I would like to compliment the wonderful and excellent service all the staff have provided. All of them have made our stay from 30th Dec 2018 - 6th Jan 2019 a great experience. I would like to single out Marcus E Smith who went the extra mile on numerous occasions. One occasion that touched us was when our airport transfer did not show up to pick us for our flight back home. Marcus did all he could to get in contact with the company and when there was no answer, he volunteered to drive us all the way to the airport so that we will not miss our flight. On top of these, he made the effort to bring us around the compound and show us all the facilities available as well as made several bookings for us. He is truly a jem. Aside from him, Brian and another male staff (Japanese guy wearing spectacles) were very helpful as well.

Amazing! It is between a beach and the american village, it has a view, the sea and the balcony we have a wonderful panorama. It is very clean, new, beautiful and cozy. The very polite and attentive staff. It has great restaurants very close and a large supermarket and aeon very close. It has everything we need, from the hotel I walk to the American village through a park, the walk is very pleasant. It has all the necessary amenities. Complimentary fresh coffee and delicious warm breads are served free of charge. I loved this hotel and highly recommend it, the price is very good and offers a wonderful stay. It is very quiet the incredible room the peace of this place is really a peaceful place.👌✌️😊

Perfect accommodation of Chatan”
Perfect residence type accommodation. 1. First of all staffs are all beautiful and nice with really warm heart. 2.Room is big enough and well designed . Plus, there are very convenient kitchen and balcony in the room. those are very good points. I could see beautiful wave of sea at night from the big balcony window. 3. Location is middle between Araha beach and sunset beach. You can very easy to get both beaches. Also American village and Aeon shopping mall are walking distance. After enjoying my stay(total 7nights), I’ll definitely choose this hotel when I have to visit and stay at chatan.

Great ocean view with cheap price! ”
I love this and it was worth every penny! I chose the high floor, double room we got to stay at 10th floor. The view was super great and we could enjoy the ocean and sunset right from our room. I recommend you to chose the high floor so you won’t be disturbed by trees. The staff are super friendly. You can ask them to arrange a Taxi for you. The hotel is just a few mins walk to the beach.

If you need to go to Naha, is a little far...but if you want to go to the north of the island to relax and enjoy the beach..is just perfect!!..have autobus to everywhere very close to the hotel, and by car is easy to find the way too. The room has everything that you may need, to cook, wash and dry your clothes or just have a good time, i loved! 🥰

The location is great, near to American Village and others. The view from the room is awesome. The staff are friendly. They serve simple breakfast to our surprise. Really enjoyed the stroll by the sea in the evening. I stood between the sun and the moon at one point in time.

Our room had a sea view. On a good day, the room is just amazing! The staff at reception spoke fluent English and was very nice, so there's barely any problem with communication. Will certainly be back if I visit Okinawa again, hopefully soon.

When i arrived hotel around 7 pm. I saw the best view in Okinawa ! This hotel quite near from American villeage, about 15minutes by walk. Very near from Araha beach. only 5 minutes. If i go to Okinawa, i will select this hotel again :)

this place exceeded my expectations. have to admit i was a little sketched out at first because of the black linoleum floors (based on my previous night's traumatic stay in an old airbnb), but i got comfortable walking around barefoot in no time. the beds are super comfortable, the staff really kind (and english fluent), the 2nd parking lot could use a good weeding/mowing but other than that i was very happy with staying here. thanks!

Great hotel in a great location ”
We enjoyed the view from our balcony, walking to a swimming beach and American Village. Pastries, coffee, and juice available daily from 08-10, wished it started earlier for those of us heading in to work. And the pastries were the same all four days, but were yummy croissants and fruit mini tarts. Free parking available but they keep your keys and move cars to public lots during the day and their private lot in the evening. Would definitely recommend all in all.

Great hotel for a 3 star hotel! Staff here are friendly and most either speak good or conversational english! Convenience store and restaurants nearby that closes very late. About 15 mins walk from American Village. They provide parking space, AC, washing machine, dryer, microwave oven, water boiler, a heat plate to cook as well as utensils and kitchen ware to cook with. Whenever they made my room, it was done so well! I would definitely stay here again!
