We just love the garden and atmosphere of the Park. It is like a peaceful haven in the crouwdy city. Eventhough the beach is not for swimming, it is nice to have a walk there. Rooms are clean, spacious and comfortable. The bathrooms are little bit worn, and might need update. There is a nice pool where you can swim, and several restaurants, one of them at the pool side...

This hotel surprised me. Their communication via Agoda was not good as I requested a change to my booking and they did not get back to me. However once there... the rooms were very clean and beautifully decorated. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast at this hotel was by far the best we had anywhere in India. I would recommend this hotel.

This is a good 3 star hotel that tries to punch above its weight. The management and staff are really keen to ensure you enjoy your stay. The WiFi is fast and free but the coverage is a little patchy (I had to sit in the corridor outside my room to get a reliable connection).

stay in the hotel was very comfortable. location was it is centrally located. It has good facilites and near to market for esy shopping. Breakfast was overall good qlhoteuality.the behavior of hotel staff was very coporative. ov to erall it was nice stay. i would like stay again in this hotel , thanks very much

the view is the best from top floors . the beach is right in front or you can say the sea is right in front . You get a feel from your bedroom as if you are inside water . all you can see from the blacony in the morning is water.

The arrangement of Complimentary & Buffet Breakfast needs improvement. It is not clear as to why the venue was at all shifted to the top floor of adjacent Building. Without doubt one of the best hotels I stayed in. The staff was extremely friendly. Food was great, well cooked, very tasty and above all well presented. The staff were very attentive and service overall is up to the highest degree.. Restaurant supervisors and manager in charge deserves a special thanks.

Though a very courteous and friendly staff, may not be the best place for a family for the following reasons: - It's not a resort, so don't get fooled by the name. A comfortable to stay in Visakhapatnam

The staff was very professional, polite & prompt. The rooms were clean and comfortable. There are a variety of restaurants to choose from to eat and many small markets and stores near by if you like to shop.

The hotel was very clean and tidy. A new hotel with great Wifi. Breakfast wasn’t part of my room price but was very reasonable (Nz$7) and was very enjoyable. Only about a 10 minute drive to the railway station and close to shops. Would recommend this new hotel.

Its was great to stay in this hotel and at the price offered. A good value for money. If i ever intend to go to Vishapatnam once again i will definately stay in this hotel and will book through Agoda only. Beds were comfortable and large -- Excellent room service, price of food is also within limit.

For lodging it's a budget place to stay. Communication with everywhere is good. But, Bathrooms should be cleaned and I booked 3Deluxe rooms,but got 1 Deluxe +2Economy (small) rooms. Please look into bookings as per promise.

There is no difference in rooms like deluxe or luxury. I choose the costliest rooms and asked for SEA view. When we reached there they have given the corner most rooms with no view. When I asked, they said they do not provide SEA facing rooms to the third party customers even you pay maximum. This is really disappointing. Is this why we book early!!!!! With Agoda!!!!!

Beach view from the room we stayed was great; however, a walk on the beach may not be the best idea as the R K beach is not one of the best maintained beaches of Vizag. Comfortable stay overall

It was great hotel to stay and if you want to shop out there in nearby places it best place to check -in.Near to Railway Station too.

Staying at this apartment was brilliant, I felt at home and comfortable by the security (all fully secure, extensive fully operational CCTV system with guards).
