A great value hotel in good location.”

I booked to stay at Bloommaze to get out of the city and enjoy some time to chill. There are plenty of eateries, shops, and bars right outside the hotel for your convenience. The LRT is only a few minutes walk away too. The hotel itself offers extremely comfortable and clean rooms with excellent bathroom facilities. I will definitely be back to stay here in the future and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking to enjoy some time away from the city centre.

Worth the money”

-Stayed 2 nights -All the essentials (except shampoo, toothpaste) and facilities (iron at the corridor) were in the room as stated in the description. -The beds were comfy and clean. -Sufficient plugs for 3 of us as we didnt brought any extension. -Just a slight unpleasant smell from the bathroom but not too disturbing as it comes and go. -Very satisfied with the service from Bloommaze Hotel. Recommended :)

Very good”

I was very pleasantly surprised by this pretty little hotel. The interior was very clean and prettily designed. The family room we took was very big, one of the biggest I have come across in a boutique hotel. Very comfortable. The location is great with many restaurants nearby, thus we did not have an issue looking for a place to eat. Highly recommended for those who need a hotel to stay in Puchong area. Only drawbacks were that the iron and ironing board were located outside the room and you need to go out of the room each time you need to iron your clothes. I would highly suggest the hotel management to add a full length view mirror in the family room which would complete the package.

My friend rated this hotel 10/10. I will rate it as 9/10. Staffs are exceptionally kind. perfect price value. -downside my room was a bit stink from the smell of a toilet bowl area. It was perfectly clean though. And the coffee taste of Cafe needs to be improved! I need to go to Puchong again this month. I will choose this hotel again definitely. 강추.

Comfortable and Cozy”

Hotel is new, so the amenities and general environment were clean and functioning. True to its boutique hotel name, facilities are limited to free WiFi, Aircon, ensuite bath and TV in the room. Breakfast is extra as is parking. No private parking facility, as hotel is situated in shop lot area and on weekdays you would need to buy parking coupons. Only on weekends and public holidays, it is free parking. No worries with food, as hotel is right in the heart of a variety of food selection. Rooms are very clean and amenities are new. Staff are friendly and quite helpful, but seem a little young and perhaps inexperienced, but they made our short stay comfortable and manageable. Don't expect 5 star treatment the price you pay is what you get. Real value for money and food galore.

Feel like VIP as their staff are very polite keep calling me Sir when they saw me and also after i check out while waiting for the taxi arrive they provide me water to drink.The location was ok since you can walk to most area and also many type restaurant.The bed and bathroom was nice Also the price is reasonable.Recommend for people want stay at Puchong Bandar Puteri.

Great location, affordable”

Clean, strategic and comfy for business stays. Lots of nearby food and offices are sometimes just a 10min walk away. Sound proof is better than most boutique hotels and the staff was friendly. Recommended!

Strategic location and nice accomodation”

1) You paid for what you get and so,although there are many cheapest hotel around that area,but cheapest hotel doesn't means value for money and comfortable. 2) Strategic location as there are many choices of restaurant and cafe nearby and parking is not really difficult to get though. 3) The room that we stay is quite clean with no dust. 4) All the basic facilities like hair dryer and two plug is available for our standard twin bed room which makes us very convenient. 5) The staff is very polite and will greet us when they saw us.(If the staff is not polite,you won't enjoy your stay at the hotel as they will spoil your short vacay mood) 6) Overall, me and my partner was really satisfied and felt happy with our stay at there.

Very helpful Hotel Staffs & Creative Small Hotel”

This is my first time to book 4 rooms in this small hotel. All the youngsters in the reception very helpful & good courtesyaf to treat customers. After dinner at 10.30pm all of us were being trapped inside the passenger lift for 40 minutes, the alarm was not working, no hotel personnel mobile number shown since the reception has closed & called to a few related phones no response, finally we called to 999 to resource assistance from Fire Bureau. The local authority really fast enough to attend us to get out from the lift. The hotel staffs next morning apologies to us to show the unexpected incident happened to us.

Value for money, albeit with some kinks”

The Goods: > Firm bed and pillow (with one towel stuffed in). Some big hotels that boast feather filled pillow and soft bed miss this critical feature - only firm a pillow and bed can support good sleep. > Its surrounded by restaurants, especially steam boat joints. There is a popular dim sum restaurant just outside the hotel - on weekends have to queue for tables by 8:30am. The Kinks, > Aircond inexplicably auto switched off before sunrise. > Wifi didn't work on 2nd night, despite repeated reset by reception staff. Overall, good for short stay visitor to Puchong area.

A very Comfort Hotel.”

We booked 4 rooms to stay for one night. The reception personnel are all young man, very well trained with good courtesy, provide us good restaurants where to eat. The rooms are fantastic clean, worth to stay with the rate we paid. The hotel should provide contact mobile number inside the lift in case of emergency because we had been trapped inside the passenger lift for 45 minutes after dinner at 10pm. Since the counter had closed, called to tel. no as given but no response, finally we called 999 to Police & the Fire Brigage came to get us out from the lift.

bar across the street which create many noice after midnight ”

I love the place but my room was located at the street and the bar was just cross the street. The live ban been going on until around 1am。 I m not able to sleep and turn around on bed until around that time. I have make a complain to the stuff and manager . The manager very nice and offer a cup of coffee. But without a good sleep and another long flight later, cause me into consideration about this hotel. Hopefully I will heard from the hotel and agoda soon.

Exceptional”

The hotel located just opposite Foo Hing Dim Sum/富兴点心. The room is spacious. Besides the 2 queen sized beds and a sofa, still plenty of room. However, the beds aren’t comfortable enough. Bathroom is clean but the team needs to work out for the supply of hot water, it’s kinda unstable. Overall, good stay. The staff are friendly.

best budget hotel with polite staffs”

Appreciate their kind service, despite being a budget hotel. one chubby receptionist welcomed me with great polite service which i am very thankful. room decor is new, aircon is not quite cooling but still acceptable. location is considered good with lots eateries around. overall, ten out of ten. please keep it up so that i can have the same comfy place to stay when i visit kl again.
