Pros: - great value for money - some great design features - staff that is polite and eager to please - new hotel, so all facilities are new Cons: - new hotel, so there is still some finishing/refurbishing work being done on a daily basis + there is construction going on next door - some staff are not familiar with the features themselves (for instance not knowing how the transparent wall to the bathroom can be dimmed), some features aren't quite finished yet (in our room the light switch next to one of the bed operated the bathroom light) But in brief, at the moment it is a 3 star price for what is essentially a 5 star hotel that is literally 2 minutes from AoNang beach and 8-9 minutes from the long tail boat pier.

Amazing hotel with great rooftop pool, super clean and extremely comfortable rooms, delicious breakfasts. The staff is amazing in both Blue Sotel Smart and Blue Sotel Krabi- thank you for heloping me get to the right hotel. I truly enjoyed my stay there. It is the best hitel I have ever visited. Also, the staff follows highest standards, everyone is kind and helpful! They also helped me with my cancelled flight. purely amazing, immaculate, I highly recommend!

Ar out visitingtime the hotel was surrounded with constructionsites. It didn’t bother when you were at the hotel (except the view, obviously). Few minutes from ao nang beach. Rooftop pools have amazing view. Very clean and modern rooms. Netflix and youtube on tv. The gym has dumpbels 5-25kg and few other equipment so with them you can get descent workout. Overall, calm, modern and clean hotel. Would deffinetly recommend to everybody.

This hotel is close to the beach and the Ao Nang center, clean , New and supernice personell. The gym is good , the rooms are modern and the roof Top swimmingpool is amazing:) would book again:)

I was gonna stay for 1 night but ended up staying 4 nights 😆😆 it’s a new hotel so everything is clean and good(extra score for the room/ bathroom lighting 💡) very good gym/ stunning view on the rooftop, the restaurant (Twice A Day) downstairs is good/ lovely staffs/ but the hotel is not near to 7/11 it’s good if you’ve got a car. 2 mins walk from the beach, Will definitely stay there again if I go back to Krabi

I Like Rooftop pool this hotel cause you can see mountain and Aonang panorama View that can made made you stuning cz so beautiful , Hotel staff freindly & helpful , I was stay 3 night for Delux pool Access room , I'm so happy for all 3 nights there but Hotel seem too far from main road , would be perfect if hotel have shuttle bus for hotel guess go out side

Nice, new hotel”

Facilities - Is a very nice hotel. Was told it was just completed in Dec 2019. You could tell, but fortunately everything was finished. Didn’t seem like they had any missing finishing touches to do. Rooftop pools (there are 2) are amazing. Great place to get some sun or watch the sunrise. Wish they had some umbrellas there to block the midday sun (like the have on the main floor pool, 3 total). Room - we had a nice room on the 5th floor with a balcony. Bed was very comfortable and loved the pillows. TV was great and could watch Netflix (own account). Only downside for me was the room smelled like mold already. The smell went away a bit if you turned on the AC. Construction - seems like it wasn’t yet effected by too much construction noise. There are a few big empty lots next to it so this may change eventually. Sea Seeker down the road definitely had a ton of construction near it (and noise). Location - was an easy 3-5 minutes to the beach (if you just want to get onto a beach). It’s probably 10 minutes to get near the main shops, restaurants, and boat area (e.g to take a boat to Railay)

We absolutely loved the customer service and the environment of the hotel, also, the room we stayed was completely clean and neat. The breakfast we had was perfect with the mountain view from the restaurant. Will definitely book the stay there on our next Krabi trip!!!

Lovely place, beautiful roof top. Needs some sort of shade though eg Parasols. Will definitely use this as my Ao Nang place to stay.

Location”

Great location and will be even better once the road is finished, still under construction. 5 minute walk to the beach where there are many restaurants, beach hut massages and close to getting transport to other beaches. My only concern was that there is a smell that flows out of the drain near the toilet. It can be quite strong at times. They need to put in a one way flow plug so as to keep the smell out. It is only new hotel and is going to be booked out most of the year. It's a no children hotel. I'll go there again, and the staff were wonderful and helpful.

This is a new hotel and has potential. However, local biz practices could derail it: PROS: - Staff are super friendly and service-minded - Rooms are well designed and comfortable CONS: - check in/out takes far too long, 15 mins on a prepaid room. (Why so many Thai-owned hotels still insist on that insulting, last minute “room check” to make sure you haven’t pilfered towels or items from the minibar?) - Gym / fitness center is wanting some basic equipment and accoutrements, e.g. curl bar, free bar, a couple of kettle bells, extra adjustable bench, water - They charge a 500 baht “lost key fee” on what is a standard, throwaway, plastic electronic room key. It’s a ridiculous price gouge and you should refuse to pay it - Breakfast is uninspiring and of the sort one can find at virtually every Thai-owned resort/hotel: boiled hot dogs (called “chicken sausages”), boiled lunch meat (called “ham”), local Thai dishes, egg station, bread counter, fruit, etc.

Fabulous destination - extended our stay twice”

Fabulous hotel near the beach!! The pool on the roof is FABULOUS!! The rooms are great and clean and the staff is very friendly. Also loved the morning breakfast. Everything you can think of having is there!

Mostly good with a few exceptions ”

The first room we got smelled like a sewer. The second one was just beside the kitchen so we didn't get much sleep that morning. The third room was fantastic though. It was clean with a beautiful view and a very comfortable bed. The other rooms are the same I suppose. One of the problems with all the rooms is that there is no insulation between the door and hallway. There's a 2 cm gap from the floor up the door. That makes the room not very silent. You can hear everything from the corridor and they can hear you. The breakfast was great for beeing in Thailand, with good coffee and even whole grain bread. Close to the beach as well.

I have stayed in the hotel for 5 nights, everything as expected/advertised, the location is near the beach just walking distance, staff really helpful, the buffet breakfast could not be better. I recommend this hotel.

Nice stay”

We stayed there for 3 nights. The best part of this hotel was their swimming pool at the roof top from where you can have a great view of sunset and the sea. We really loved it. The staff was also cooperative but we found them bit reluctant in meeting our special requests. We arrived there before their check-in time and requested for early check-in but they provided us the room near 2 pm although we had a feeling that all of their rooms were not fully booked. Similarly, at the check-out time, we requested to extend it for 2 hours and they very reluctantly allowed us to extend 1 hour only. The breakfast was decent but very limited options for halal food or vegetarians. We also found their room cleaning below par as washroom and the room was not properly cleaned all the times which definitely needs improvement. However, overall we had a pleasant stay.

The hotel design is beautiful, the view is breathtaking, the staff was very friendly and attentive, the food was good. The hotel itself just needs some touch ups and the smell walking towards our room was very unpleasant but overall the price was fair and makes up for the view.

Located at Construction site”

Can walk to the beach 300m, however there is no pleasant view. No easy access to restaurants and bars. Staff told me to take a taxi to go to Ao Nang street where as it is walkable and was not very helpful to book taxi etc.

Good location closed to the beach. The hotel staff is a nice service. Big swimming pool. Good breakfast.

Construction around hotel ”

The best part about staying at the hotel was the bed and pillows very comfy but the bathroom is small take quarters where the toilet is not a lot of space to put down two suitcases in the room the rooftop pool is amazing and beautiful but no shade no umbrellas not a lot of shade at the bar area and no washing facilities do you have to go back down the stairs to your room. The breakfast was warm but very basic not A lot of food options. The construction outside of the room is not pleasant. Digging up dirt and wild dogs outside that bark sometimes at night. We moved over one hotel to the Centara Beach Resort and really love it! Book Centara hotel instead. Trust me! The blue Sotel smart is newer built but the road is a bit away from everything and if you want to walk back at night it’s a little dark. I ordered a Hawaiian pizza at BlueSotel smart and it was good.
