Beautiful resort on the shores of Lake Kawaguchiko”
It is located on the 9th stop from Kawaguchiko station. Lovely resort with lovely view from the window. Sparkling clean and spacious room. Nice onsen. Next to Panorama ropeway and 2 minutes from boat pier. This saves a lot of travelling time.

Old looked hotel with renovated room”
The pickup from Kawaguchigo Station is only at the evening, and you need to call. The shuttle service from hotel to station station is only the morning and if it excellence, please reminder to reserved. As we arrived in the morning, we took Red Line Bus, drops at cable car station, then pull our luggage up the sleep slope. The hotel looks old from outside but the room is newly renovated and we were given lake view which is excellence. The breakfast is acceptable, no great

very bad experience ”
Unluckily, my trip met with the worst typhoon in Tokyo and every transportation to Kawaguchi was stopped. But hotel refused to refund for the unused booking under this special condition. Agoda tried to negotiate with them but not successful. Thats the very bad experience I have ever overcome before. Totally not recommended.

due to 19th typhoon, no highwaybus service to their property, they keep replying there is route to go, the booking is on 13th, on 19th they still replying said rhat it will be route tomorrow😰 Nowonder they collect the booking fee in advance!

Ideally located hotel”
Comfortable, well decorated hotel overlooking Lake Kawaguchiko and right next to Kachi Kachi ropeway. Stayed in 2 twin rooms with amazing views of the lake. Buffet dinner and breakfast were excellent with plenty of choice. Free karaoke and nominally priced onsen made for a fun evening. Staff were so helpful; they even provided free shuttle bus to train station for us. Highly recommend this hotel.

Lake Kawaguchi is about ten minutes walk from Kawaguchiko Station so all the hotels are at least a ten minute walk from station, some a lot longer. This hotel is less than 15 minutes away on foot and is in a great position by the Kachi Kachi ropeway and nearby restaurants and convenience store. The staff were very friendly and although the general decor of the place is outdated the place was quite clean when we stayed there. Our room had a nice bathroom and comfortable beds. Views of the lake are fantastic! Good wifi. Only slight downside was the breakfast was mediocre. Also, the hot spring public bath area just has the one bath, which was too hot for goldilocks (me). Good sauna though. Hotels in this area are generally overpriced but, although this wasn't cheap, was great value.

it was great! conveniently located at kawaguchiko lake, go ahead and select accomodation with dining option (quality dinner you cant miss!) its located right where mt. kachikachi ropeway(brings you to the top where you can see mt fuji), kawaguchiko pleasure boat, fujiyama cookie museum.... it also has a lawson 5mins walk away! their onsen is great too! beds are comfy... breakfast is perfect... (my room has a lake view) overall its a great option in kawaguchiko!

Location is perfect as the hotel is located 10 meters from the cable car and from the room it was a Kawaguchiko lake view which was amaizing, the hotel onsen is also nice not crowded at all (I was the only one person inside), spacious room, clean, Japanese breakfast (it was tasty though) The only one disadvantage is a bit high price

Located in cross from lake kawaguchiko with superb view. Beside cable car as well. Hotel kinda old but nice and spacious room. Staff really friendly and nice but kinda hard to speak english, so we use google translator. U can ask for transfer from kawaguchiko station for free though. Overall very recommended to stay

Nice hotel with onsen and massage facilities!”
Staff were very efficient and friendly. View of Lake Kawaguchiko was great! Breakfast provided was the usual western fare with a slight Japanese twist of cooked salmon and sardines. Whilst the staff could not converse in English (hey this is Japan after all), they could understand the limited Japanese that I know. I would definitely stay here again in future.

The location just next to the Rope attractions, a bit crowded during the day but nobody at night, guess the whole Kawaguchiko is like that. got restaurant nearby but the opening hours of restaurant in kawaguchiko just doesn't our tummy time, but got 24 hours lawson where you can get mostly everything. Bus stop is just in front, so great one. The hotel is pretty old but well maintained and we got lake view so we were pretty happy with the 2 nights stay

We enjoyed our stay at Breezbay Lake Resort especially delighted with the generous spread of b/f and dinner. Staffs are friendly and helpful, we arrived late at the station from Shinjuku bus station around 8 pm due to heavy traffic on the road. The resturant close at 9 pm but they waited for us to finish our dinner and leave after 10 pm that day. For those considering the hotel, do plan your arrival as their transfer schedule is limited to schedule. You'll have to take a taxi ride to reach the hotel if you missed the schedule. talk to the staff for transfer.

The location and scenery are very impressive. Girl staff at the counter is very helpful. She can speak English very well, great service mind. Room is very clean. Onsen is rather small but it is good enough. Will definitely stay again if we have a change to visit Kawaguchiko!

Nice old hotel with lake view”
I was here with my wife for honeymoon. They have very good location if not the best. We can see lake Kawaguchi from the window of our room. Bus stop also in front of the hotel. The building is bit old. Many elderly people who stay here. The onsen is not very crowded (when I visited there), even only me who used onsen that time.

Little bit far from station No english in the website, so we walk through hotel, and turns out they can arrange for pick up. This is old hotel but very spacious, have a very nice view though to kawaguchi lake. Located beside the cable car. Staff is so friendly but limited in english. Breakfast is ok.
