Water Heater Have to Check”

Nice place and 10 min from boarder to butterfly princess, easy to get cab and when no cab around hotel staff will help to get it, 15min walk distance to town but is by cab 5min arrive. CLEAN and nice place to stay ,problem is water heater cant get adjusted ,once you turn to HOT very hot, once you turn to cold ,very cold... ^^llll please set it to mix and medium range. Will stay here again on next trip

My wife and my children stay here for 1 night, we were very satisfied with our stay in this hotel. We found a room was large, clean, comfortable, and with a balcony. We found the reception desk's staff, to be very friendly, helpful and courteous. If you are going to stay in a hotel in Betong, I highly recommend this one.

Clean Hotel. Staff can speak Malay. and polite. Got SPA, only RM38 for 1 hour Thai Massage. Lots of halal restaurant around. 5 mins to Betong Town. Tuk-Tuk always available in front of hotel. Quiet area and peaceful.

The hotel is located slightly away from the main town of Betong. The street is quieter and many Muslim food outlets within walking distance. The room is spacious and the toilet is clean. Parking is secure with gate and security, located behind the hotel. Will stay here again if we ever pass Betong

Staff is friendly, bed is comfy, spacious room, they even accommodated our request for a connecting room. We drove there, hence the location is not a problem. They provide car park too. Will definitely go back if I return to Betong!

Very nice stay”

This hotel was very good price, the room was clean and comfortable. There had a kettle and provided coffee&tea. Good air conditioning. Locate in a rural area so very quiet. The around hotel restaurants were good and not too expensive.

Cozy place”

A cozy place to stay. Even though not in the middle of the town, but can rent motorbike from the hotel to travel around. Staff are friendly and able to speak bahasa and mandarin. Bed and toilet is clean. Will come back again to stay if travel to Betong in future.

Clean and comfortable room”

Hotel is a little further from the town central, but nearby a lot of restaurants (halal) and a bar just abt 8 mins walk away. Reception is very polite and professional, speaking thai, malay and mandarin fluently. The room we had was on the top 4th floor, very spacious and clean, the king bed and pillows were very comfortable and air conditioning works very well. They provide a hair dryer in the room as well. The shower has good water pressure though the hot water comes and goes (if it's cold it's freezing). Free parking at the back of the hotel parking with an attentive attendant. Overall a good hotel, will recommend to friends and family.

Friendly staff. Got parking for guest who come by car and safe. Tv got variety of channel including channel from malaysia Easy to go to town Restaurant for breakfast and dinner everywhere outside the hotel Cafe next to lobby is the best, can get fresh brewed cappuccino at insanely cheap price.

Good”

The hotel rooms were OK overall, my kids love to play in the bath tub. The only thing made me a bit unsatisfied was the room arrangement, we booked 4 rooms, 3 were next to each other, but one was at the last one of the row, far away from us. Location is away from the town centre, but it's OK for self drive guest, as its just few minutes drive to the town.

The hotel has good clean rooms, clean towels a great bed to sleep in. Air conditioning was good with clean bathrooms and shower pressure. The WiFi was great. The hotel has a parking lot behind with lots of halal restaurants around. The front desk staff were very friendly, helpful and you could rent motorbikes for a decent price. Overall the hotel is value for money.

Location : easy to find muslim / moslem / halal food - walking distance Services : fast check-in process Staff : excellent - very helpful – my room was attacked by the winged termite at night because they are highly attracted to sources of light since it has been raining all day. Called the reception and one of the staff (a guy) came to my room and help me to get rid of the winged termite. He helped me to spray the termite at the light at the balcony area as well as in the room. He also left the deodorizer spray in my room just in case if the termites came in again. Laundry - However, I felt disappointed about the laundry – send my jeans to the laundry to dry 4 hours before check out time – since it has been raining that morning and all my jeans are wet. I have been told that the laundry can be ready in an hour just to dry - but it came back isn’t quite dry – told the housekeeping about that on my way to the lobby to check out.

Great Stay”

I must say that everything was very good. The room was basic King size bed, but was comfortable due to large room size with balcony. However, this hotel suitable for travel with your own car. Finally, I would definitely recommend this hotel to the other

Value for money”

By paying such price, this hotel is definitely value for money. However, it is a little distance to downtown if without transport. Outside the hotel is a bit dark. However, the staff are efficient and friendly, overall is satisfied.

Quiet, fresh air and good for those drive to Betong”

It is located at the edge of Betong city, there are a short cut from the main road after custom / immigration. They have private car park with security as well. The only set back are when there are superbikers, they will irresponsibly take up all the car park bay and the staffs doesn't car
