Lovely Hotel and Service, Bliss indeed!”

i stayed in a standard room (cheapest available) at bliss boutique hotel for a night. it was a wonderful and memorable experience. extremely value for money i would say. - parking lots provided, with guard watching over - reception that greeted us with a smile and great command of english language, check in and check out was swift - computer area for free internet usage and a massage chair at the corner of lobby. map of johor can be found at this corner too. - security is very tight. after a certain timing at night you can only access the hotel and the lift via card access. - breakfast is provided but limited variety, it's already a bonus in my opinion though. there is cereal, curry puff, toast with jam/ butter/garlic spread, sausages, kueh, juice, milk, tea & coffee, fried rice, char kuay tiao, half boiled eggs and bee hoon. - on the standard room: really small room but still clean and comfortable, do not expect 5 star hotel quality, you get what you pay for. bed was comfortable enough for a good night's sleep. no windows for standard rooms, my partner said it was stuffy at first but after air conditioner was turned on it was better. basic necessities provided in hotel room, small dressing table, a small safe, 32 inch wall mounted lcd tv (bad reception though with lack of channels), clean toilet and washup area. no wardrobe nor bathtub, just some wall mounted hooks and hangers. complimentary bottled water x 2. dvd player and ps3 is provided on complimentary loan for 4 hours to those who book designer deluxe rooms and designer suite room. - high tech hotel: card access, touchpad lift, even shower/heater was touch screen! - will definitely be back! great location, close to many eateries. ambience in the hotel lobby/computer area/breakfast area is blissful, with gentle music in the background. somehow you feel really relaxed when you hang out at the reception and breakfast area. next time we return we shall try a better room with a window! keep it up bliss

if you are planning have a short trip in johor bahru,i will strongly recommend you to stay in this hotel,especially for young couple traveller.the awesome interior design will make you feel bliss when the moment you step into the room.you never know what kind of design for your room,because every room with a unique design...so you might feel excited before you stay. the enviroment is clean and comfortable,no harm to try stay 1 night if you going to johor bahru for fun=)

Superb Lil Boutique Hotel that u can ever imagine”

This is a very amzing hotel i can begin with. We ride into JB therefore Carpark is super important to us. So we went to check out the hotel 1 week before our actual date just to confirm the carpark. And yes the carpark is jus outside the Hotel, at the looks of it, it not that safe but the hotel gave as assurance that there will be a security guard 24hours outside the hotel. And all we have to do is to park on the pathment and lock it and it will be jus fine. According to the recep when we 1st checking out the place even we have a bifday girl wif us they are not able to do any special arrangement unless we bring it up to the sales dept. So i tried my best to bring up the request to the sales dept cos i wanted to make my friend birthday memorable. But i didnt expect much of the request as its a small hotel if its clean and well maintain its good enough already. So on the Day on Check In Surprisingly The bifday girl got a Complimentary Upgrade to the Boutique Suite, Her Bed have Rose petals on it and so does the Bath Tub. We was super estatic about it. And We are very very gratefull of the Surprise that Azam a.k.a Najib Ali lookalike (there is one more guy name but i am really sorry i cant recall it) manage to arrange for us. We cant thank them enuf for arranging this special event... They have many design and not all the same size so jus be a bit wary on it. But the design are breath taking and Really clean and cool looking room. You have to be there to believe there is such Hotel in JB with a really boutique hotel standard. Windows are not openable but its a full length and ya the view suxs but its ok the Room is Superb... Toilet is very small but you have all great things with minimal price so its fine and its clean, Heater is not a prob its good. The place is Super Cosy. Bliss Boutique Hotel will always be my Choice for JB Boutique Hotel.. Breakfast : The choice is substaincial enough. Good Job Guys... Keep it up... May you strive in

It was a pleasant stay in Bliss Boutique Hotel with my family in Johor Bahru. Strategic located as it just mins away to JB custom to Singapore. The staffs were very friendly and helpful in providing their services to guests, caring in assigned rooms next to each other for us as we are travel with kids in 3 rooms. Nice and colorful designed rooms makes people stay with cheerful mood.

i go to Johor Bahru for business and i try to pick BLISS Boutique hotel because they are on main road,and only about 50metre from Pelangi mall,near the hotel also have many clinics,restaurant(indian,pizza hut,etc)the reception is very helpful,every my question is answered so nice,and always smike on their service,comfort hotel to stay also.

Nice Chic place buut small rooms”

I had booked just a night at the Bliss Boutique Hotel. At first when I saw it was basically several converted shophouses, i wasn't too enthusiastic about the place. However from the moment we parked our car at several lots reserved for hotel guests, I began enjoying the place because the security guards were helpful. Walking into the lobby was another surprise, It was clean, great interior designing, welcome drink nicely tucked nearby a massage chair for guests to try self service. We were given a room on the 3rd floor of the hotel but it started to rain so much the ceiling started leaking. We were immediately given the option to switch rooms with the receptionist herself coming up to help us with our luggage and apologize for the inconvinience. I had made a sandwich from home that i didn't want to eat so i asked if they could refrigerate it for me till the next day and this they did. The hotel staff, Chew Jiz was very pleasant and accomodating to our needs. The rooms were small, enough just to fit a queen bed with a little room to walk around the bed and had a small shower too BUT, it was a genius of a room. They made up forthe lack of space with clever ideas from Ikea to maximize limited space. For example, they had a foldable bathroom door, 2 long hooks on the wall with some hangers for hanging clothes with a make shift table underneath that was made from a simple wood panel, a tiny table designed for coffee and tea. foldable/collapsible bathrooom door and an LCD Wall mounted tv. The sheets were clean n crisp, beds well done, cleverlighting and beautiful light fixtures, Clean and cleverly designed bathroom with adequate towels, Great water pressure from the shower and sensible toiletries. They provide room service and are helpful to explain whats nearby restaurants wise. Besically they have manage to give the customer a taste of regular 4 to 5 star hotel ameneties in a clever and compact way But this place is not for the Claustrophobic.Breakfast was excellent!

Nice hotel with great service”

When I reach the hotel, from the front I thought that I was bluff by the website that the hotel come with such high rating and comments. Upon checking in, I was surprise by the service provided by the reception, they are friendly and will answer all queries that you have. Proceeding to the room, i and my girlfriend was surprise with the design and cleanliness of the room. The room was small but every inch of space was utilized and the design was unique. My girlfriend love the hotel very much and request me to book the same whenever we stay in Johor Bahru.

Short JB trip”

1) Convenient Location (easily accessible to City Square/KSL by Grab/Uber) Walking distance to Pelangi Plaza. But be mindful that there are other sleazy hotels/inn within the street. 2) Polite and welcoming staff (excellent customer service, was served refreshment juice upon check in) 3) Clean rooms; rooms were big/spacious enough for us though the toilet is quite small (stayed in Designer Deluxe room for 1st night, and was offered an upgrade to Designer Boutique room for the 2nd night) 4) Value for the money (paid about 50+ SGD per night stay; affordable and better standards than other 3 star hotels with the same price point) Would I come back again? Definitely yes, if I am planning to stick somewhere near to City Square and KSL. Thanks for the warm hospitality to all the staff at Bliss Boutique Hotel. I enjoyed my stay! 👍🏻

Small but pretty hotel with excellent service”

Located just less than 5 mins walk from Plaza Pelangi,a 6-7ringgit cab ride to the newest KSL mall, Bliss Hotel is a very pretty boutique hotel with super tight security and excellent service and staff. We were warmly greeted by the hotel staff upon entering. Check in was hassel free and the ice cold welcome drink of fruit juice was refreshing. The hotel manager politely offered to show us their available rooms,from which to choose from, even though they were almost at full capacity. Each of their rooms have a different color scheme, after patiently showing us 3 rooms with a warm smile, we decided on their turquoise room. We have booked 1 night stay with breakfast for their Designer Boutique room. The room was small but clean and fresh smelling, with no closets, just hangers,a queen size bed that was very comfortable, cable tv, attached bath with amenities-toothbrush, shower gel shampoo (no tub, just a simple shower head, althought some of their baths do come equipped with rain shower)An in room safe, wifi service. Only con was there was no mini fridge but for just a 1 night it was okay with us. Aircon worked well and we had a great night's sleep. Breakfast was buffet style and was a delightful spread of nasi lemak, fried bee hoon and prata among other local delights... Western fare of fried eggs, soft boiled eggs(done nicely),cereal and toast... even mushroom soup ( strange but I guess it does work if you want something simple to warm up the tummy in the morning)The breakfast staff were attentive and prompt to lear plates and replenshiment of food items. Be early if you don't want to wait as the breakfast hall is small. Over all a wonderful place for 1 night stay at a good price point.

Nice boutique hotel with a distictive facade”

i stayed for a night in between two days of golf in johor bahru. it was quite a bargain. the hotel is easily accessible to good restaurants and shopping nearby. the hotel manager told me about the 47 rooms available, each with different designs, decorations and colour schemes. i previewed a few rooms and i must admit that they were very well done. i will definitely come again on my next golfing trip.

Stayed at bliss boutique from 2/5/14 to 4/5/14 with my hubby a weekend get away. Staffs were very attentive to my request for a fridge, upgraded to designer boutique room (the only rooms in the hotel that provides fridge), reception staffs were very approachable and willing to answer my quiries. The maintenance guy was fast (he came up thrice) to help us as we had trouble with in room in safe. THUMBS UP!. Room wise was clean and spacious, had a small platform resting area facing the city, however toilet was extremely crampy. Buffet breakfast was satisfactory, nothing fantastic. Location of hotel is good as opposite of hotel has rows of spa/masage parlour. Just along the hotel street has 24hrs food store, convenience store. A further walk down the street leads to a shopping centre. Overall, the hotels suits well for couples and will definitely come back! Lydia SG

Unique hotel with very friendly staff”

My stay at Bliss Boutique Hotel was definitely a pleasant one. The hotel room was a little small but that was not a huge concern for me. The design of the room, however, was very unique. It is a really clean hotel with very good service and good security, especially at night as you cannot enter the hotel without the key card or without the staff's approval. The hotel is located not too far away from the city centre and is accessible by bus too for those who prefer not to take a cab. There is a 24hr restaurant along the stretch too which made it convenient for me to get food at the wee hours of the night. All in all, I had a wonderful stay in this hotel, with their friendly and helpful staff and will definitely return there if I ever went back to JB.

Bliss boutique hotel is really beautiful, love it! Staff are very polite, friendly and helpful, we requested for an extra pillow, they delivered to our room within a short time, they patiently answered our questions and helped us to book cab. The room rate is really reasonable, although my twin room 2-88 has got no window and small, it's very cosy, clean and beautifully designed, the furniture, fixture and fitting are practical too. At the lobby there are cold mango drinks, 2 PCs, a message chair, newspapers, many beautiful and lush sofa, etc. for guests to enjoy. Hot towel provided upon arrival is really refreshing after long journey, very thoughtful. To me, it's a mini 5-star hotel :) There's a 24hr mamak coffee shop at the same row of building as the hotel, many yummie-looking food, good business. Pelangi Mall is just opposite the coffee shop, quite a lot of shops like Guardian, Genki Sushi-staff are very helpful n friendly, I really enjoy my stay here :)

Good location with excellent customer service”

I checked in at around 9PM at night and took the designer boutique room. The staff took the efforts to take me to 6 different boutique rooms to see which design and color scheme I liked, was very caring to the needs of my husband and I as we were deciding on where to go and what we should do, provided reviews of massage places as we planned to go for a massage, and also remembered our names even after we returned to the hotel a few hours later. There's free WIFI in the hotel and computers at the lobby for unlimited usage. I must say that I was very impressed with the service rendered from a small hotel like Bliss as I've stayed at 5-6 stars hotel previously and the service that was provided was far fetched from what I experienced at Bliss.

best boutique stay”

My stay at bliss boutiqu is by far, the best boutique stay. Though it is a little overprice, considering it is a designer boutique, I suppose it was pretty worth it. Not much of facilities. But I would say, if u are looking at warm and homely feel, this hotel has it all. They remembered my name and address me as that throughout. How many receptionist really took the effort to? And their manager(I suppose) was professional and friendly. Breakfast was ordinary and tasted very home-style. Room was clean. I tot it was a new hotel until the manger told me they are 3 years old. Very basic facilities but what should be there is there. I love their security;hearing many scary experiences in jb, I would say I appreciate their effort in keeping their guest's safety in mind. My stay in bliss boutique was by far the best boutique stay.. who says boutique stay meant budget quality? Thumbs up for their staff service!!

Had a nice stay at Bliss Boutique Hotel. Value for money with acceptable service and room conditions. A reasonably good breakfast as well. Location is ideal for shopping trip as it is near to KSL City and others around Johor Bahru Central. Overall, a good choice worth the value.

A brand new boutique hotel that is awesome!”

Stayed in Bliss Boutique hotel for a night during a stopover in Johor Bahru while on the way to USS in Singapore. WE chose this place due to the good ratings we read in Agoda. It did not fail us when we stayed in it. We reached the hotel a bit late due to journey from KL took a bit longer than expected. The hotel is situated in a corner of a small road facing the main road. It can be seen due to the colourful paint and eye catching sign. Check in was a breeze since no one was in front of us and the owner is helpful and provided refreshments for us. The lobby is minimal but avant garde, with sofa and mirrors decorating it. The room we stayed is the family room and it is average in size but tastefully decorated. The room has all the necessities we wanted and the bed is firm and nice. We didn't go out at all due to exhaustion and only went out the next day to check out. All in we would stay again with the price that's being offered.

Stayed 2 nights in Bliss Boutique. Good value for money as the room for 4 person is spacious, clean and cute interior with breakfast included for certain rooms. Good location as the hotel is situated in the middle of city center. Parking is also provided but first come fist served basis. Will definitely consider staying here if I do go to Johor Bahru again.
