No toiletries provided even bath gel/soap. No hook/hanger in the bathroom. TV wasnt in their placed. my husband have to worked on it. only 1 towel are given. No mineral water / drink in the room. By the way, the room decoration is creative and beautiful. Overall, it worth with the price..

Shower water pressure too slow.. No bath towel provided, no housekeeping I think. Because i stay there for 2 days but no one come for room cleaning and i dont bother to ask. They should do unless i request not to clean. Parking is hard to find, night time only you will get it easier. I choose this hotel because of the photo in agoda, but to come again, i dont think so. Sorry.

-Today was very dissapointed with a female staff,who was very rude face to face Gave me the most worst ever room i hv stayed here have ciggarete butts on the carpet ,the sharing toilet so dam dirty with no water,and she was trainkng another female staff. The rooms are not the same as agoda advertise. I have all the puctures and invoices plus i am pushed to a dog cannel i havent shower and do request the Bunker management could train the staff to be a customer oriented person and place me to a better room with extra day stay. I am not here add all pictures and spoil a persons business. But God sake dont you bunkers cant identify your regular customer. Agoda you guys have a standart please dont loose them. This is fraud. The rooms was as the picture you guys advertise. Now pls j can send the oucture to you all

Just feeling comfortable because the room got smell and the toilet is outside the room. But it's a good place to rest. Difficult to get a park and feels unsecured when parking nearby due too less light

i had the worst experience ever at this hotel Firstly, when I arrived around 6.30pm, there was 2 other customers waiting for their rooms which were not ready..I had to wait one hour at their smelly, dirty, hot (no fan/aircond) with no one attending or apologising. after 1hr sweating, finallly we got our room. but there was no towel inside. My room was at 3rd floor. I still gave them some slack. I went out for dinner and wehn I came back, I stopped by at the counter asking for towels. but to my surprise the answer was that they ran out of fresh towels and I've had to wait for 15 mins. I told them to send it to my room when its ready. you would be surprised that they completwly ignored that. no towels sent that night. we went to sleep without shower next day, i went down again to ask for the towel. for some reason, the stupid receptionist started searching for some kind of documents as I stood there for 10mins. I lost it already and I shouted to him that 'I need the towel only, stop whatever u are doing' He then went to the room at the back at the counter and brought me a towel. Bigger surprise!! the towel was damp and i believe that was used and unwashed towel given to me. I shouted again, asking him to bring me a new towel. He then when outside and few mins later brought me an unfolded towel to me. I didnot have trust that the towel was cleaned. so for that morning I took a bath without towel, drying myself with my PJs thats how they treated customers, no respect, no manners whatsoever. you would be better off with plenty of other hostels and budget hotels around dont even consider to stay here!!!!!

Bad Experience ”

I arrive a bit late. Then the reception said the room i booked is booked by others too. They giving me another room. Unfortunately the room not ready. I said its okay i can't wait because tired. After check in, reception told me, Towel still wet and asked me to wait. I just got the towel on morning around 9am. Asking for iron they said need to wait. after waiting so long, i getting mad and they suddenly send me iron. wasting my time and need to reschedule my plans. at night receptionist not at the counter, i want to asking about water heater call them so many times but no one aswered call. Very dissapointed services. Not recognized at all

1) the room was very dirty - the bedsheets & blankets seem never been washed 2) air conditioner was not well-functioned 3) cigarette butts everywhere in the room, eventhough there's 'NO SMOKING / VAPE ALLOWED' sticker on the mirror. 4) there's so much mosquitoes - there's a very very very dirty aquarium inside the room which leads the mosquitoes to come inside the room 5) there's a small hole at the ceiling inside the bathroom - very suspicious about this one. 6) the lighting in the room also not 1) the room was very dirty - the bedsheets & blankets seem never been washed 7) this hotel is not recommended and not value for money. We can get better hotels with the same price offered by this hotel.

I cannot stay even an hour. We Find another place to stay. My experience once check in ; - girl staff at reception never smile. - location quite creepy. - outside hotel also. - room very dirty. (While check in, before unlock the door i heard water fall from inside when enter i found out that water hose and shower not closed & i found shit not flush in toilet!) also felt sticky in the toilet floor. - lamp too dim/dark. (Maybe to cover the shitty everywhere) - carpet also dirty. - bed looks not hygiene. I felt itchy although just sit n not laying there. - cockroaches everywhere. From daddy to babies. - television just there without any channel. They forgot maybe malaysia not use uhf anymore. - no towel and others toiletries. For more bad review, see others comments. Tq.

Don't believe in the pictures that you see in agoda. Your room will not be the same as these pictures (not even close). It was horrible for. i also have to pay more (at the hotel after i had already pay on agoda) to change to the room worse than the room that i should have in the first place.

Bad and worst experience. ”

I was in a big shocked when we entered the room. The air conditioner without the cover. No toiletries provided even bath gel/soap. No hook/hanger in the bathroom. The curtain panel is broken. Cracked glass on the side cabinet nexr to your our bed and only covered by a piece of paper. Really unsecured and dangerous for baby. Decoration board in front of our bed is broken as well and we can see nails from above. Really disappointed. Photos uploaded in Agoda's appears to be outdated and the hotel should be honest in doing business.
