Betty Roux at Soho Suites KLCC is a hidden gem in Kuala Lumpur. We stayed here overnight for a 17-hour layover in Malaysia. The place is very near KLCC / Petronas Towers. Because we are too tired to walk from KLCC to Soho Suites, we just booked Grab and it took us only around 3 minutes to get there. The place is very spacious, and the building itself is very secured. The room has a great view of the KL Tower, especially at night. I will definitely recommend this property to my friends.

Value for Money”

Pros: The room and bathroom is clean, Aircon is cold and the view is nice, I personally like to use the bridge (same side of the road, on the left around 2-3 block away from SOHO Suites) that link to KLCC, Monorail and other places by walking distance. I also recommend the breakfast set at Simply Green Salad (one block from SOHO Suites on the right ) which is cheap and delicious. Cons: Shared Bathroom/Toilet is connecting from two rooms so the sounds is clear if someone use the bathroom. Betty Roux at SOHO Suites is a nice choice in my list

I am very satisfied with my stay in Betty Roux. The location is perfect, the service is great, the place is neat and clean. We had a great time staying in Betty Roux. Things to improve - when I checked in, the security guard was confused on how many keys that he should give so I think the communication between the staff and the security guard can be further improved. Also, there were no coffee and tea hence we need to buy it on our own. Minor detail but would make our stay flawless with this kind of attention to detail on providing coffee and tea. But, overall, highly recommended place especially for people who travel in big group.

Room experience (again, value and location) and coordination (Chantelle was great!) was top notch. There could be minor improvements in the property (overall cleanliness, and the pool and restaurant operating times), but this is not the fault of Betty Roux. Great location, walking distance to top destination the petronas tower also at aquaria, mall, nightlife, and park. Safe place also because of 24hrs security. Easy to locate using grab or uber. One thing to improve is the toiletries :) but they have towel shampoo and body wash. Covenient store is across the streets. Over all. High recomended and very affordable! Thanks Betty Roux! 🤗

My 3 friends and i stayed at the Soho for our Bett Asia 2019 expo 12-13.03.2019 at Mandarin Oriental Hotel KLCC. It was very convenient as its just a 5 minutes walk there, plus theres lots of cafes and eateries nearby. We absolutely looveeee the ambience .. the minimalist style of the apartment. The beautiful view of the city landscape enhances by the floor to ceiling glass windows. The pricing is quite affordable compared to other related places in this high end area. Made me wanted to buy this place! Love the kitchen area furnished with kettle refrigerator plates. What can i say more.

Highly recommended. It is a condo unit with 3 rooms. You can book only one of the rooms. You can cook and do your laundry. The Room has a great view of Kuala Lumpur. You can see the KL Tower and Petronas Twin Towers from your room. The location is great, it is in the middle of KLCC. The room has a bath tub and internet. The condo unit is at the 38th floor. There is also a affordable restaurant on the 3rd floor.

We have travelled all year and this felt like the best bargain of the lot: what a view and great location! We must have had a better view than anyone in a nearby five star hotel paying five times the price. Be aware you are sharing a living area with 2 other rooms and you may share a bathroom with one room. You should contact owner before arrival for key card. Exceptional stay. We will be recommending to anyone visiting Kuala Lumpur.

we absolutely loved the location, at the heart of the city. The security of the building was also one of the reasons we rate this as excellent. The view from the room was spectacular, the sunset was breathtaking. The appartment was well-equipped with everything to make our stay relaxing. The owner was very cooperative and made the appartment available for us on time. We will definately recommend this to our friends and family and will stay at Soho suites whenever we come to KL.

Affordable and good location”

Thot it was an apartment but this would be like airbnb and you will deal with the owner directly. The positive - responsive customer service - excellent location to KLCC and City Centre Shopping - easy collection of keys and returning of access cards The negative - all facilities are shared within the apartment - Hall, toilet. You only have your room. - no facilities within the apartment location i.e. no convenient stores, no Swimming pool or Gym. - Water heater switch is not central so need to bother another room occupier to switch on the heater

With self check-ins using electronic cards and PIN number, the accommodation offers both security and comfort. Not to mention the best night view of KL tower from the room itself. As a solo business traveller attending conference at KLCC, KLCC is only a 10 min walk away using the roff walkway. Pavilion is only within walking distance. The location is definitely superb. Would definitely recommend for other travellers alike. No complain regarding the cleanliness as it was in tip-top condition. All in all, has=d my best travel experience there.

Walking distance to klcc, easy to locate the apartment.very nice city view especially at night.room & wc are clean, provide 3 towels as per requested. Chantelle, the owner is the best hostess I’ve ever dealt with. She’s super helpful and super nice with such great hospitality!! I was worries that on my 1st day I might be arrived late, after 8pm, so I emailed her 2 days before my arrival to ensure my check in was as smooth as possible. She sent Mr Kee, her staff, to wait for me at Soho to help expedite the check in process. I was quite impressed. During my stay there, every time I texted her for help, she responded immediately and things got resolved so fast. Thank you Chantelle!, you are the best ... <3<3<3

Too good to be true, im a solo business traveller who attended exhibition in KLCC, about 5 minute walking distance thru the bridge. Security is tight, so you feel very safe especially at night. The room is clean, bathroom is shared but clean with some ready body and hair shampoo. Due to no one is staying that day, so i basically dominate the whole public area, including living room with aircon and TV. And at night, u could Twin Tower right beside u very clear. I will definitely come here again, and recommend to family trip, business trip or free and easy trip traveller.

- Very nice room with an excellent view from 38th floor to KL. - Location: very near KLCC. - As this is an apartment, so you will share some spaces with other guests: kitchen, living room, and sometimes it's noisy. - There is no receptionist, so you have to ensure you can check mail or communicate in English to get guidance notes from the hostess. - Chantelle (hostess) is very friendly. Despite I haven't met her, but her guidance notes about tourist destinations, food outlets and other things showed me that feeling. Overall: I'm pleased with it.
