We stayed for 1 day to enjoy Keszthely and Heviz city. And we are so amazed with the facility at the Hotel. They have wellness for free. And also you can rent bike to spend time at the city. The hostess was very kind and the location is within waking distance to Lake Balaton and many of the attractions in Keszthely. The train station is about 11-15 minutes walk away.
The Bed and Breakfast is very lovely. It has a beautiful garden and balcony. The owner does not speak English, but we managed to communicate. It’s some walk from the train/bus station and town center, so it’s a better stay if you have a car.
We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment for 5 nights.and enjoyed our stay very much. Apartment is very clean, kitchen is well kept and very clean too. Its under 15 minutes to walk to town square, castle, lake area and supermarkets. Owner is very friendly and gave us good tips on where to eat and where to visit.
