The hotel was an average looking hotel that has good location, near the town center. Can walk for 12 minutes to go to Padang Kota foodcourt. Room was a bit smaller than pictured but for its price, is reasonable. The carpark space was very limited. If the hotel is fully booked, it is advised to go out with grab or taxi. The carpark will tend to be full and you have to find other carpark and might have to pay for it.

Around 11 pm, A gang of rogue indian peoples will try to ask for RM15 to RM 50 ringgits for a parking lot fees even though you are here for a dinner or spend time with some friends. To be honest, the location is not even worth a star.

Safe for solo lady traveler”
I just need a place to rest at night after a tiring work whole day outside, so this hotel is the best and among the cheapest. As a lady traveler, i am quite skeptical of hostels and sharing toilet, this hotel accommodate an acceptable bed, own toilet, good air conditioner etc. The most important thing is, I dont need to share toilet with other people. I traveled during week days so I barely hear songs from karaoke/night club nearby. Btw, it is just walking distance from Chan Sow Lin lrt station. But for ladies, as a safety reminder please avoid to arrive at night at the lrt station because you have to walk through a kind of abandon shopping mall (skybridge from the lrt station to the shop lots). There are lots of restaurants too. Only the drawback is the hotel management didn't clean up the room the day after , also no water bottle given on the second day (I stayed for 3 days 2 nights). In overall, I am satisfied.

Very run down”
Lots of mosquito, bed bugs, broken furniture, poor soundproof ( the disco club and night life entertainment are surrounding the hotel and so noisy even I sleep in the room without window.), police raid and checking all guest room during midnight. This is so terribly annoying.

Pekerja kaunter penipu ”
Saya telah membuat tempahan untuk menyambung sewa bilik yang sama untuk sehari lagi dan telah memaklumkan perkara tersebut kepada pekerja kaunter melalui telefon. Saya juga memberitahu kaunter bahawa tempahan atas nama saya ini adalah untuk menyambung sewa bilik 307 yang saya duduki sekarang ini dan pekerja kaunter itu paham dan setuju. Pada jam 3 ptg kad access bilik di matikan dan pihak hotel meminta saya membayar cas lewat keluar rm30 dan menyuruh saya pindah bilik lain dengan deposit rm50. Jika saya tak bayar rm30 pihak hotel tidak benarkan saya masuk ke bilik. Oleh kerana saya kurang senang dengan cara kasar pengurusan hotel itu, saya buat keputusan untuk mencari hotel lain. Harap pihak agoda amik peduli tentang masalah yang berlaku keatas saya. Terima kasih
