Loved this place. The one bedroom suite was perfect for two people and an infant baby. Lots of room to set up a cot, you can walk to the beach or just go sit in the spa/ indoor pool.

Should have booked a whole weekend. ”
We stayed at broadwater as my niece was getting married on the beach with her reception at stilts restaurant and I wanted to stay close by as I have 2 small (1,and 3 years old). On arrival we found the grounds well laid out with easy access in, out and around. Room was spacious with comfortable beds and other furnishings. We had the pool to ourselves ( I suppose many of the other guests were getting ready for the wedding) it was the perfect temp inside not hot, but warm enough to walk straight in. We saw many animals on our travels, ducks, lizards and a possum to the delight of the kids. The grounds were quiet, despite many children being seen on our walk through and the wedding finishing at 1am seeing other wedding guests walk through at 2am it was still peaceful. We have family in Busselton and usually will stay with them for convenience but will now consider booking our weekends at broadwater instead.

Excellent location and doggy friendly. The resort provide exceptional add ons bowl bed etc when taking my pet. Ideal private facilities and safe closed yard which works well with the pooch . I had a fabulous comfortable and relaxing stay

Location is good, peaceful and nice environment. Well secured resort. Easy access to supermarket and eateries. One thing to praise is the owner of this resort. When we needed help to file a police report for a car accident, the owner is willingly to assist even his son with good attitude and did not hesitate to help. With their help, we have easily and speed up our submission. Thank you!

We really enjoyed our stay at Broadwater Beach Resort, there is everything you need for a fun and enjoyable family holiday. The accommodation was spacious and comfortable. It was a little tired but that did not impact on our enjoyment. The pool is great for the kids, they loved the games room and you are within 5 minutes walk from the beach (which is a beautiful beach). There were BBQ's available, we did not use them but they were always impeccably clean and ready for use. There is a restaurant/bar on site with yummy food and garden area that leads out towards the beach. 5 minutes walk up the road you have shops which include bakery, cafes, fish and chips and other F&B outlets; more than enough to keep you going for the week. The road Broadwater Resort is on leads to the main road that takes you to Busslleton, Margaret River and other tourist destinations, so very convenient. We had a really lovely week at Broadwater Resort.

A Restful Weekend for all”
Kids lived in the pool, games room and scooters round the property. Fantastic to be so close to the beach and to Busselton itself. Great central location to shopping centre on the corner and then Dunsborough and Yallingup as well. Plenty to do at Broadwater Resort if you just want to stay put or great place to launch from to see the sites. Stilts was a great asset to have so close and tennis courts etc were great to have so handy. Thanks Broadwater - we'll be back.

Fantastic Easter break”
The Broadwater was great - the kids could swim either in the outdoor or indoor pool or just a short walk to the beach. As it is a family friendly resort the boys loved playing soccer,tennis,cricket or just mucking around in the pool with other children staying at the resort. ✅

Overnight Stay”
We stayed here for a quick overnight stop in Busselton. They only had a three bedroom place available for the two of us and if you were a group of six adults or a family needing the rooms, the price we paid was a steal. The rooms are outdated however new flooring and a set of new couches and new beds in the rooms have snazzed it up a bit. The kitchen had all the items you would need for a long stay. Air cond/heating in the main area and ceiling fans in the rooms. The cleanliness of the room was ok, however we found that the rooms could have been wiped over a little higher as there were cobwebs throughout the bathroom. The resort itself also had quite a few mosquitoes around. The resort has an adequate games room, two pools and a spa. The restaurant (independently owned) was good, we ate dinner and breakfast there. Overall, we would stay again if required and for the right price.

Our stay at Broadwater was nice. The hotel is a little pricey, as we have stayed at better resorts for less, however, the facilities were nice for an older resort. The staff, however, could use some training on smiling and how to interact with guests, most were sullen and everything seemed to be too much trouble for them (this didn't matter where you were within the resort, the reception, the bar, the restaurant). The rooms were clean (the bathroom could use a renovation), everything was in working order, and we were close to the tennis courts as described when booking. We stayed in a Tennis Loft Villa which accommodated up to 6 people, with a spa.
