I really liked my stay there. They have amenities for free (like a shaver, body sponge, etc), free tea (hojicha and green tea). The room is clean and spacious, shower amenities are good quality. And on top of that they have sauna + open bath :)

The code to the spa (women) didn’t work and had to go all the way down to the front desk. Then the front desk staff couldn’t make it work and had to go back down to get the master key. I had to wait 15 minutes before I was able to go inside the spa. Having only one elevator for 11 story building is not ideal. Also the front desk staff should have brought the key when I first went there to get help.

Only 1 lift is available for the entire 11 floors. Have to wait quite a bit for the lift. Hotbath is quite crowded most of the time. A reasonably huge supermarket just next door to the Hotel. A nice ramen restaurant nearby the Hotel (recommended by the Front Desk Staff). Rate was to the high side on the night that we stayed.

Booked twin room and in the bathroom ceiling was quite low ceiling (my husband is 186cm and his head almost hit the ceiling). In the room the bed was low height also. Other than that the free parking is great to have and there's a sake brewery in the area with tasting. Staff are friendly.

Clean and nice hotel but far from the Nagoya city, I recommend if no need stay in Nagoya because it may takes around 35-45 mins from the hotel to Nagoya. The hotel is good and near the JR station!!

お部屋は3人で過ごすには狭かったけど清潔でした。寝るだけなら十分です。 新東名高速道路からは少し距離があります。 電子レンジもロビーにあり使えました。 お風呂は混んでると脱衣場が狭かったです。

部屋の鍵穴の所に照明がなく暗くて鍵が入りにくかった。 バスルームの入口の段差が高すぎる。 部屋数の割にはエレベーターが一つしかない。

最上階にある共同浴場が露店もありよかった。朝飯も充実している。ただ布団カバーが片面なのが残念。両面ならもっと満足しました。
