t cut it. Not much I like there. No money spent on this for their guests. One staff blamed not being able to hire staff. Another staff told us that wasn’t the issue as the night staff did that work. Sounds like a cost cut to me. Hopefully they put the money back into the rooms. Or maybe the hot tub as it has been broken for some time. Needs parts? Since the breakfast story I am not sure as I think it is another cost cutter. Just wish they wouldn’t advertise the hot tub or breakfast as to say you have them gives the pre-text that they are guest available. Also, the fridge and microwave didn’t work in our room 112. Mould had formed on the fridge. Otherwise the bed was comfortable and shower was hot. 😊 You fooled us once, never again. I won’t be back ever. Promise.

Needs a good cleaning”
The customer service and price was great; however, the room I stayed in needed a good cleaning. There was a layer of dust and a dead fly on the base of the lamp. There were multiple stains in the carpet, likely from pets. There was pet hair, crumbs and other debris in the crack in between the carpet and bathroom tile as well as around the baseboard areas. The bathroom tile had build up in the crevices. I was just so tired and the would have had to drive back around to the lobby (it was snowing). Now I'm trying to determine if I have bed bug bites... and if so, I'm praying I didn't bring any home. I guess you get what you pay for.

Awful body odor smell I mattresses. Walked in first room, and almost choked. Politely asked for another room and walked in there, same thing. It is not an odor that an open window will fix. It is a stench if death coming from mattress, in both rooms I was given. We left.

Met my needs perfectly”
Staff was super friendly and nice. I travel with my dogs and it's usually difficult. They didnt charge me a pet deposit, let alone 3, vinyl floors in my room AND they have a wing that surrounds an enclosed courtyard that they turned into a dogpark. It is very vintage, which I love. The only 2 things I saw as negatives: no phone in my room and needed some maintenance in my room. I will absolutely stay here again multiple times because it is so pet friendly and the staff is so super North Dakota nice.

The rooms are very small and didn’t have much to even stretch your legs it felt like. Also, the bathroom was filthy yet.. there was hair all over in the bathtub upon arrival. There is no phone in the room. Someone had kept putting a rock in the door to get into the hotel door. We weren’t sure the time of their “continental breakfast” was because it doesn’t have ANY type of info in the room anywhere about anything, just the tv and the channels! There was an envelope stating to leave a review, but how could I do that without any paper or not even a pen? 2/10, would not recommend. And I only give it a 2 because I’m yet thankful I had a bed to rest my head beings I was 4-5 hours away from home!
