Super love the salt water pool. Dipping in the pool was super relaxing with a very nice view. Then.. we go to enjoy a sauna room. We manage to really relax in this hotel.

Coach Van Timing”
The only thing that is not good is about the coach van timing. apparently they told us that the van is only available on two timings. Hope can have more.

The breakfast is simple but filling. And the parking is automated lift. Interesting and theres a charge of 12rm per day. Connecting room has an extra charge for the door 30rm. Had a nice time and everything else is good especially cleanliness.

If a new hotel is what you want this is it. Opened in mid 2022. Backed with good service and super clean rooms. Drawback on the tight automated parking. Workaround with the valet parking on the ground floor but lots are very limited.

Chic and modern hotel”
Generally a very clean, modern and chic hotel. Great facilities and friendly staff. Check in and check out was smooth. Stayed three nights here. Location is great. walking distance to malls in bukit bintang. Mattress is on tougher side but comfortable and I had great sleep. Breakfast option is limited but acceptable quality. Some hiccups during my stay, there was a power outage in my room on second day of my stay. Waited for maintenance team to fix it but it too quite a bit of time and eventually I agreed to move to another room after sweating in a hot stuffy room. However, staff didn't help me with moving luggage to another room so I had an impression they were unapologetic about it. Second room is the same as first but with some stains on sofa and floor lamp was not in working order. Housekeeping team did not refill body wash or bottled water when it was clearly running out. Overall I had a good stay regardless of the issues above.

High In The Sky”
Check in is at the 40th floor. Breakfast at 41st floor - so need to jostle with the others to get out after breakfast. Also have a automatic carpark system here. Better take all the luggage out first rime. Not convenient to get to the car later. And parking is charged. Room was comfortable. Location is great. 10-15 minute walk to Bt Bintang, Jln Alor and Changkat Bintang

The building is new and it is located at city center. Staffs are friendly and helpful from parking to check in. Glad to see some new building is adopting automated mechanical carpark to resolve parking issues. It's just that the waiting time might be longer. Other places at KL is reachable via grab as well. Overall a great stay. Will be back if there's a chance.
