I frequently stay at Kelana jaya due to great location, great service and staff make effort to please customer by provide water supply even nearby dont have water that period due to SYABAS issue, great location for food and nearby paradigm mall. Worth the price

Good at being conveninent”

This particular branch of the Best View Hotels is fast becoming one of my favorite spots. They have maintained the standards of the room and it feels like there a few minor fixes and additions to the room as well. This hotel is best chosen when looking for a convenient spot for food with the extra joy of an attached laundry

Good location but need to work on the smoking odor ”

The location is very strategic, close to bank, variety of food choices, friendly staffs and the room size is okay considering the price. One thing I cant cope is that this hotel has smoking odor, my brother went to their surau and the odor was so intense inside as if they were smoking inside the surau. Since the hotel is aiconditioned, so the smoke odor lingers around which is very disturbing for me. Sometimes the smell even got into my room. The water pressure in the toilet was very low as well.

Very nice hotel”

I stayed here for over one week in a single room on first level. The room is clean and staffs are frriendly. Hotel is near many restaurants in Glomac, some of the best is Murnin restaurant in the next few blocks. The cons is that sometimes at midnight the guests talked too loud.

greeted with friendly staff everyday. there's a 24 hours laundry service available. there is NO hotel carpark as por advertised. hotel guest have to either park car by the side of the road, or at kelana jaya mall car park at rm25 for overnight charges.

value for money and comfortable”

Value for money? YES if you use agoda apps..I just paid around RM 55.00 for deluxe room. but have some issues i would like to write here.. 1-i check in with my husband and choose window view but the window was blocked with stickers. 2-the aircond was really confusing and problematic. very late to cool. the rest are okay.. the Malay girl staff was good, the room was clean

Worth of Money”

Pros - Receptionist is so kind and fast in handling my issue when I want to change my room from level 2 to level 1. - Near to the variety of restaurants, 24h shops, Paradigm Mall and Giant. - I pay RM 140 for 2 nights. Still value for money. Cons - Since I have a baby so I don't like to smell cigarette in my room..but it's okay.. I can just put on my perfume all over the room.. haha.. Hope the hotel can improve this issue because I'm afraid that you will be facing someone that like to complain..

friendly staff, 24 hours laundry service behind”

i booked a single room, and was given room 109. the room size was ok, but the toilet was very small (i had difficulty turning around while showering). after showering and using the bidet pipe to rinse the floor, the bidet pipe wouldn't stop dripping. told the hotel staff the next night and was immediately given another room to change. the new room 108, has a bigger toilet. here's what i notice for both rooms, the bedding was ok, but there's strains of hair around. air cond was ok in room 109, but in 108 there's some sound when it was first turn on, and after 10 mins the sound stop. all the staffs are friendly, so never had any issues with them. they are very accommodating to whatever requests. no parking area for hotel guest, so it's either part at public parking lot (by the street) and have some parking coupons ready for the morning before go out (60 sens per hour) or park at kelana mall parking lot (rm7 for overnight). there's a 24 hours laundry just behind the hotel (connected by the back door), which is very convenient. 7 eleven is one street away. Giant supermarket is on the same street as 7 eleven but one block nearer.

The location actually will disappoint u, when u first approach to the doorstep. But shh u enter the room, you'll find out it's not that bad, the room it's quite big for the price you've paid, the staff was kind and sweet. And it's quite convenient to stay around, there's food everywhere.

Nice for the price”

Such a nice hotel for a quite cheap price! But would be excellent if they have a way for hotel guest parking. Its troublesome to wake up in the morning just to pay for parking fees and go back to sleep.

1st time chek in kat sini, memang berbaloi dgn harga yang ditawarkan. Bilik yang dapat baru ni memang selesa, bersih, wifi laju, surau pun ada tapi seberang jalan, dekat je. Kekurangan pada saya adalah channel tv (tak menarik) hehe. 1 lagi parking, nak parking dekat dengan hotel kena tunggu malam2 sikit. So, bulan depan kalau dapat harga sama saya akan chek in lagi. K, bye.

Okay to good experience”

There are pros and cons It was quite cheap considering i booked it at the very last minute. The receptionist was friendly. My room was relatively clean. I have no problem with the bed, it looks very clean and there isnt any dirt or stain on it. Water also provided and they have water dispenser on the second floor. You wont starve as well as there are abundant of restaurants around that area. The air cond works really well. However, if you have a weak leg, just a heads up theres no lift in this hotel. I have to take a flights of stairs to reach my room which was on the 3rd floor with a luggage. The housekeeper didnt do a great job at cleaning the excess detergent from the floor as it was very sticky when i walked into my room. I also almost slipped in my room when i got out of the toilet as it was slipperyfrom the detergent. The toilet also have strong detergent smell which was unsettling for me. There are also so many sounds happening in and out of the room. So, if you are bothered by a lot of noises, it might not be a suitable one for you. Overall, i think it was an okay stay for a solo traveler, as it was really cheap. There isnt anything awful that will not make me come back to this hotel.

Found this room on agoda at reasonable low price... Better than my expectation except the toilet or bathroom slightly small for single bed room. Others were ok

Overall i'm very satisfied with this hotel. Near to everything ( bank, restaurant and etc ). Internet fast. But there are no lift in this hotel. I need to carried my luggage to my room (level 2)

A good budget hotel”

This hotel is a gem. Value for money. If u are a solo traveller with no fuss, then I really recommend this hotel. Staff are friendly.

Double room for around RM50, what a bargain. Laundry downstairs, CIMB bank, restaurants, KFC, speedmart, Hero & Giant supermarket within walking distance. Giant mall & Paradigm mall within 5 minutes drive. Friendly staff. Television with HBO & Supersports. Hot water dispenser available. Anyway, room 206 bathroom too small, don't even have enough space to stand and take shower.

The price are cheap compared to other hotel. Kudos to them.
