I love the hotel and the staffs !!”

Location is wow, the room is so spacious and comfortable and clean, the staffs are so helpful and friendly.. No breakfast, it is just fine because it located near the famous hawker place, Alor Street.. the bathroom is small, just fine with us because we don't like bathtub and prefer shower.. Convenience store is just opposite the hotel.. It nears to almost every well known shopping malls.. The hotel looked old fashioned but I would rate it 4 stars for the room and I love the staffs !! They are so friendly and helpful.. we stay at triple family room no. 407.. I will remember that room number so I can ask for it for our next trip.. Thank you Cardogan for making our vacation even more enjoyable..

Location in the centre of bukit bintang ”

Very near to mrt bukit bintang, a lot of big shops, walking distance to pavilion, lot 10 etc. We booked 4 rooms have to pay deposit RM 200 (refundable) + fee of tourist tax RM 40. Be attent, when we checked out, staff said they loose air condition remote control which when checked in there are no air condition remote control in the room. Ouh i see....they should give to guest remote control when check in. We have no idea about it. Didn't receive remote control when checked in, but have to return it when checked out? Finally they realized they don't give us that stuff!

The hotel is located in a very excellent location, walking distance to Alor Street and Bukit Bintang area. The hotel room is basic but clean. With the location alone, I think this hotel is really value-for-money!

A nicely located calm and cool hotel.”

It's a wonderful experience to stay at the cardogan hotel in KL. It was our first residence in abroad but we enjoyed so much including my two little babies facing nothing wrong !

Great Location, low price, old hotel”

The hotel is so old, you can see the ceiling of the room are damage some part. There is a quite big TV but only two channel are viewable. The room is clean, but maybe because of it is an old hotel, so everything white is somekind yellowish. The bed cover, the towel, blanket, and so on.. all are yellowish. Because of the location is at Jl. Bukit Bintang, so a little bit noisy if you try to sleep before 23.00 but anyway this is a great location, just step out the hotel and you are in the most crowded place in Kuala Lumpur.

Perfect location!”

A quaint, unpretentious hotel that's perfectly located at the heart of Bukit Bintang. About 2 mins from Jalan Alor, 5 mins from the Pavillion and Starhill, and about 8 mins from Berjaya Times Square. It has a 7-11 right acrosa the street and lots of money changers around. There's no cable (they're only subsribed to local TV channels), but wth, if you're a foreigner, you don't go to KL to watch TV anyway. Staff's accomodating and ready to help out if you're a bit challenged with directions, like I am.

Great location!”

The hotel is strategically located at the heart of bukit bintang. Don't expect more for the money you've paid for. They only provide the complimentary drinks on the first day. However the room is quite clean and spacious. They didn't provide you with the bathroom amenities but guardian is just infront of the hotel for you to get one. Walking distance to jln alor. The great streetfood night market.

Very good location in Bukit Bintang. 5 minutes walk to MRT and KL Monorail. Many restaurants around. Recommended for budget travellers. Very happening area and lots of shopping spot around.

Cheap hotel”

It was my first time staying at Cardogan. The lobby needs a makeover as it doesn't look nice. It looks cheap. The room was not that big or too small. Quite okay for me. The bed was quiet comfortable. There was no mini fridge. You have to pay to use the iron for one hour. Very surprising. The bathroom was small. The weirdest thing about this hotel was the outlets, they have a lot of international outlets, you would imagine it using the same outlets as Britain. There were about two British outlets which we also use in Singapore & Brunei like in Malaysia as well. The tv channels switch off at 1am and switch on at 8 if Im not mistaken. So before & after that time there's nothing for u to watch which was a first as I have stayed in many hotels around the world. at night you can hear people singing I think probably from a karaoke bar or whatever,. It was noisy. the rooms are separated by a door going to the lift & my room was near the door. You hear people opening the door & closing it at night. So u can imagine the noise. The housekeeping was unbelievably noisy in the morning especially the two elderly Chinese housekeepers. They should know that it is a hotel not a market. I found a strand of long black hair in the fold of my towel three times. Talk about being unsanitary. And I think there is no bellboy to help us with the luggage. The only good thing was the location near bukit bintang. I wouldnt stay at the hotel again. I didn't like it.

Cheap & strategic location”

This hotel is cheap, clean, strategic located in Bukit Bintang & quiet big. The only thing is they don't provide daily free bottled water, they just give you once. The door is quiet noisy because if u don't hold on to it, it will slam shut. The hotel is quiet noisy especially in the morning. The last time we stayed there in March 2018 for two days on the 6th floor there was this family of Filipinos who were super noisy & have no respect for other guests. They were loud every morning & treated the hotel like their own house. I have never experienced such disrespectful & noisy people before in my life. They have no self-control. It was like they were the only ones staying there.

Very Strategic Location”

It's difficult to search this location. Until we finally got help from WOLO hotel manager to call the phone stated. First impression of this hotel is like an old building, quite dark lobby and dirty floor and even we found out that the lift was very dark. It's very horrible. For those who like spooky and horror this is suitable for you. *just kidding This hotel doesn't provide breakfast. However, this hotel is precisely located in front of the alor street food heaven. Very close to Low Yat, Sungei Wang, BB Plaza, Bintang Walk, Starhill, Pavillion and monorail station. The corridors and hotel room is in a new design and new concept, very clean and comfortable to stay. It's very contrary with my first sight.

This Hotel is recommended for those who like: - Shopping - Sightseeing - Fun and Night Life Easy to go anywhere as it is closed to Monorail, and easy to get public transportation. As well, easy to get Food and Beverage within this area.

Alright accommodation for a short trip”

Generally it is located along the busy street at Bukit Bintang. It is a very convenient location to go to many places there. The rooms are alright, big King size bed, generally quite clean, and not noisy. Generally I think all rooms are smoking room. I did request for a non-smoking room, and there was no cigarette smell.

not bad & may consider returning”

Location is good, but a little noisy as it's right at the main street of Bukit Bintang. Easy to find food & grocery shopping. Bad thing: many call / massage girls around, which really bugged me.

if location is the most important for you, then i will recommend this hotel. Location is really good. located by the main road, you can find foods anywhere, enjoy any streets entertainment in Bukit Bintang easily. However, the room is old, the facilities is old, the front reception is dark. They even don't have proper waiting room, like sofa or small bench. If you want to spend time and relax in your room or hotel, it will be disappointing. But if you just need the hotel just to sleep, maybe it's a good option.
