Stay in Cairnhill Hotel was great, however, sometime the WIFI connection is unstable from time to time. As for TV programmes, channels are limited but is sufficient to keep the room guest entertained. Cairnhill hotel is not a luxury hotel, so do not have high expectation with the facilities. Overall, it is a nice hotel with affordable rate. Across the road there are many local eateries open 24 hours.

new, clean, worthwhile hotel with friendly staffs”

Cairnhill Hotel situated beside Jln Ipoh, and is easily access. The hotel only started operating in Dec13, thus it is new and clean. The bed is comfortable, and I have a sound sleep after a tired day. The main inconvenience is the car park entrance is quite small, although I'd read the same comment online, but we still facing some problem with this, and luckily we manage to find a parking lot on the lowest level car park. Oh! we ask for an extra bed for RM60 nett. It doesn't worth the price. The bed is very not comfortable. The mattress is so far the thinnest mattress I'd seem before for extra bed (about 2.5-3inches). And the gap between the iron rod is so wide. Thus it is just feel like u are sleeping on the iron rod directly. So you better either put the thin mattress on the floor directly. Or swop the mattress with the normal twin bed like what we do. ^-^

Is a very nice hotel at Kuala Lumpur. Room are very comfort and clean, staff also friendly and helpful. Parking area are painful for big car.

Impressive and surprise at Cairnhill”

At first thought it will be like those ordinary 3 star low cost hotel around KL. Once reach the hotel and open up the room door...OMG...is this a 3 star hotel? It should have at least 4 if not 5 star. Really modern and clean room. Well lit. All necessities need for a good stay are in the room. Quite a decent room. Have safety box, coffee tea making facilities in room, satellite LCD TV. Toiletries all complete. Hair dryer included in the toilet as well. Quite a powerful shower as well. Car park is ready for those who driving. Newspaper (FOC) English and Chinese can be get from the lobby area. Breakfast quite a hearty meal with some Malaysian food as well as some Western breakfast. Fill till you full. I will say it is value for money. Although rated 3 star but feel like 4/5 star. Just one thing need to be improve: staff customer service attitude. Overall is great. Indeed is a pleasant stay.

Beware room without view”

The Cairnhill is a budget hotel so expectations should not be too high. Its main selling point is being just 5 minutes from the highway, free parking and less than 1km from KLPAC. So if you are driving to KL for a show this hotel has a lot to offer and can be recommended. Usually our room overlooks the park with Petronas Towers in the distance. So when I booked through Agoda I thought "without view" to mean a room at the back of the hotel overlooking roads and shop houses. I did not expect a cell with no windows. In no way does this room meet the description of a "deluxe room". If offered a room without view avoid it at all costs.

Standard room free upgrade to Deluxe twin. Hotel with private car park. Bedroom very large, clean. Surprisingly, just paid budget price room include mini fridge, 42-inch TV...Very satisfied.

Short getaway”

Toilet floor choked bath not even 5mins and whole toilet floor is flooded, hot water isn’t hot nor warm, towels and bedsheet have women’s hair upon check in. Fridge is not cold and is rusty. Room was dusty and slightly dirty. Did not use the facilities so no comments. Staff was helpful for day and night shift. No toothbrush provided so remember to get your own. If you’re there to just have a place to rest for a night or two, all these shouldn’t be much of an issue. Overall, I’ll rate Cairnhill hotel as average.

The room was clean and comfortable. The hotel environment is good. Reception lady is polite. However it's quite disappointed with such an expensive price. The room is small with very limited socket and hardly to reach. The chair is unstable. If you are driving, you have to be extra cautious to drive up at the sharp corner. Not only that, we have to use two different separated lifts in order to get to our room from car park. It's truly inconvenience..

Clean, Staff friendly and good location. ”

The location of this hotel is good, can easy get the transport to Airport KLIA or LCCT. Besides that it easy to access the main road (like to Hartamas area, KL). The staff here are friendly. The price also reasonable and the room is clean.The only thing I don't like is the way going in to the indoor parking is too narrow , need to drive carefully.

It is a new hotel. Stayed there for 1 night. The facilities is excellent with car park available and the room is clean.The internet wifi speed is fastest in the room. Hotel staff also very polite. Overall value for money.

I would not live in this hotel again, is the wifi internet problem still not solve out! there is no way and excuse to saying the internet is down today... see i been living in this hotel for a few day, not just one day... If i am just stay for a day, i could believe this is the server down issue.. please stop given excuse server down... such a lovely place with poor internet connection. what a shame.. I will indefinably recommend my friends visit your hotel, if the internet problem is totally been fix. thank you

It was alright. The hotel room was quite clean. I'm not sure about the wi-fi though. The breakfast menu isn't too fancy, but it provides for a good full meal. I'd like the hotel to expand the dining area (and the menu). We had to wait a while for seats; we would've had to wait longer if there were many tourists in the hotel that day. All-in-all, it's a good hotel if you're looking for a moderate price range.

t's a couple of years ago when I stayed at a clean hotel while visiting Malaysia's capital KL for a stopovers of several days. One must admit, the hotel offers a more residential feel while providing all the conveniences of a first class hotel. We stay there by the day, week or month. They offer various locations around town to mention just three of their prime locations. They recently added a new prestigious Xmaslobby.

stay was very good. 3-4 times i had to go to the front desk with questions, the staff was very helpful each time and resolved my question every time. (once to ask for iron/ironing board, room key card malfunction, figuring out parking ramp, other general questions) the food options at the complimentary breakfast very good. the cleaning crew did a very good job cleaning and tidying up each day of my stay. nothing bad to say about my stay
