Nice new place”

Seems to be a brand new hotel in the very centre. Excellent location, shower was good, room was clean, comfy and tidy, aircon worked well and was quite. Only issue was the fake curtains, on a wall to make it look more roomy. My room did have one, very small window . Not sure about other rooms, but very good value for money and quality

Overnight stay”

Good centrally located hotel. the room was nice. Walking distance to restaurants and the waterfront. Decent value for the money.

Only location is positive here”

Terrible staff. They had literally zero information to offer and were extremely rude. Instead of helping customers, they prefer to chitchat and when asked for help they offer nothing but attitude like we were interrupting their chat time. What the heck is this place? And the room was smelly...hard chemical smell. Obviously asked for assistance but the answer is obvious given the...staff...situation. Never again.

Good location and convenient ”

I was stay there while waiting to transfer to Koh Tao. The hotel is center of the city,close to everythings.

Our experience with this hotel”

Pro: room and bathroom very spacious. Room on the 5th (top) floor with a partial view over the roofs to the Tapi River. Covered, free car parking in the basement of the hotel with a lift directly to the room floors. Modest, free breakfast (maybe more after the Corona period). Tip: right across from the hotel is e.g. A cozy café called "Mary" with very friendly staff, good coffee, croissants etc. and also various cakes. Not expensive in terms of price. The hotel is in a good location for various shops, banks, restaurants and cafés and the night market. Cons: There are rooms facing an inner courtyard with a restaurant / night club with music until about midnight! Well audible, even when the side window is closed! Hanging device for towels to dry off after showering was not (yet) attached. Information from the room service: Sorry, we currently have no one to hang these up! No offer made for an alternative solution. The friendliness of some people from the reception left a lot to be desired. Although the hotel name implies it, the building is not at the front of the harbour/river!

Large hotel, good price”

Traveling during Covid, we may have had a discount price for Standard room last minute booking. It's a large hotel, clean room and comfy bed. Slightly old, but well maintain. The free breakfast was a joke though.

Poor crisis management”

Hotel is unable to resolve problems and unwilling to do so with service mind. No view from windows as blocking by next building. Broken facilities.

Very loud”

Karaoke bar on the first floor blasting music all night long. Shower was luke warm at most

For some reason, they have a bar on the first floor blasting music into the rooms until after midnight. Don't stay here if you value a good night's sleep.

One night in Surat Thani”

Exelent location. The staff is young and friendly but their English is a bit limited - enough to communicate and get informatio. The hotel offers ferry tickets (transfer included) to Ko Phangan. The night market is within walking distance.

Do not trust a picture”

I trusted Google maps while choosing this place, but here goes my worst review ever. It started with dirty towel that hotel provided, so I had to go and replace it at the reception. Then there were a concert next to our window with loud music and 0 sound isolation windows. There are 2 types of standard room: one is facing to the bar with a concerts up to the midnight and another is facing next building wall, which is spectacular. So the personal let us move to the wall room(which is smaller), where we found hairs in the bed and smelling sewage. WiFi is not working even after we informed personal. No hot water, just sun warmed one. Bed has a jelly mattress, so you will feel you partners moves go sure. At 8AM reception called us by phone talking in Thai (probably wishing us a good morning). Housekeeping in the shared area sounds like somebody is in our bathroom and has broken our towels holder. Everything is so wrong about this place. No doubts why they prefer no refundable booking.

Sentralt plassert”

Nytt hotell. Bak gardinene var det en stor vegg og et lite vindu. Utsikt rett inn i en betongvegg. I dusjen var det varmt vann kun om morgenen. Plassert midt i sentrum, få meter fra kaien hvor nattbåtene går. Kort avstand til et godt marked.

Hay habitaciones que Dan a un bar ruidoso q está todos los días hasta la 1AM!! Con música en directo, INSUFRIBLE. Nos cambiaron de habitación y la diferencia fue notable. Las habitaciones como las de la foto. El personal de día muy amable. muy bien localizado, a 5 minutos de la estación de autobuses, a 3 del paseo del rio muy bonito con mercado nocturno de comida y a 7 de mercado de día. una estancia agradable de 2 días!!
