Actually the first day in Kulai we stay in other recommended hotel. It’s spacious but we feel empty so we change to Castello. We didn’t get the room that we booked due to air conditioning problems but the management quickly gives us options For another rooms that satisfied us with a little bit of cost additional. The staff very friendly and helpful. This hotel follow sop for covid prevention. Sanitizer and mask provided at the entrance and tissues paper provided in the lift. The rooms clean and tidy. All facilities in good conditions. We recommended this hotel to others and insyaAllah we will stay again if we go to Kulai.👍🏻

We booked family room, amenities were perfect, they even provide iron, ironing board and prayer mat (didn't expect that). Water dispenser was there also. You can park anywhere near the hotel and coupon ticket was given for free. Everything was perfect! Oh and it was my birthday the time we checked in, the reception staff even wish my birthday..truly made my day.Thank you Castello.

Very satisfactory. The night before we checked in this hotel, we were stayed at a 4 Star Hotel and it were much not as comfort as Castello, seriously.

Great location & Clean room & Good Price”

I booked a family room for 3 adults, the room is cozy and very comfortable. Since 3 of us are allergic to dusts, so normally I will bring my own antibacterial wet tissue to clean the room & toilet myself before using. Surprisingly, everything in the room is so clean that you couldn't find anything dirty on the wet tissue! The location is great, it is just 10 mins drive to Johor Premium Outlet (JPO) and just taking a few mins walk, you can find a wide range of restaurants such as malay cuisine, western cuisine, cafe, korean cuisine, chinese cuisine and indian cuisine etc.

Good location if you are visiting Kulai. Eateries within walking distance. Aeon is nearby. Room is clean with standard amenties. No cafe in the hotel but there's a vending machine that sells biscuits, canned drinks and small badic items, like phone cable and razor. Street is quiet in the morning, dim sum shop next to the hotel, not bad, open from Wednesday to Sunday. Very lively at night, a Chinese food court across, a mamak next door and some restaurant within 5 mins walking distance. Quiet after 11pm, so not bad. Have stayed twice, and will come back if visiting Kulai.

Stayed one night. Location is good with plenty of eateries within walking distance. AEON Mall is justwithin 10mins walk. Came back after dinner and shopping and access into hotel is via room card at entrance of hotel with a security guard on duty. Room is sufficienly big, clean and amenities provided. RECOMMENDED.

We arrived late in the hotel, and was caught by surprise that we were not booked under Agoda. We were told to pay up for the room as there was no money received from Agoda. However, we had a room reserved under Booking.com. Checking in wasn't that pleasant as staff doesn't look polite and nice. After some time, I then realized that it was the character of the staff that was a rush rush guy. He was very pleasant and nice. The room was nice and clean, without window. We had a Family room, a queen and a single beds. And there was still space for us to move around. I would come back if I am planning a break.

Very clean room. Great location. People are friendly and easy to talk to. The manager is kind and caring. Price is reasonable. Will come again.

Castello is a decent place to stay and hotel reception was ok. They have no F&B service, so not sure why it is called a hotel. The downside is that is not so well served by taxis or ride services (i.e., Grab).

Castello Hotel”

everythigs was fine except this is transfer to booking.com and need to pay money during check it. I am booked it for my staff and they didn't bring enough money they as we always paid by agoda already and they just check it. Internal of this hotel is good and comfortable. surrounded have many foods stall which easy to look for foods.

Knowing how much you going to pay is important and I would say the price paid is worthy for what I had during the stay.

The staff are all polite and friendly, making us feel very welcomed. There is even a vending machine at the lobby, so you don’t need to worry about getting hungry as you can grab a cup noodle or snacks from there. However, as it is a very small hotel, they do not have their own restaurant, but it is not a major issue for me. Location wise, it is very accessible. Though they do not have their own carpark, there is a guard on duty to ensure your car is safe within their area. It can be very noisy from the cars on the street and people slamming the doors in the hotel (door is too tight i guess?). Not very soundproof. It was a rather unplesant experience as i was doing my assignment and often interrupted by the slamming noises, whereas my father was unwell and trying to take a nap in the afternoon, but was often awaken by the slamming noises. (Maybe because it is the peak check in time?) Overall I would still find it value for money as the staff are friendly and hotel is clean.

I think its an old hotel with facilities run down. However the price is a bit high for the standard they offer.

Excellent service by Naim Wahab”

I booked this hotel but due to some error, my bookings were cancelled. I was without a room at 7.30pm with no where to go ! Then the reception, Naim Wahab helped me to call and check for hotels nearby and helped me booked Palazzo Hotel instead. I told him I am grateful for that but as I do not have a transport to go over to another hotel, he offered to drive me there after his shift finishes at 8pm. it was indeed a pleasant experience as even though i did not stay here, but I do hope to come back to this wonderful service one day.
