I had a great stay during my mom's admission at Hospital Selayang. Very helpful staff, help me to continue my stay in the same room, aircond functioning great, water heater in good condition, room and toilet is clean, bedsheet & towel is as clean as new. Recommended for those who want to have budget stay with comfortable facilities.

Was accidentally ‘slide to book’ and called both sides RIGHT AFTER it to request for cancellation and refund but NOTHING can do. Called Oyo HQ at the first place and was told only can be refund after my booking date but need to call Agoda because the transaction is still in process and every decision was on them. Then i called Agoda, Agoda said i need to call Oyo HQ cause every decision was on their side seems in the end they’re the one who going to get the money. But too bad i didnt managed to get the name of the guy at the first place for saying so, so in the end i lose 3x family room money that i’ve paid accidentally!!! Non consideration at all from Oyo eventhough i called to cancel right after i made payment. I’m so disappointed about this issue

The pillow got mold smell that make difficult to sleep. It is better to clean the whole toilet bowl not just inside but outside too. If the shower head can change to a bigger size will be much better.

CLEANLINESS IS IMPORTANT! NO NO NO”
When I walked into the room it was fine, just a few hairs on the bed and a bit dark. Furniture are not that fancy. But I didn't expect to see cockroaches around in the room! There was at least 3 cockroaches in the room and toilet. Really disgusting! I can't even stay overnight. I left after an hour or two. Well, it's cheap but I could get a better and cleaner hotel somewhere even in KL city centre. If you don't mind staying with cockroaches, it can be considered a score of 2/5, but I won't give even one star, so terrible :/
