Great little place ”

CASA idaman hotel is a great place to stay. Just minutes walk from the main strip in Pentai cenang. Friendly and lovely staff. Room was clean and spacious and beds were sooo comfy!

Exceptional”

Location was great, near the Main Street in Pantai Cenang. However, there is a lot of garbage on the lot next to the hotel. The WiFi was weak. The rooms were spacious and included a balcony. Rooms were comfortable and clean. Staff was very nice, they even let us borrow one of their scooter helmet. I would recommend this place.

Overall okay but wouldn't go there again”

We stayed at Casa Idaman Motel for a couple of nights at the ground floor which has very dark room even with the lights turned on and curtains opened. Not good for hanging out because it's simply too depressing. The position is ok and rather quite but feels abandoned. The staff was kind but made a shy and inexperienced impression even though my wife spoke in Malay with them. For example we asked for where we can wash our feet after coming back from the beach because we didn't want to dirt the room. The young lady at the reception had no clue where there's a water tap outdoors and had to call the boss to figure out where's one which probably took 10 minutes because she first asked the gardener and other staff members who also had no idea. There were only a few other customers there because it was in the low season but we could still hear people talking loud from the other side of the hotel which means if it's fully booked it will probably be tricky to get some sleep.

Nice motel”

Location is good as it is walking distance to Pantai cenang. However, u will not be able to view Pantai cenang from this motel. There is empty space where u can park your car. Water dispenser is available at counter. Soundproof is pretty poor as u can hear people talking or walking at corridor. This motel is new which means u will get a nice bed and cold air conditioner. The room is spacious, but you can see lizards. Small cockroach can be found in toilet. Overall still reasonable for rm150 per room per night.

Second time at Casa Idaman . 5 minutes walk from the beach , room very clean , large with a balcony. Staff very professional , smiling and very helpful at anytime. The only low point is the WiFi : acces needs to be improved. Will stay there next time.

Exceptional”

Booked for two nights originally but ended up extending to 5. The location is great, very close to Cenang high street, cheap scooter rental on the corner and 3 minutes to the beach. The room itself was spacious with a nice view from the balcony. There is also a new road in place so it is easier to access than previous reviews may have suggested. Staff were always friendly and very happy to help with any requests. Overall a great stay

I was satisfied with the clean room and swimming pool even though it was quite small. And the staffs were so kind and nice. But the fee I paid was too much. I had to pay more than 6% of the commition fee which this hotel need to pay Agoda. They make the guests pay for the tax from total room fee not from the commition fee. I think that is not fair. This hotel is located at the end of the main street. So it was quite far from beach and Cenang mall.

Comfortable and good location”

I've been stay here for 3 night. The most things I like here is the balcony.You can Spend time reading and just relax by sitting there. The beach is near to the place. It's in walking distance. Maybe about 7 to 10minutes. I use Grab to cenang Mall which supposed can reach by walking also. Anyway its cost me rm4 only. This place have more privacy and less crowded compare to other property. The staff is approachable and helpful. They doing daily room cleaning and give new towel daily.But It's would be nice if they can include the toiletries and more TV channel too. Probably upgrade to smart TV^^Other than that I thinks it's a very good stay! Would recommend this place.

Excellent”

This was our second time staying in this motel in the past two years. Everything is satisfactory. We were pleased to find out there were a road and lighting along it this year. The staff is very friendly but not intrusive. This year when we were packing we accidentally threw away our two golden rings wrapped in a tissue. And we only remebered about it in the airport. Our Malaysian relatives helped us to contact the motel. Thankfully, the staff fond them. But it's been more than 10 days and our relatives still haven't recieved them. But we are still hoping they will send them to is. Thank you to the staff and administrator in advance.

It will be good if the hotel can provide in house shoe as the floor is quite cold. Hair dryer provide upon request. The staff are so helpful and friendly. Nice stay. Directly recommended to my brother. Anyways, the cleanliness of the stairs and gangway can be improved.

Clean”

The room was very clean, very nice & quite big.... but location wise, it is quite far if u don't have transport & have to walk by foot from the hotel to the Cenang Beach.... But the house keeper doesn't change/wash the cup they we used the previous night. They just left it in the sink... But overall, it's a very pleasant stay for us...

Worth the money and good location”

The room is huge and clean. The internet is okay too, just sometimes not very stable (in second floor, if that matters). The location is very close to Cenang beach, and all the nightlife near Cenang.

Super worthy and awesome place ”

Staff are exceptionally good! Even though its name is 'motel', but it feels like a 3star hotel hybrid, and they have just installed a new swimming pool! The place is very clean and the beach is just 2 min away (walking). Restaurants around here do carry a heavier price tag, especially those seafood restaurants.

Clean & modern Motel @Pantai Cenang”

It is a pleasent holiday accomodation, when you want a clean & cold motel with a great pool and perfect location. The bathroom is separeted from the toilette with a bath-curtain, so you won't make the whole room full of water during a shower. The staff is friendly and helpful, everything was great ;)

Very Good Service”

What I like most about this place is the very cheerful and attentive staffs. They assisted us with all our needs during the stay and they were very hospitable. Location is superb since it’s not located in the noisy cenang beach strip but is still accessible, just approx 2 minutes with a scooter. Scooter rental is available for 30MYR per day. Room is huge, extra pillows, bidet, shower heater, and bath soap are available as well as clean towels. Just hoping that toothbrush and shampoo were also provided. All in all, it was a great stay and would definitely recommend.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. The location is slightly off the main Pentai Cenang road but still in close proximity to the beach and eateries. The surrounding of the hotel is very quiet so if you are looking for such an environment then this is the place to look out for. If you are looking for a happening atmosphere, then look out for hotels on the main Pentai Cenang road.
