Easy checkin procedure , easy to park got tons of parking lot for outsider . price worth the accomodation provided . complete with every basic thing needed . got 2 aircond , 2 fan . superb cold at night as i like sleep in cold haha .. owner also fast respond .. thanks !

Not What We Expected”
Host contacted us at 1.32pm on that day we checked in and demanded for RM100 deposit. Without it, we can't have the mailbox passcode to access the keys. Bedsheets are not clean. A pile of dust spotted on the head of two beds. Apart from that, there a long hairs from previous guest sticking onto the beds. Toilets have few pile of hairs as well. Floors are still wet when we checked in (10pm). No proper signs to parking area as well. Will not be coming back to this place again.

Pros: All equipments are new and functioning: iron,ironing board, water kettle, airconds, ceiling fan, microwave, fridge, water heater and induction cooker. Plenty parking available. wifi and android smart tv/box provided. Hassle free self check in and check out. cons: no cafe and convenient shop on site. nearest shoplot around 5 minute drive only but driving to/from homestay at night quite challenging because no roadside lamp.
