We came at 19:00 and the main door was locked and nobody answered the phone. We had to find another hotel in the area, which - thanks god - was not so dificult. At the end the hotel wanted to charge us as not showing to fulfill the reservation and Agodas customer service helped us cancelling it.

A highlight of our visit was the Senator Haz restaurant which must be one of the best in Hungary. When we weren't dipping into the Senator Haz menu we enjoyed the thermal baths which are very attractive and spotlessly clean, and just wandering around the city.
