(1) The price is affordable. (2) The building itself, the common areas, & my room are very clean & bright. Moreover, the fixtures, furniture, lightings etc look new & clean. (3) The location is also excellent→ Bitz Bintang Hotel is so near the train stations, banks, big shopping centers, supermarkets, post office, pharmacy, 7-Eleven, money changer etc. Moreover, there're so many restaurants & shops around. (4) The staff are very friendly & polite. (5) The boss (an amiable Indian man) is also very friendly & polite. Moreover, I was so touched by his being very kind & thoughtful in the following (a) & (b) ways: (a) He declined to accept RM 40 of Tourism Tax from me because he felt that it's a very difficult time for me now for my having to stay in his hotel in this emergency period of MCO. (b) Thereafter, he declined to accept RM 60 of Tourism Tax from me again until I insisted him to accept it.
