"My mum and I stayed at the marque Hotel in Sydney in March and it was the perfect place to stay while showing her the sights (i live in australia now) the accomodation was clean ans comfortable and i don't think we could have asked for more. We took a deal through agoda which included breakfast which was great as i'm pregnant and saved a fortune on breakfast each day, the deal with agoda turned out to be cheaper than any other deal inc. any through the hotel so i was really happy with what we paid, we didn't use the pool on the roof as there was a large school party and it might have been a bit crowded but i had a look and it looked nice."

"Hotel location is very good, walking distance to Sydney town tourist spot, such as Sydney tower, St mary's cathedral sydney, Chinatown, Paddy's market, Darling harbour side, and Town hall MRT station and so on... Cleanliness of hotel room is 10/10 provide daily room cleanning sevices... The room interior design is comfortable and look like new... provide mini frige, hair dryer, TV... if u booking for 3 people as me then got a queen bed and a single bed then the single bed have own TV, this is what i am surprising... The hotel staff is nice and willing to provide useful information... Only the thing no convenience is no Wifi/need to pay money... but most of hotel in sydney are same... Environment of hotel, u can find the restaurant around this hotel easily... "

"Extraordinary hotel with all the bells and whistles! Amazing value for money - until everyone else on the planet finds out about it! Walking distance to Sydney Domestic Airport and/or a short 5-10 min drive (i.e. depending on traffic). Close to all amenities if you ever feel the need to leave. Based in a beautiful tree-lined street with views to the Sydney CBD and only 5-15 mins drive away from an endless array of restaurants, cafes, bars and stores. Two bedroom apartment was perfect for four adults and had everything you could possibly ask for and so, so, so much more. All amenities are impeccable with a stunning, indoor pool, sauna and gym for hours of entertainment. In our experience, it is by far the best hotel we have ever been to in recent years in Sydney. We will most certainly be back - as long as we can continue to afford it and/or can get in!!!!"

"Thank you guys for contributing to this quick trip to Sydney with my son being so memorable - hotel and restaurant are a germ! Spending time on the hotel roof terrace playing cards and eating ice-cream while waiting for check-in, lots of bubbles coming out of a tavern, a joke from chef that did not go as intended, oven reheated left overs kebab chips and meats served nicely on a plate, delicious vegetable dish for someone who usually orders meat, a glass of wine for someone who rarely drinks alcohol, a personal story from a chef about his family and past experiences.... and finally the PASSWORD to the hotel - memorised and entered by my son million times to make the door open and let us in. P.S. pleassssse put a bin upstairs at the roof terrace and microwave would be great next to the fridge."

"I was pleasantly surprised by The Capsule Hotel. If you can deal with staying in a capsule I would definitely recommend it: the capsules, bathrooms and kitchen area is super clean with no imposing odours either. I had no problem getting access to a shower in the morning and was able to make my own breakfast in the kitchen area. A big plus also: THEIR WI FI IS BUILIDNG WIDE! You can use it in your capsule, in the hallways, in the bathrooms or in the kitchen area. This is not always the case. I stayed at two places on this trip to Sydney and despite paying less for the Capsule Hotel it was the better venue. May not be ideal for senior travellers but a definite recommendation to young and middle-aged folks who are travelling on a budget and don't care about lots of space!"

"This Holiday Inn is just to the south of Darling Harbour just round the corner from the tram stop by Paddy's Market so very convenient for local transport and for getting back to Central for the airport link. Typical holiday inn no surprises, comfortable room, good breakfast you need to pay for the internet is the only drawback but that seems to be on a par with other Sydney hotels. Location is best feature and value for money."

"We arrived for a week's stay over the new year period and it was understandable that it was the busiest time of year for the hotel. We were celebrating our honeymoon and notwithstanding the refusal of a room with a view of the harbour we still had a whale of a time in Sydney. The staff overall were very friendly and helpful forgetting that on the last day a receptionist (didn't get his name) literally made us take the shuttle bus even though it was very early for us to drive to the airport. It felt like he wanted to get rid of us there and then. Special mention goes to breakfast which was in our opinion exceptional, in line with 5 star hotels. Location is also great, very close to all landmarks Sydney has to offer. Rooms are a bit outdated as the hotel needs a major maintenance but overall very clean. It was not cheap but considering the time of the year we chose to visit it is understandable. Overall, we would recommend this hotel but try to book outside pick season."
